Larsa Pippen is stepping into her power—and her dream home. The “Real Housewives of Miami” star recently revealed on the show that she purchased a stunning mansion in Miami’s upscale Pinecrest neighborhood for $5.4 million.
Larsa Pippen’s New $5.4M Miami Mansion Marks a Bold New Chapter
The real estate deal, confirmed by The Real Deal, marks a major milestone for Pippen. “This is the first house that I’ve owned by myself,” she shared on RHOM, calling the property “more her style and vibe” as she embarks on a new chapter following her 2021 divorce from NBA legend Scottie Pippen.
Public records show Pippen bought the six-bedroom, six-bathroom estate via trust in November, financing the purchase with a $4 million mortgage from Morgan Stanley. The 5,750-square-foot home—originally listed for $6.3 million—was built in 2016 and sits on nearly an acre of land. It includes a guest house, landscaped gardens, a pool with deck, and a full outdoor kitchen.
While the house isn’t move-in ready just yet, Pippen has big plans. She enlisted her RHOM castmate Stephanie Shojaee, an executive at Shoma Group, to help her create a custom dream closet.
Beyond her Pinecrest digs, Pippen also owns a $3.4 million penthouse at the Paramount Miami Worldcenter, which she purchased in 2022. Her new real estate move follows her split from Scottie, who sold their former Fort Lauderdale mansion for $10.5 million shortly before their divorce was finalized.
Pippen originally joined “The Real Housewives of Miami” in 2011 and returned for the show’s reboot in 2021. Her latest purchase isn’t just a real estate upgrade—it’s a declaration of independence.
