RHOP Stars Wendy Osefo and Husband Edward Arrested on Felony Fraud Charges

According to documents obtained by Bravo and Cocktails, Wendy Osefo faces 16 charges, including seven felony counts, for allegedly providing false or misleading information involving more than $300. She’s also charged with one misdemeanor count for allegedly making a false statement to an officer.

The couple was booked on Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Additional details about their arraignment and legal representation have not yet been released.

As of 10:35 am ET on October 10, we do not have the details of Eddie Osefo’s charges.

According to our source, the charges seem to be associated with insurance fraud. The offense date listed is allegedly the day after Wendy Osefo reported a home burglary.

Eddie is facing 18 charges, per our source. Unsurprisingly, most of them match up with Wendy’s charges.

They allegedly reported over $20,000 worth of items as stolen, but then took and returned them to the stores.

Detectives reportedly found images of Wendy wearing jewelry that she had reported as stolen.
