Lisa Rinna is not holding back.
In her newly released memoir, “You Better Believe I’m Going To Talk About It,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star takes direct aim at Garcelle Beauvais and Denise Richards while also shutting down long-running rumors about her husband, Harry Hamlin.
Rinna, 62, claims Garcelle and Denise joined RHOBH with clear agendas — and says she saw it coming.

“[Garcelle] came onto the show with an agenda,” Rinna wrote in the book, released February 24. “We mixed like oil and water, and she was firmly on Denise’s side.”
Rinna described herself as “the Narcissist Hunter of Beverly Hills” because she said she was “really good at sussing them out.”
“All those women are full-blown narcissists. I’m talking Garcelle, Sutton, and Denise,” she stated. “I was always called a bad friend because I didn’t support these newbies when they first came on the show. But, it was because I found out they were bad dudes. They put on a good show, but on a fundamental level we just did not vibe at all.”
Reflecting on Denise’s run, Rinna said season nine was “uneventful,” but claimed Richards returned her second season “on a rampage.”
“She’ll never cop to this, but Denise came in with an agenda, and it pissed me off. I thought it was shady,” she wrote. “When I turned on her after the barbecue fiasco, she gaslit me to no end.”
Rinna confirmed she no longer speaks to Garcelle, calling her a “huge disappointment.” As for Denise, she said they briefly reconciled after a mutual friend passed away — but it didn’t last.
“She took my olive branch and stuck it back in my eye,” Rinna wrote. “I haven’t communicated with her since.”
Rinna Says RHOBH Return Is ‘Out of the Question’
Three years after exiting RHOBH, Rinna told Us Weekly she has no plans to return.
“That is out of the question. I’m done with that,” she said. “I moved on from that chapter in my life, but it did heal me.”
She added, “Everything happens for a reason, and I’m grateful for every experience that I’ve had, because doing Housewives made me who I am today.”
Rinna shared updates on several former co-stars. She said her relationship with Kyle Richards is “complicated” but positive, describing Kyle as “smart” and “very loyal.” She confirmed she’s “good” with Dorit Kemsley and remains in touch with Erika Jayne, Eileen Davidson, Diana Jenkins, and Teddi Mellencamp.
She also revealed she apologized to Yolanda Hadid following their Munchausen drama, made up privately with Kathy Hilton, and reconnected with Brandi Glanville.
As for Sutton Stracke and Kim Richards, Rinna made it clear she doesn’t “care to” engage.

Rinna also addressed speculation about Harry’s sexuality.
“Let’s just clear this up one last time, once and for all: Harry’s heterosexual,” she wrote. “He is not a gay man in any way, shape, or form, not that there’s anything wrong with that.”
She said she first heard the rumors during her time on RHOBH and brushed them off.
“My reaction was always more, ‘Why you mad, boo?’” she added.
Rinna explained that speculation about Hamlin stemmed in part from his role in the 1982 film Making Love.
“It bit him in the a**,” she wrote, claiming he was “blacklisted for several years afterward.”
As for their nearly 29-year marriage, Rinna said trust remains the foundation.
“I don’t ever worry about Harry. I am not jealous. He’s not jealous … I would be shocked if I found out he was having an affair.”
