This is a Cocktailer-submitted recipe!
Equipment
- 1 Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- olive oil
- garlic
- splash soy sauce
- carrots
- 1 fresh tomato or small can tomato sauce
- potatoes
- cube beef bouillon
- chopped parsley
- splash red wine
Instructions
- Season all sides of the loin with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, Cajun spice (any spices you like)
- Once seasoned, sear the pork: sear on pan with oil and garlic. Sear each side for about 1 min each.
- Take pan and throw pork loin with oil and garlic into the crockpot.
- Add 2 cups of water to crock pot
- Add a splash of soy sauce
- Add carrots (I use baby carrots)
- Add 1 chopped up tomato or a spoon of tomato sauce
- Add parsley
- Add 1 beef cube
- Let cook for 1 hour while turning
- Add chopped potatoes
- Add a splash of red wine
- Let cook for another 3 hours while flipping loin every 30 mins
- Cook until you can start pulling apart the loin.
- Once your loin is pulling apart, pull it apart completely let it soak in the liquid in crock pot for a few mins and you’re good to go.
