Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, has had his custodial rights to his son temporarily suspended as his legal fight with his ex, Meghan Mullen, heats up.

Travis Mullen’s Custody Drama Intensifies Amid Court Intervention

Travis, 40, who appears regularly alongside Gina, 41, on the Bravo series, previously filed for emergency sole custody and requested that Meghan’s time with their three kids—Joseph, Presley and Bennett—be restricted to supervised visits, according to US Weekly. A judge denied that request on October 30, instead appointing a lawyer to represent the children and setting a hearing for November 18.

In his filing, Travis claimed Meghan hadn’t allowed him to see one of the kids since late September. He even contacted police to enforce their custody agreement, but said, “They have not been helpful. I am concerned for [the son’s welfare] and feel that the ‘system’ has completely failed him.” Travis also alleged that the child had missed significant school time, prompting warnings from staff.

Meghan fired back with her own accusations, telling the court that the child “didn’t want to see his dad” and insisting she was already working with the school. She accused Travis of using the courts “as a tool of coercive control and retaliation,” adding, “His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children.”

She also blamed Travis’ “media appearances” for exposing their child to strangers online—something Travis strongly denied. Both parents accused the other of blocking phone calls with the kids. Travis countered, saying, “It was actually [Meghan] that would deny me phone contact with the children,” and insisted he had never discouraged communication with their mom.
