The women of “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” are officially ready to make waves in the Ocean State — and based on Bravo’s own description, this group did not come to play.
Season 1 stars Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMare, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson, and Jo-Ellen Tiberi. Joining the chaos as a friend is The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s favorite, Dolores Catania, who spends the summer in Rhode Island with close pal Liz.
Bravo teased the series with this promise: “Welcome to the Ocean State. It may be America’s smallest, but don’t be fooled — the drama is wicked wild. In a place where everyone knows everyone and family names carry serious weight, nothing is ever truly forgotten.”
A first look premiered at BravoCon 2025, and the official trailer was released on February 5 alongside the premiere date. And yes — friendships will crack, secrets will spill, and someone is absolutely getting called out.
Here’s your Bravo gossip–ready breakdown of each Housewife.
Meet the RHORI Season 1 Cast
Alicia Carmody Is Entering Her Boss-Babe Era
Alicia is diving headfirst into business life by inserting herself into fiancé Billy’s popular restaurant, Pizza Mamma. She proudly calls herself a “flip-flopper,” meaning she might call you a “whor-ah” one minute and hug you the next.
But when Alicia opens up about her past, things get real fast. Long-standing friendships come under pressure, and one lifelong connection reportedly gets blindsided as Alicia focuses on personal growth — and protecting her future.
Rosie DiMare Faces Friendship Shakeups
Former Rhode Island TV anchor Rosie and husband Rich are upgrading from their over-the-garage apartment to a sprawling dream home. At the same time, Rosie is building her local lifestyle brand.
While she levels up professionally, Rosie finds herself questioning loyalties inside the group, forcing her to reassess where she truly fits among this tight-knit circle.
Ashley Iaconetti Learns Married Life Isn’t All Roses
Fresh off finding love on reality TV, Ashley quickly discovers that life after “I do” isn’t exactly a fairy tale.
Between raising two kids, settling into Rhode Island, and co-owning a struggling café with husband Jared, Ashley feels stretched thin. Tensions rise when Rosie claims Ashley doesn’t have her back, putting Ashley squarely in the middle of shifting alliances.
Liz McGraw Balances Cannabis Empire and Family Changes
Known as Rhode Island’s cannabis queen, Liz runs one of the country’s most successful dispensaries — and she’s also the ultimate connector in the smallest state in the union.
When Liz and her husband Gerry learn they’re about to become grandparents, Liz makes it clear she’s not trading couture for a rocking chair. As family dynamics evolve, her influence within the group faces its biggest test yet.
Rulla Nehme Pontarelli Confronts Rumors About Her Marriage
Deeply rooted in tradition and guided by faith, Rulla brings her Lebanese values into every relationship.
Family comes first — especially when it comes to marriage. But when rumors about her husband start circulating, Rulla must face uncomfortable questions that challenge her beliefs, resilience, and commitment, putting her personal life under a relentless spotlight.
Kelsey Swanson Questions Her Gilded Life
Kelsey has been living a fairy-tale lifestyle as a beauty queen in a castle owned by her wealthy boyfriend.
Now at a crossroads, she must choose between comfort and independence. When her loyalty to Liz is tested, Kelsey worries about losing both her greatest supporter and her standing within the group.
Jo-Ellen Tiberi Spills Tea — Even When It Costs Her
Jo-Ellen might not be known for cooking dinner, but she always delivers the tea.
When sensitive information involving Rulla’s marriage spreads, Jo-Ellen gets stuck between honesty and discretion. Meanwhile, unresolved issues with her mother resurface, forcing Jo-Ellen to confront long-buried childhood wounds.
Dolores Catania Joins as a Friend
Dolores leaves Jersey behind to spend the summer with Liz, and the two launch a new menopause gummy business together — because nothing says Housewives like entrepreneurship mixed with hormones and drama.
Season 1 of “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” premieres Thursday, April 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Beginning Sunday, April 5, the series moves to Sundays at 9 p.m., with episodes streaming next day on Peacock.
