First, a tribute to Shannen Doherty – we will miss her. She was unapologetically herself and we feel like we lost a friend this week. Tom Sandoval continues to villainize himself – he just filed a lawsuit against Ariana for “invading his right to privacy” through her “unauthorized and unpermitted access to, use of, and copying of the data on his cell phone and the distribution to Rachel Leviss”. We have thoughts on that and his very strange 4am Instagram live with his girlfriend. We have breaking news on the Real Housewives of Orange County. And, a Cocktails and Gossip exclusive about the future of Real Housewives of New Jersey. everybody. Hi cocktails and gossip. Listeners. Cocktailers. Just wanted to say for those cocktails who joined us on Zoom last night, we had quite the lively conversation. I love it that everyone is really getting into the groove, and everyone’s talking. It’s not just us. It was a lot of fun.
We put a crazy puzzle together last night, Amanda, when I got off, it blew my mind, and that’s why I love our community so much, because it takes everybody. I’m not the genius. Amanda’s not the genius. Like we all add to the puzzle, and later in the pod, we’re going to share a little bit about what we’re talking about. It’s mind blowing. Yeah, I just wanted at the top of the pod to acknowledge the passing of Shannon Doherty. It’s, I think it’s always hard when, let’s face it, if you’re listening, you guys love celebrities the same way Amanda and I do, and when any celebrity passes, it’s sad when anyone passes. We grew up with these people, and although we don’t know them, oftentimes we feel like we do. Yeah, in Shannon’s case, I just loved her. She’s strong. She’s outspoken at a time when it really wasn’t okay for teenage and early 20s women to be outspoken and have strong opinions. She made it okay, and she’s 10 years about 10 years older than me, and I’ve always been outspoken. I always gravitated towards liking those roles and celebrities who were that way, and so often they were painted as difficult and all of those things. So I just want to acknowledge and send prayers to her loved ones. And yeah, I
agree. I know was the show that we looked forward to watching every Wednesday night. I want to say it started on Thursday nights and then moved but Wednesday night was the night, and this was the day before DVR is I watch a lot of times it was like after swim practice or whatever, eating dinner in my kitchen, watching it on the little TV on the counter. But I doubt that we all
had, if our kids, if our kids, ever had a watch on that little like you could barely even see the picture. They
all watched stuff on their phones out. That’s worse, in my opinion, but the quality is brighter, pixelated. That’s true, but it was. There’s nothing really like it anymore, except, I would say maybe like some of the HBO shows, as far as, like, appointment television watching, and that’s what you did if you had a friend over. And you both watched it at my kitchen counter. I just and I couldn’t agree more. I feel like we grew up together. I feel like we lost a friend even though we didn’t know her. I mean, she was unapologetically herself in a time where it was blondes with big boobs and who acted meek and flirty. This was the time of Pam Anderson, like Jenny Garth was, yeah, considered the hot one.
Yeah, she a question as a blonde, because I’m a brunette. So I wonder, with you saying that, it made me think, is that why I identified more with her? I mean, I think her personality also aligns with mine, like I’m not a pushover, and I’m gonna say stuff that’s gonna make people cringe sometimes, but as a blonde, did you feel you related more to Kelly?

No, it was. I was always Jenny Garth had that kind of not her. Her character had Kelly had that kind of mean girl attitude, and, like, I liked that Brenda was not always sure of herself, but would push forward, and had some stubbornness. And anyway, I outside of the screen too. She was very brazenly her, like, again, just herself, and I think it’s a really big loss, and only bright light there is that Brenda and Luke are back together. And
I’m sure you read all of the cast statements as I did, and it was like Brian Austin greens made me sob. I know Tori spelling’s made me sob some. A lot of my DMs, people said they didn’t love Jason Priestley’s. I thought it was great. I just think some people aren’t naturally, like, mushy and he, I don’t know, but his character was certainly, like, more reserved and buttoned up, and I feel like that’s how he was. So his statement felt very authentic to me. Yeah, listen, I grew up wanting to be Sam from who’s the boss, huge Melissa Milano, fan, people had a problem with her statement. I did it because here’s the thing, it’s no secret they had a different, difficult relationship, which is what she said, Yeah, and I think that had she not spoken out, she would, she was damned if she did, damned if she did
not, because that it would have looked very disingenuous. Yeah, it was great. Yeah, I
think it was great that she said, Listen, it’s no secret, but like at the core of it, Shannon was somebody that I admired, and people loved her, and she was a phenomenal actress, and just because we weren’t best friends, doesn’t take away from the fact that, like, the world is less without her, and I’m sad about it, which is honest, yeah, would it have been better for her to not say anything or to say something inauthentic?
