Gizelle Bryant was not buying Angel Massie’s explanation — and she made that crystal clear during the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Potomac.”
On Season 10, Episode 11, Gizelle openly questioned Angel’s sudden move back to Colorado, suggesting there was far more going on than a simple rental mix-up. And in true Gizelle fashion, she didn’t just stir the pot — she broke the fourth wall while doing it.
During the episode, viewers watched as Angel claimed her family had to leave their Potomac rental because of a misunderstanding about the length of their short-term lease. But Gizelle wasn’t convinced, and she wasn’t shy about saying so.
Gizelle Questions Angel’s Timeline — and the Cameras Catch Everything
The suspicion started during a phone call between Gizelle and Tia Glover, who had just helped Angel pack up some belongings. When Tia explained the situation, Gizelle immediately zeroed in on the timing.
“OK, so wait. So, she just came here basically for the show?” Gizelle asked on speakerphone.
Even after Tia pointed out that Angel and her husband, Bobby Massie, are originally from the DMV area, Gizelle continued poking holes in the story.
“But if you really plan to move back, you don’t get a short-term lease,” Gizelle said. “Or maybe she doesn’t really like us like that. OK, this is kinda weird.”
Then came the moment that had Bravo fans rewinding. In a confessional, Gizelle directly addressed a producer, breaking the fourth wall as she laid out her theory.
“When she first started renting the house that she lives in, she didn’t give the lady the right timeframe,” Gizelle claimed. “She thought we’d be finished filming this show. But we not. We still filming.”
Later in the episode, Gizelle took the conversation to Ashley Darby and Wendy Osefo during a night out, bluntly declaring that Angel had been kicked out of her rental.
“Angel, you have been evicted,” Gizelle said in a confessional, adding, “Didn’t you tell us you were top-tier WAG? This is not top-tier WAG. Look, where is Taylor Swift? She top-tier WAG.”
Wendy added fuel to the fire by sharing a rumor that Angel was allegedly searching for a Potomac rental that looked like it cost $50,000 a month — while reportedly wanting to pay far less. Ashley even questioned whether money issues were at play.
When Angel finally arrived at the group’s cowboy-themed party, she maintained that the move was simply about flexibility, saying the family planned to go back and forth between Colorado and Maryland. But when Wendy bluntly revealed the eviction rumors to her face, the episode cut off before Angel could respond.
