Okay so something is fishy with Shep this season. Shep is beyond cringe with the whole Sienna obsession…to the point of it seeming fishy.
Sure, she’s gorgeous and I’m sure he’s into her. But I also think he’s self producing. Especially after his debacle at BravoCon (he was blackout the whole weekend and called out at the reunion etc.).
Let’s face it—he is ten seasons on Southern Charm so he has some skills with storyline.
Also he was active on Raya the entire time this was being filmed …

I find all of this hard to believe…maybe h thought he needed to humble himself in the viewers eye after Taylor and bravocon….I see him pining after something he can’t have but all this? Never.

To me this feels more authentic than that, albeit embarrassing as he*l. This is a guy who’s basically been able to get/do what he wants forever, and he’s realizing that he may be beyond the point where he can date girls this young, smart, and beautiful. Finally someone he can’t just have because he wants her! The horror!🤣
Unfortunately Whitney is the producer. So he doesn’t keep the interesting intelligent women on the show like Olivia, Chelsea. The only interesting gal is Madison. The show is getting boring. It’s cringe to watch the old men dating you d girls. It was cringe w Ravenel and it’s still cringe

I view it as his addictive personality. He has to have something to latch onto and at this time it was Sienna.

Absolutely agree! Shep is too self aware and intelligent to unintentionally behave like this. It feels so unauthentic and looks fake. He read the text aloud knowing how ridiculous it sounds – it was for a reaction from Austin and the audience. This situation hasn’t redeemed him, he looks a creep!
This has been so awkward to watch. I think he really did believe they were meant to be. Just his face when she said she wasn’t staying in the room when he changed said he was in disbelief