I would I also just, I’ve been thinking about her a lot this week and just that time. If, for those of you guys who are younger and we’re not around or, you know, too young to really see this kind of stuff, I would liken the fame of the 9020, no, cast to Taylor Swift. Yes, they were that big. Yes, it was that big. I It’s so hard to explain. It was such a phenomenon, if you guys have it, if, if those of you on the younger side haven’t had a chance to watch the show, I think just for just for fun and nostalgia, like every show there was something was happening on a longer story, but then every show had there was a situation, there was always a lesson at the end. Like there was always like a cause, or learning about teen pregnancy and that kind of stuff. It was just such a good show, 100% Oh, hey, so I do you want to switch gears? Because this was, I think there’s been probably more conversation on Discord. We obviously talked about it on the Zoom last night. I’m sure you’re getting a million DMS about scum of the earth, Sandoval suing Ariana for accessing videos on his phone without permission. I believe the lawsuit is for violation of his privacy and then willfully using that content to cause him I forget what the word was, essentially to upset him, is what the lawsuit is for,
yeah, and we’re going to get to what our legal our attorneys and our legal experts weighed in and shared with us. But I’m not at all shocked by it. I actually woke up like middle of the night, as I always do, because I sleep terribly, and I, of course, my inbox had it, because I probably fell asleep right before it was made public. Sometimes stuff when it’s on West Coast time, whatever. Yeah, he’s a piece of shit. He’s a hater. Her success absolutely guts him. Listen, verde pump rules is not filming right now, so he’s not getting that check. Yeah, he lives high on the hog. We know that he likes to flash, give people money, pay. For things. He’s got this new gorgeous girlfriend who clearly is with him for fame and money. His bars are suffering. So I really think it’s money motivated, and we’ll get to what, like the attorney said, but
yeah, I Yeah. I think it’s, I think there’s a lot of just blame shifting, and again, once again, a complete and total lack of fucking accountability from this POS, okay, we did get an email, so I wanted to read that to you guys. So it says it’s from WeHo email. Dazed and confused@bravo.com this wannabe rocker is hitting rock bottom. Not only is he suing his ex, whom he betrayed in the most disgusting fashion. But he and his new girlfriend are taking their ways. They’re partying ways to new heights. The scary part is he really has no one around to reel him in. Yeah.
So Tom Schwartz was on social media deleting photos at the top of his Instagram feed of him and Tom really, oh, I hadn’t, yeah, that’s Oh yeah. We, actually, we got an email about from, okay, we got an email, but I checked the email with the source, who said that Tom is very much distancing himself. This is really, I think that Tom Schwartz has a fear that. I think there’s a number of reasons. Some of it is a loyalty to Sandoval. I think some of it is Schwartz recognizing that he’s done things just as bad. I think some of it is that Sandoval has stuff on him. But did you
see the videos of him and Victoria, his girlfriend. This is back to Sandoval that they did on Instagram Live at Four in the 4am and somebody actually emailed them to us, yes, and I am like, those links guys, and I posted them in discord, so they’re there. I watched every single one of them, and I was like, holy moly,
clearly, highest kite stress. I don’t, yeah, I don’t mean that they smoked a little joint. I don’t mean that they had a couple beers. Concerning, really concerning. They both him and the girlfriend deactivated, and I think his band their Instagram accounts, I believe Victoria deactivated and came right back, obviously. And then on the Schwartz and Sandy’s Instagram, they had to turn off comments because people were like, What the f and Greg, I believe is the partner’s name was writing. We had no idea. We’re disgusted. Schwartz is claiming as well. I don’t think he’s spoken publicly about it, but it came to me that he did not know. I believe it. I don’t believe Sandoval told anybody he was doing this, except maybe the girlfriend. Yeah, a cocktailer who is an attorney, said that she thinks he’s seeking indemnification by suing her, he’s seeking to insulate himself from responsibility financially to Rachel and then Ariana would be liable for a higher percentage of fault to Rachel, yes, another legal cocktail or weighed in and summed up what you and I and everybody spoke about last night on the Zoom they said that the fact that he initially recorded the videos without Rachel’s consent or obviously ariana’s knowledge because he was cheating. This person, who’s also an attorney, said I haven’t read his complaint, but if he’s identifying to not have to pay Rachel, I don’t know how he plans to prove Ariana was acting with malicious intent, or intent to harm or intent to violate one’s privacy, especially since he gave her his phone and they had each other’s pass codes prior to the affair being discovered, there was already a precedent sent by Tom of having an expectation that she wouldn’t be violating his privacy because he knew he gave her his passcode. So then this person said, so he needs to go to sleep in Antarctica. I’m also very curious, as we again spoke about on the Zoom, how Rachel’s attorney and Tom’s attorney are brothers the other gregaros, whatever brothers are, they’ll recognize that Matthew
and Mark, Mark you’ll recognize, are about a lot. Yeah.
