Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may be swapping jet-setting for small-town charm—at least part-time. Sources revealed that the newly engaged couple are eyeing an $18 million estate in Hunting Valley, Ohio, just a stone’s throw from Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights.

The sprawling property, which boasts six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, sits on 61 acres of wooded land—plenty of room for privacy, parties, and, yes, a music studio, according to the listing on Zillow. Because if you’re Taylor Swift, you don’t move into a house unless it has a place to spin heartbreak into Grammy gold.

The couple reportedly toured the estate earlier this summer after being spotted at JoJo’s, a chic French bistro in nearby Chagrin Falls, according to Page Six. Locals have been buzzing ever since, convinced that Swift and Kelce might be preparing to put down roots close to family.

Designed by architect Charles Fazio and yacht interior designer Ari Loar, the Ohio mansion isn’t exactly your average starter home. For outdoor entertaining—or one of Swift’s infamous Fourth of July parties—there’s a pool, patio, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen.
