“Happy Friday,” Kyle captioned her Instagram Story selfie, where she posed confidently in a sleek gym outfit featuring black-and-white striped leggings. The snap comes amid a period of intense personal transformation for the Bravo veteran, who has been alcohol-free for years and continues to lean into health and self-care following her 2023 separation.

The fitness flex came less than 24 hours after Kyle and Mauricio reunited for a family dinner at Cipriani in Beverly Hills to mark Alexia’s 29th birthday. According to footage shared by TMZ and credited to Backgrid, the former couple’s interaction at the restaurant was described as “awkward” and included a hug and a cheek kiss that made fans cringe.

“Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky will clearly do anything for their children … including suffering through some awkward moments,” TMZ wrote in the video caption on X.

Despite the frosty reunion, both parents continue to show up for their kids. Earlier this month, they attended Alexia’s engagement party to Jake Zingerman, and fans noted their commitment to co-parenting with grace—even if it’s a little uncomfortable.
