Christmas is coming early for the Giudice and Gorga families — and RHONJ fans are very much invited to emotionally attend. After years of tension, side-eyes, and canceled reunions, things are finally looking up between Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice. Thanks to a reconciliation at BravoCon 2025, the famously fractured family is reuniting for Christmas Eve, and yes, it’s kind of a big deal.
RHONJ Families Reunite for Christmas Eve After BravoCon Breakthrough
Joe confirmed the holiday plans during a recent interview with Extra, revealing that he, wife Melissa Gorga, and their kids will be spending Christmas Eve with Teresa and her family. Standing beside Melissa and daughter Antonia Gorga, Joe didn’t hold back his relief.
“Thank God,” he said. “It’s going great. It’s going really good. Yeah. Spending Christmas Eve with them. Oh, yeah, so everything’s good.”
Melissa echoed the sentiment, adding that the reunion will include sons Gino and Joey Jr., along with Teresa’s daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana Giudice. Teresa’s husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, is also expected to attend.
“Moving forward, everything’s great. Just kind of how it should have always been, to be honest,” Melissa said. “I don’t know how it got to where it got, but thank God we’re moving on because life is short.”
Melissa later confirmed she’ll be hosting Christmas Eve while appearing on Peacock’s Sunday Night Football: Reality Hot Seat. “Yes, we will at my house. It’s a Christmas miracle,” she said. “We need this time in this healing moment… I’m hosting Christmas Eve at my house. We do the seven fishes.”
The Italian-American tradition has long been a staple for both families. Teresa has previously explained, “As Italians, Christmas Eve is very big to us. It’s called the seven fishes, but we never count the fishes; we just make all fish.”
Longtime fans of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” will remember when holiday gatherings were less peaceful — including the infamous cookie feud that once pitted Teresa’s pignoli cookies against Melissa’s sprinkle cookies. Ironically, those sprinkle cookies later inspired Melissa’s Let’s Sprinkle by MG business, launched in 2024.
