Christina Haack and Josh Hall’s divorce is finally settled — and let’s just say, the split came with plenty of real estate, a fleet of cars, and a hefty payout.

Over a year after their breakup and three years of marriage, details of Christina and Josh’s divorce agreement have surfaced. According to Us Weekly, Josh, 44, is walking away with the couple’s Tennessee home, their Tennessee condo, and even a plot of land in California. That’s not all — he also scored a garage full of toys: a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Honda motorcycle.

Josh also kept certain furniture, full interest in his business, several bank accounts, and $100,000 that Christina had already handed over to cover legal fees and costs.

As for Christina? She’s holding onto their Newport Beach home, several other Tennessee properties, her business, her bank accounts, two 2021 GMC Yukons, and a 2021 Polaris Razor. But the kicker? She was ordered to pay Josh a lump sum of $300,000.

Josh Hall Speaks Out After Divorce

While Christina, 42, hasn’t commented publicly on the settlement, Josh wasted no time celebrating on Instagram. “Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality… Finally, legally divorced and a free man,” he wrote. “Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention.” Subtle, Josh.

A source close to him told E! News that Josh believed the settlement was “fair,” adding that he voluntarily declined spousal support. “Given there was no prenup, Christina should send Josh a thank you, but Josh is happy to never have to speak to her again,” the insider said.

As fans may recall, Christina accused Josh of transferring money from one of her income properties into his personal account after their July 2024 split. He ultimately agreed to pay her back.

Both exes have moved on — Christina is dating Christopher Larocca, while Josh has gone public with Stephanie Gabrys. But with houses, cars, and a six-figure check involved, their marriage exit was anything but boring.
