Season 19 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” has been rough for Katie Ginella — and it sounds like the reunion didn’t make things any easier. After dominating the first half of the season’s drama, Katie disappeared from much of the second half after failing a lie detector test. She only appeared in a few scattered scenes, and by all accounts, the rest of the cast wasn’t eager to film with her.

Even when Tamra Judge sat down with Katie to ask questions about Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley, the group’s frustration was obvious. Many of the women made it clear that Katie’s return was not something they were thrilled about.

Now that the reunion has taped, reports about how things went couldn’t be more different. One source told RadarOnline, “Katie had a bad time at the reunion. She remains iced out of the group. It would be hard for her to move on after this, and it’s likely she’s going to be let go.”

A Second Source Disagrees About Katie Ginella’s Reunion Experience

However, another insider close to production is pushing back on that version of events. “This is absolutely not true,” the source said. “Katie left the reunion feeling better. Fans are freaking out she may never return.”

Katie’s season 19 storyline has been one of the most chaotic in recent RHOC history. She admitted to filming Shannon Beador without her consent and reportedly told a blogger that Gretchen Rossi claimed she was drugged during the infamous “naked wasted” night.

But Katie’s fallout with Jennifer Pedranti hit the hardest. The two were close early in the season, but after Katie failed the lie detector test, Jennifer said she could no longer trust her.

For now, Katie’s future on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” remains unclear — but with this much controversy, Bravo fans are definitely watching.