OJ, Simpson, Scott Peterson, all these big names, Tom’s side in this whole thing is just it’s red flags. Schwartz deleting pictures is an indication that he’s trying to protect his businesses. He also is not getting the Vanderpump check. I don’t believe that Schwartz lives on as high as a hog, but at the end of the day, any person who sees their income changing as Schwartz is going to have to do what they can to protect it. Yeah, and I have to imagine that if Schwartz did not know about this, that he’s upset and blindsided, because Sandoval should have made him aware, because it would be in. Impacting his business. I just honestly, I don’t even think I think Sandoval would sue her back regardless. But I also don’t even think he’s in a great headspace. I think those videos are very
positive. Exactly what I was gonna say is, if anybody has a friend who goes off the rail on with substances and like this. The person who emailed us said there’s nobody who can reel him in. It puts everybody in a tough spot, because people who have anybody who has dealt with anyone who has substance abuse issues in their lives know you see the person that you know and love, and that’s what is you want to see that person you see them maybe do things that they wouldn’t if they were sober. And you don’t want to completely disassociate yourself with that friendship or that person, but you don’t want to associate yourself with their actions. And it’s I can imagine. There’s a lot of people in his life that are feeling like that right now.
And I didn’t pay a ton of attention to when Billy Lee and him and Victoria’s the new girlfriend’s name, were going at it on socials. But what I did pick up from the clips that I saw on various social media accounts reposted was that Billy Lee was saying, these two are out of control. They can’t form complete sentences middle of the day. This isn’t like a Sunday fun day situation. Listen, the Vanderpump Rules cast has been very they’re partiers. Okay? We watched Tom Schwartz a couple seasons ago when he was still married to Katie at the fertility doctor, saying, Do I have to stop popping molly at festivals? Can I shroom here and there? Yeah, so it’s right. It’s no secret we know about the skiing this is like to another level. Yeah,
I just think it’s sad, but yeah, I
mean, and I hope it ends in like, a rehab situation, because the alternative is very scary.
I agree. I agree.

he also the last season they were filming, he was sober. He was drinking those Heineken zeros now he wasn’t drinking, which is not the same as being sober, yeah, but if he truly was sober and he wasn’t smoking pot or doing any other substances, then that is acknowledgement at that time on his part that his use of substances was affecting him and his life. Now he’s very clearly back on things. So it’s a scary situation. Listen, here we are. We heard a while back that Ariana wasn’t planning to return. Yeah, I’m gonna go out there and say this will solidify that. Yeah, but van der Pope was just nominated for an Emmy. Guys, okay, they are not coming back. Does this delay filming further? Do they just not discuss it because it’s a legal matter? Do they do they have a Sheena and him be like, having a touchy conversation where they allude to the fact, but don’t really go into details on the lawsuit, I think they’d have to acknowledge it. Yeah, I don’t see a world where and Ariana actually posted the Emmy, like, the announcement for the Emmy and covered sandovals face with a sticker on her Instagram story. And it’s like, we did great or something. I thought I was like, Okay, go off. That
is the best kind of shape. I loved it. Okay? I want to move to
wait. I just wanted to say one thing, yeah, because everybody and their brother wanted to know. What are Sheena and Lala gonna say about this lawsuit? Oh, yeah. Well, Sheena did a story briefly where she was like, everybody wants to know. Obviously, I think Sandoval is an asshole for doing this. I don’t want to be his friend anymore, and I’m Team Ariana, to which every follower in my DM was like, Yeah, until third episode, new season, where she feels sorry for him. Lala has said nothing. She’s been on socials. She’s been posting now. Listen, did she record a pod yesterday? And by the time this airs, do we get a statement from her? Of course, it’s possible, if we know Lala, she’s more inclined to do something that you have to tune in, and she gets paid off the ads to listen to, because she’s all about monetizing, which is fine, yeah. But if she doesn’t do that, and she stays completely silent and then says something like, I was pregnant and I was focusing on that, she’s been so outspoken since the send it to Daryl, beginnings of scandoval, and now nothing.
