Lori Loughlin might walk away with nothing from her marriage to Mossimo Giannulli — and not because of bad luck, but because of a prenup. The “Full House” star, 61, reportedly signed an agreement back in 1997 that keeps their assets completely separate, meaning Giannulli’s multimillion-dollar fortune is safe.

According to TMZ, the couple’s prenuptial agreement states that everything Giannulli earned remains his property. That includes the fortune from his Mossimo fashion brand, which once had a $275 million valuation, per The Hollywood Reporter. The designer, now worth an estimated $80 million, made most of his money through his Target licensing deal before selling the brand in 2006.
Loughlin, for her part, isn’t exactly broke. The actress has made millions from her long television career, starring in “Full House,” “When Calls the Heart,” and “Summerland.” Still, her total wealth — previously listed as $80 million combined with Giannulli — might take a serious hit in the divorce.
The couple’s financial picture took a downturn after the 2019 college admissions scandal. They were accused of paying $500,000 to get their daughters into USC, pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud, and served prison time. Loughlin spent two months behind bars and paid $150,000 in fines, while Giannulli served five months and paid $250,000.
And while they appeared united during the scandal, “Full House” co-star John Stamos hinted that things weren’t so rosy. On the “Good Guys” podcast, Stamos didn’t hold back. “Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core,” he said, calling Giannulli a “terrible narcissist” and adding, “She put up with a lot over the years with this guy. She is an angel, and she always made things better.”
