    I would believe she messed around with one of her surgeon customers before I believe the Austen / Craig thing was fake. Salley is an unmarried woman enjoying her life and looking for a husband. EVERYONE who meets Craig in real life says he’s gorgeous. I also think she’s a big flirt, like most of the guys.