Yeah, if I were Lala, this would be the perfect opportunity to pick up the phone and call Ariana and be like he’s a complete asshole. I’m sorry you’re going through this, and I’m also sorry for all the shit that I said before. Yes.
Is she big enough to do it, though? Can she swallow her pride and admit and even say, Listen, you know what? I went with production. I shouldn’t have done it. I fucked up. Like, yeah, it’s okay to make a mistake.
I think she is. I think she’s absolutely capable of doing it. I hope so. Yeah, and I hope for her sake
she does, because I think in the long run, it won’t serve her not to with the fan base, is what I mean.

I Amanda. I’ve been very vocal. Not team Shannon. I really never have been. We were both vocal about her DUI and how disgusted we were, girl, woman getting a DUI. I found myself sympathizing with her. Alexis came in really hot. Yeah. What did you think about when Alexis met up with Heather and Emily and rebranded John Jansen to Johnny j which Heather’s commentary on that was hysterical. Not since Mayo becoming aioli, has there been a more iconic rebrand? But what did you think about her kind of coming at Emily? Hey, listen, if you want to be my friend, don’t talk about my man. They were dating for a couple of weeks. At this point, I
feel like I have to say this. I never liked Alexis. I’ve said this back when we were speculating about her coming back when she was at bravocon. Tamara on her podcast says that Alexis has really changed, and I agree. I have always been a Shannon fan, I very much was very it just that it’s disgusting. I think that the DUI, I wanted to clarify that. But why is Alexis going so all in on guy that she really just met, and then coming in like you? Said, not just so hot, but just mean, right? When she met with Shannon, and I don’t know, I
just, I think, Okay, I think that obviously Alexis wanted to focus on you’re jealous. I’m with your man, right? I think that Shannon okay, we know that Shannon is upset that he’s dating Alexis. I think that we also can agree that Shannon would be upset if he was dating anyone new. Certainly anyone knew that would be filming in this case, Alexis, his husband did sue Shannon and Tamara and I believe Heather McDonald, because they got her pod Yeah. So now, of course, Tamara came out after the first episode and said, I can prove that Alexis is named. Was never on any of the legal paperwork or whatever those details are. Okay, let’s say her name wasn’t John was with Shannon. John Jansen throughout that entire lawsuit, Alexis has no loyalty to Shannon. Okay, they’re not friends. They never film together. Fine. John can date who he wants, but one can understand how hurtful it would be for Shannon’s ex boyfriend of I don’t want to know, three to five years to date a woman who was actively suing her. I think she said it was $500,000 that went into her having to pay lawyers and whatever settlement. Settlement

Shannon said Alexis his name was on the season desist, which is what I guess, came before the lawsuit, and Alexis didn’t. So
that Tamara’s denying that her name is on it. I don’t think that’s the point, though. I think the point that Karen giambolino were a package deal, whether they had split around that time, or whatever, for all intents and purposes, when she was being sued, she was made at Jim and Alexis. That’s not fabricated, is she also ticked off about John, yes, if Alexis were not part of the couple that sued her, or the ex wife of the person suing her, if she were just another, if it were Lizzie from the OC who is back red filming, or Gretchen, would she still be upset that somebody in this circle who’s filming is dating her long term ex? Of course, she would be
like you said to anybody. But I think Shannon also is smart enough to realize, like Alexis, isn’t really breaking any girl code here. There’s no she had no loyalty to Shannon where and then, and Shannon doesn’t even bring it really up. It’s really about the lawsuit. And Alexis just doesn’t even really, first of all, she didn’t deny that her name was on that letter. But she also doesn’t really, she doesn’t acknowledge it, and she goes straight into John’s my man. He loves me. He’ll pick me blah, blah, blah, which is just, that’s it. It’s like she came in for a fight about the wrong thing, and Shannon’s Shannon did not take the bait.
