Kristin Cavallari is hitting the reset button — and she’s not being shy about it. On the most recent episode of herLet’s Be Honestpodcast, the 37-year-old reality star revealed she’s stepping away from the mic for a bit, deleting TikTok, and even changing her phone number.

I’ve been in sort of this weird, interesting energy… I’m feeling a little rebellious,Kristin admitted, adding that she wanted to channel that rebellionconstructively.

“I deleted TikTok. My account still exists, but it is no longer on my phone,she said, explaining that the endless opinions about her had become too much.

Kristin also decided to change her number — and she’s being very selective about who gets the new one.I’ve just decided protecting my peace is the most important thing for me,she explained.

The mom of three, who shares Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor with ex-husband Jay Cutler, admitted she’s been ina weird funksince her live podcast tour and TV show,Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour,brought a wave of public commentary.Unfortunately, for me, my TikTok, I am my own algorithm… I get fed a lot of these videos about me, and it drives me crazy,she confessed.

For now, Kristin says she’s focusing on her kids, board games, and even learning Italian. And while she’s stepping away for a breather, she promised her fans she’ll be back — teasing that she’ll kick off her return with episodes dedicated to “The Hills.”
