Tom Schwartz may have finally moved on — and he’s letting his fans in on the secret one hand-holding photo at a time. The “Vanderpump Rules” star and TomTom co-owner sparked new romance rumors after sharing a rare, intimate snapshot on his Instagram Stories tagging fashion model Kiana Carroll.
In the photo, posted on November 6, Tom held Kiana’s hand as she sat in the passenger seat of a car, her face turned away from the camera. While the post didn’t confirm their relationship outright, it follows weeks of speculation and one not-so-subtle tease on Lala Kent’s podcast “Untraditionally Lala.”

Reality Blurb previously reported that Tom and Kiana have spent plenty of time together, including celebrating her 27th birthday. He even posted a birthday tribute showing her covering her face — a move that now looks like a classic “soft launch.”
This romantic reveal comes exactly one month after Tom told Lala Kent on her podcast that he was seeing someone new but wanted to keep things low-key. “I liked it, [but] I didn’t repost it out of respect for someone I’m dating,” he told her, referencing one of Lala’s many cheeky posts teasing their rumored romance. “But she is in on the joke, and she gets it totally.”
Lala, for her part, gave the mystery woman her stamp of approval. During a September 30 Amazon Live stream, she revealed that Tom seemed “very happy,” and after finally meeting Kiana, she admitted she was a little speechless. “She had a very hot face,” Lala said on “Untraditionally Lala.” “Some would call it a supermodel stunning face. I, like, kind of couldn’t put together words when I saw her.”