Yeah, I was impressed with how Shannon didn’t take the bait. I was shocked, because Alexis could have still said all of that childish stuff while saying, Listen, I get it. And I get that. It hurts more because he’s with someone who, during your relationship was ex husband was suing you, although I have to tell you, I had nothing. To do with that lawsuit. I could see why you would group us together, right? Because that’s just what it is. So it isn’t like Shannon is we all know we knew about the lawsuit. It’s been discussed on the show. I really, and we’ll never know. I really would love to know, because I remember Alexis his name was rumored, but you have to also remember that Gretchen’s name was rumored too, yeah. And I really do feel that her dating John brought her back on the show. And I think that Alexis actions unless she really is as immature as whatever, because she’s coming right out of the gate, focusing so much on John, which it’s funny, because ahead of the season, I know that she said things like, I am not focusing on my relationship. I am just there filming. I was on this show before I’m back. Yeah, no, you very clearly are highlighting your relationship and using it as a storyline. And it leads me to believe what we suspect, which is that there were a bunch of names in consideration, and her relationship with John solidified them, picking her over Yeah, over others, yeah,
I don’t know. I also have to just say John Jansen is no prize. He’s clearly a house soy fucker. Like it’s gross. I also I have to say, I am sure you laugh too. I laughed out loud at SHAN Or at Alexis, and not because, not in a way that I think she wanted to get the attention when somebody fed her that line, when somebody was like, You know what you should say to Shannon, there’s the door, Shannon, but door. But that was what was so funny about it is, like, I think Alexis spent that one a little bit early because she wasn’t getting anything out of Shannon. Like Shannon wasn’t yelling, like you could just tell somebody was, like, put this in your arsenal. And when you and Shannon get in a fight, and she just went ahead and did it, and because she had it wasn’t activated, it just felt flat. I just started laughing.
This is the thing, right? So you we forget, because Alexis was on a long time ago. So you forget, and you just get excited, ooh, an old person’s coming back. But that scene reminded us all that of a few things. Number one, very clearly planned, and she wasn’t able. She’s not quick enough on her feet, she’s not sharp enough to divert, to change the narrative. When she sees that she’s not getting activated, she still went with it, which made it obvious that it was prepared, and it fell flat, and all of that. But the other thing we forget is that Alexis was not a great housewife. Alexis was a dingbat. Alexis was part of an in a sable cast where she was a bitch who eats crackers, who people collectively rolled their eyes at, and not just us. Tamara didn’t like her. Heather debro didn’t like her, like none of them liked her. Who did my cousin? I don’t even remember. I don’t. I forget, but yeah, me too. Whatever it is, she was always focused on money, and she was like airhead ish and all of these things. And after a couple seasons, she was cut. Remember when she tried to be a weather girl, or a newscaster, rather, and she sucked at that. And then when she was yeah, and then when she was off the show, unlike Tamara, who was off the show for a bit, Vicky, who was off the show for a bit, but they’re able to do a podcast, have a VENA brand, Li, whatever her name is, who was only on the season, like one year bathing suit brand, and they’re able to create, Use the platform, create successful businesses. You see them on things. They’re included in things. Alexis just went away because there’s not much there. Yeah, I’m not saying she’s an awful, terrible person. I think she seems like a great mom. I’m sure she’s nice enough, but there’s not much there. She’s not exciting. She needs Johnny J and I think her riding so hard for him is her acknowledging it, because she’s got to stay with him a little while longer now to get back on the show. Even if they break up before filming, they can’t break up yet while this season is filming, because then it’s a is that breakup storyline all these months later, worth us bringing her back, or do we go in a different direction? There’s so many great women in OC that are willing to come on the show 100%
I don’t know. I look forward to seeing how this all plays out, but I think you said the cheating crackers. And I’m like, Yep, I think Alexis is gonna fall there for me. I know Tamara’s been working really hard to make everybody think she’s awesome. I’m not seeing it so far, agreed. So let’s talk about Gina and Shannon at the party. What did you think about that whole situation?
