“Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy has a new reason to smile. The reality TV personality and her husband, Brett Randle, recently welcomed their daughter, Teddi, into the world. While they are still adjusting to life as a family of four, baby Teddi has already captured the hearts of her proud parents and big brother, Hudson. Here’s what LeCroy has shared with fans about her new life as a mom of two.
Baby Teddi Arrived Earlier Than Madison LeCroy Expected
LeCroy documented parts of her labor journey on social media, via Amazon Live. She posted a candid video that was filmed shortly after her water broke in the middle of the night, while Randle was out of town.
“Well, it’s 3 a.m. … my water broke. So, we’re on the way to the hospital. We’re kind of freaking out, don’t have anything packed yet,” she said in the clip. “We’re just trying to get there.”
By the time her husband arrived, LeCroy had already been admitted and was preparing for an early C-section.
“I still feel really good. Brett is en route, so I’m trying to just hold on until he gets here,” she said. “By the sound of it, we’ve got time. But yeah, we’re just getting excited and ready. She’s a little early.”
The “Southern Charm” star told Us Weekly that Teddi was born weighing just 5 pounds, but she has already proven to be a fighter.
“She’s breathing on her own and hasn’t needed any oxygen. She’s kind of a little trooper,” LeCroy said, adding that doctors were surprised by how well Teddi was doing after her early arrival.
“I wasn’t shocked at all,” LeCroy said.

After Teddi’s birth, LeCroy has continued to share heartfelt updates. She gushed about her daughter on Instagram, saying, “I didn’t know what I was missing until I held her. My life feels complete.”
The Bravolebrity has also been praising her husband, who she knew “for a fact” would be a great dad before Teddi arrived. Now that their daughter is here, LeCroy’s confidence has been confirmed.
She’s posted photos of Randle bonding with their newborn, and it’s clear he’s embracing his role wholeheartedly. Of course, he already has some parenting experience. Randle is stepdad to LeCroy’s 12-year-old son, Hudson, who seems to be adjusting well to his new role as big brother. LeCroy shared a photo of him holding Teddi in the hospital and wrote in the caption, “Little boys: the ultimate mood-lifters.”

In another post, the Southern Charmer reflected on her growing family, writing, “These are the moments I’ll ever forget. We’ve laughed til it hurt, cried happy tears, and just kept looking at each other like.. we really did this.”
LeCroy also teased that she wanted more kids, writing, “Starting our family and I’ve never felt more proud of us! Now let’s do it 3 more [times].”
This exciting milestone coincides with another big change. LeCroy and Randle recently moved into a new home, just in time for Teddi’s arrival. Although the baby girl remains in the NICU for now, LeCroy says she’s doing great.
“She’s still in the NICU… but she’s doing great,” she wrote in a July 8 update. “Taking her bottles, gaining weight, and right on track for where she should be. Our little preemie angel is getting stronger every day… we can’t wait to bring her home.”
“Southern Charm” is available to stream on Peacock.
