Mauricio Umansky Spotted Getting Close to Much Younger ‘FBoy Island’ Star

Mauricio Umansky is officially moving on in a very Beverly Hills way: publicly and with someone 20+ years younger. “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” husband stepped out on Wednesday night with 34-year-old reality star CJ Franco, marking his most eyebrow-raising date since splitting from wife Kyle Richards.

Over two years after ending his 27-year marriage to Kyle, Mauricio, 55, was spotted getting cozy with CJ following dinner at Craig’s in West Hollywood, according to photos shared by the Daily Mail. Mauricio kept it casual in a black sweater and jeans, while CJ wore a tan coat and brown hat — but it was their PDA that stole the spotlight. The outlet reported that he kissed CJ on the cheek and even rested his head on her shoulder as they waited outside.

CJ, who starred on “FBoy Island,” is newly single after ending her engagement to director Len Wiseman, 52. She confirmed the breakup in a recent social media video, saying their relationship “ended a while ago.”

Meanwhile, Mauricio has been quietly (and not so quietly) dating around since his split from Kyle, including rumored connections with model Nikita Kahn and influencer Klaudia K. He also made headlines for a shirtless campaign for ARI earlier this month, posing for what he called “hot and sexy” photos.

While Kyle hasn’t reacted to Mauricio’s night out, a June report from Life & Style claimed she isn’t impressed with his fling-filled comeback era.

“Kyle sees Mauricio’s flings as a bit of a running joke at this point,” an insider alleged. “She’s honestly not even surprised anymore when he’s spotted making out with someone new. If anything, she’d be shocked if he wasn’t out there with some flavor of the week.”

The source also claimed she’s not wasting her energy on his dating life: “She’s focused on her own life, her own peace, and letting him make his own mistakes, without her getting dragged into the mess.”

So, Mauricio is out here trying on his bachelor era with a new Bravo-adjacent blonde, while Kyle remains unbothered, booked, and busy. Welcome to post-divorce RHOBH. No prenup, no problem.
