Latest chronicle of The Mansion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe!

Kim Zolciak’s attorneys notified the courts yesterday they are withdrawing from representing her divorce.

They claimed she owed $77,019.91 as of May 30 for their services. They placed a lien on her home. The lien is claimed for attorney’s fees and expenses of representation at the current principal amount with interest at the rate of 18 percent.

Her previous attorney, David Beaudry, filed an attorney’s lien against Zolciak’s property for an alleged $33,000 debt. That lien has yet to be released as well.

American Express has summoned for Truist Bank, her mortgage holder, to “hold all money, including wages, and other property, except what is known to be exempt, including property in safe-deposit boxes or similar property.” This is in relation to Amex having her bank accounts garnished for the $215K lawsuit settlement from 2018.

Neighbors reported the home sold at the last minute. It’s currently not listed. ( Not 100% site it sold as it’s not listed as sold or for sale. Neighbors say it sold but cannot confirm)
