Jax Taylor’s off-screen mess is starting to sound a lot like his on-screen one. Multiple women claim that the 46-year-old “The Valley” star used his position at his Studio City bar to “love bomb” female staffers, sleep with them, and then toss them aside before quietly stepping away from the business this summer.

The women claimed Jax repeated a pattern of “love bombing” and inappropriate workplace behavior, with one calling it “manipulative and humiliating.” Their accounts come after a tumultuous year that included his split from Brittany Cartwright, who has accused him of physical abuse during their marriage.

Jax Taylor Accused of Pursuing Staff at His Bar

One longtime staffer said she was far from the only employee pulled into his cycle.

“I thought I was the only one he slept with [from work], but after everything ended, I found out he told the same things and used the same tricks on a few of us,” she told The U.S. Sun. “He used his power and his charm to manipulate his own staffers. He’d make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with, so it had to stay a secret.”

The same woman described uncomfortable moments inside the bar. “Sometimes at the bar, he would make sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos. I didn’t know how to respond, given he was still my boss. We all felt like we had to go along with it.”

On “The Valley” season 2, castmate Danny Booko even alleged Jax was hooking up with employees—a claim he denied at the time.

Allegations of Unprotected Sex (GROSS!) and ‘Love Bombing’

Several women also alleged that Jax rarely used protection but would “always offer to buy Plan B” afterward. Another woman said he aggressively pursued her via Instagram DMs, showering her with declarations of love, promises of a future, and constant sexual messages.

“He’d text all day, say the kindest things, and love bomb me day in and day out,” she explained. “But I found out he told all of us girls the exact same things.”

She claimed Jax’s texts included graphic comments such as wanting to “put his DNA inside” of her. Others said he repeated the same cycle of gifts, flirty bar merch, and future plans—before flipping into paranoia and blame-shifting. “Out of nowhere, he’d accuse me of things that weren’t true. Everything was always my fault,” one added.

Brittany Carwright Alleged Jax Got Physical With Her on Season 2 of ‘The Valley’

While these women spoke of manipulation and emotional whiplash, Brittany has publicly accused Jax of far worse. During the “Valley” season 2 reunion, she detailed a violent outburst in which he threw furniture and physically hurt her.

“He was extremely aggressive. He threw the coffee table. It landed on my knee. It turned black immediately. He threw both barstools,” Brittany told Andy Cohen. “He threw my Stanley cup and broke it… he threw my phone and broke it, he threw my laptop and broke it, he threw me into the rose bushes.”

Brittany filed for divorce in August 2024, and their legal proceedings remain ongoing.

Between divorce drama, rehab for cocaine addiction, and mounting accusations, Jax stepped away from his Studio City bar in July 2025. His podcast tour was canceled, and he ultimately “resigned” from “The Valley” itself.
