Stassi addressed the rumor her and Katie are not friends because of Stassi’s friendship with Lala.
“I need to step in here,” Stassi said I’m not on Vanderpump Rules. I’m not on any team.”
“That’s not my life anymore. I have individual friendships with people. Friendships ebb and flow without it being nefarious. “
Updated : recently on a podcast Katie shared Basically that she loves Stassi wished she saw her more but she is a working mom with 2 kids and doesn’t have a lot of time.

since when are katie & stassi not friends anymore? I hadn’t heard anything about that. katie is hartford’s godmother!
Doesn’t sound like she’s ride or die for Katie anymore. They are living totally different lives so…
I don’t think they are not friends. I think Katie is recently divorced and single and Stassi is married with two young kids at home and they are both living very different lives right now. Just because we don’t see them out together on social media doesn’t mean they aren’t friends it just means Stassi is gravitating towards people with kids and Katie is gravitating towards people who want to go out and be single.
“ Friendships have and flow without it being nefarious.” Hmmm maybe she meant ebb & flow?? And when are friendships considered ‘nefarious’? Good on Stassi for moving on. She made my skin crawl anyway with her entitled way of living. Here’s hoping children have made her view life more normal. But then I think of Tre & realize kids don’t always do that.
I feel like they will always be friends no matter what and Stassi would never pick Lala over Katie.
I think that since Katie is single and Stassi is married with kids, it is natural that their friendship has waned a bit. They have different priorities. It isn’t a good or bad, just a fact of life. I believe that Lala has moved on from Scheana and is closer with Stassi now. Scheana is her on-screen ally only. Scheana just hasn’t realized it yet.
53 yo here. Married and no kids by choice for 20 yrs. When a close friend has kids their lives become all about the kids and their gf’s also have kids. Until the kids get in their late teens and moms can have social lives again w/o guilt. Happened with my hs gf and some college gf’s. We’re all as close as ever now
I have a 4 year old, and my best friend is child free. Me having a child has had zero impact to our friendship. So I just do not understand this.
