Emily Simpson’s Reunion Look Has RHOC Fans Talking — Did She Get a Chin Implant?

Emily Simpson is once again the talk of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” fanbase — and this time, it’s all about her chin. Following the release of the RHOC season 19 reunion looks, fans took to social media to speculate whether the Bravo star had gone under the knife for a chin implant.

The 49-year-old former attorney and reality star, who has always been candid about her past cosmetic procedures, found herself at the center of new plastic surgery buzz after side-by-side photos surfaced online.

Fans Debate Emily Simpson’s New Look

The speculation kicked off when a Bravo fan account posted photos comparing Emily’s current appearance to earlier seasons, sparking a wave of reactions.

“Emily’s chin implant is chinning,” the account joked on X (formerly Twitter). Another added, “Is that what it is? I couldn’t put my finger on what was different.”

Others agreed her look had noticeably changed, with one commenter writing, “This side-by-side is insane — wow.” Still, not everyone was convinced she’d had surgery. “It’s the fillers she keeps getting. [Jennifer Pedranti] does it too,” one person alleged. Another suggested, “At the most it’s masseter botox, chin shadowing with filler and direct chin filler for her dimples. Most likely though it’s just masseter botox, which does wonders for the jawline and TMJ too!”

Emily, for her part, hasn’t commented on the chin rumors. However, she’s been transparent in the past about her cosmetic history. During a 2019 interview on “The Domenick Nati Show,” she admitted to multiple breast surgeries. “I’ve had three breast surgeries and I’ll probably do it again at some point, whenever I feel the need,” she said. “I have no shame in the plastic surgery game.”

In a 2021 Instagram Q&A, Emily shot down fan assumptions about facial surgery, writing, “Zero… But I need a lower lift/tightening thing done asap.” Then in 2023, she told Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM that she underwent “liposuction” on her arms and another “breast reduction” earlier that year.
