This is wild. They have been given reprieve after reprieve. I bet the only reason they moved out is because they thought it would be sold yesterday. Not because they are *actively* selling it.

The bank is doing this not because of good faith. They are doing it because they can get more money through a sale than a foreclosure. The bank would still be out the difference, so this at least allows them to attempt to get more money back.
