Kenya Moore’s business is facing a major financial setback.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s company, Moore Vision Media, has been ordered to pay $87,976 in unpaid rent and utilities tied to Kenya Moore Hair Spa, which she opened in 2024. According to TMZ, the landlord, Northland Chamblee LLC, filed a lawsuit alleging that the spa stopped paying rent in December 2024.

Kenya’s company denied the claims, arguing that the landlord failed to complete the requested property improvements. However, court documents obtained by TMZ show a judge ruled that Moore Vision Media must pay two installments of $43,988 — one due by the end of February and another by the end of March — totaling $87,976.

The company was also ordered to continue paying $5,500 per month in rent unless the property is vacated.

Weeks after the ruling, the landlord reportedly claimed that Kenya’s business did not meet the deadline for the first installment payment. As a result, Northland Chamblee LLC has demanded immediate possession of the property. The court has not yet issued a final decision on that request.

Kenya has not publicly commented on the latest development.