So we’re gonna get to the puzzle. But my initial thoughts when I was watching it, I thought it was really big of Gina. I thought she was very kind to Shannon when she got to the party. Because what I can’t forget is that the last time. We saw Shannon and Gina at the reunion. Shannon was very judgmental about her DUI from years prior, and was doubling down on her whole CPS thing that Gina could have lost her kids. Yeah, I
watched that feeling the same way, but wondering if maybe that conversation isn’t over, and if Gina was just trying to be on her best behavior. Because if I were Gina, I think I would still have some words for Shannon. And Gina was quite pissed off on social media and posted about it after Shannon’s DUI. I don’t know
I would those of you, for those of you that don’t have access to cocktail party or the cocktail pod and posts, we put a puzzle together last night on the zoom with our cocktailers. So there’s a lot of new tea that we posted about Gina and Travis and their living situation, why they are not living together. Allegedly, there is a legal reason why his kids can’t live in the house with them. So what I thought of last night was that DUI was years old. Why did Shannon bring up CPS and then put it on the DUI? It’s almost as if Shannon stopped herself from bringing up the situation that was briefly in the tabloids. I believe radar, we had posted about it back when. I believe Radar Online posted about it, but it never picked up steam. And now we see her not living with Travis and saying some cockamamie reason, which clearly is not the reason. There has to be a reason why his kids can’t live with her period. End of story. You guys can fill in the blanks. Yeah, I believe the reason Gina isn’t as mad at Shannon is because Shannon didn’t take it the step further and say, I’m not talking about the DUI. I’m talking about that thing that was on Bravo and cocktails and Radar Online where his ex wife has you in court because XYZ happens, and now you can’t live and Okay, so that’s the puzzle. And so you’ll say to you’ll ask yourself, if this is the case, why hasn’t she been called out? Shannon has such a mess on her hands at this point that she’s not going to call it out, especially with Gina being kind. Yeah. Emily is her friend, Heather debro. That is below her. Jen pedantry again. I think she’s too nice. Maybe a few seasons in, if she wants to hold that orange, she’ll start going low. But she’s not there yet. Yeah, I am surprised Tamara hasn’t I think that she would, but I think that currently, she’s got enough with going after Jen and her fiance’s Ryan and his legal situation, Shannon and Alexis. So I think Tamara has enough right now, and I don’t think anyone else is willing. It doesn’t mean that it won’t be. It doesn’t mean that if Jean is back next season, this doesn’t become exposed. I would actually assume it is exposed by that point, maybe she’ll be maybe she’ll be broken up with Travis. Because what we’ve also heard is that his divorce isn’t finalized because he won’t sign off. Allegedly, allegedly, his ex wife comes from a lot of money, and I it would seem if he’s not signing off, but obviously, very clearly, moved on. So it’s not because he wants to be married, it has to do with the settlement. And I think Gina is better than that. And I think Gina will realize that as this goes, Yeah, I
think the other thing it could be too, and I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt, it could be, the reason that none of the women are going after that is because there was some kind of situation, and the kids there, the way they’re, the way they live their life, was very affected, is very affected, and could be more affected by it. I don’t know. I think I would like to think that’s the reason why, because, and
I think that Gina is also a nice person, yeah,
yeah. I don’t think anybody has a lot of enmity, enmity. I can’t say that word enmity. I don’t know Anyway, I don’t think everybody has a lot of hate for Gina. I think you’re totally right. But guys, let’s just call this out for it makes zero sense. The way that they showed this on screen for why they’re moving out, that makes absolutely no sense.
And I’m actually shocked production allowed it. And I also think it’s because there’s so much going on this season that they don’t need they don’t need it. Yeah, I also think, listen, we watched Gina, her divorce was traumatizing. Then she had the DUI. After that, she found Travis, I think she probably trusted his word and was happy to have somebody loving, because she had a very wild situation with her ex, yeah, at this point, I think she has to wonder. What he’s doing, why he isn’t fully divorced. I hope she moves on from him. He doesn’t seem to have a job. I

before him, we had that absolute loser that Kelly Dodd went out with, that plastic surgeon who was like rude and crude. We had a god hell as Jim bolino, Steve lodge Brooks, Jim Velino, that I already say him, David bedor, it is. It’s by far, hands down the worst men of any city, of any reality show ever,
anywhere on any tell us. Somebody. Tell us what’s going on and why these women are all with these less subpar people. I did want to talk because it was officially about Jen pedroni and her divorce. So read up on some details of that. She got a lump sum settlement. I would not call that very large, though, because so she got 250, $7,000 lump sum, plus a few bank accounts that didn’t say what was in those. And then she gets 17. She gets, I think, almost 5000 a month for child support, and then 1700 per month in spousal support. So like doing the math in my head, I’m like, okay, she was, I think something like $20,000 behind on rent, and I think she has to pay that as part of this. She lives in one of the most expensive parts of California with four children, I’m guessing, legal bills still to pay to finish up for her divorce. I’m guessing there might have been a little credit card debt, because if she wasn’t paying her rent, chances are she was having when she was saying she was desperate to get support. I’m guessing there might be some credit card debt. I just don’t think that $250,000 is going to end up going very far, and it makes me worried that she is making decisions about Ryan and staying with Ryan based on her desire to have someone help take care of her and her family. I just got an email. Oh, I’m gonna pause because it is relevant to Gina and Travis. Oh, breaking news. Okay, Real Housewives of Ocean County, Star Gina, boyfriend, Travis and his ex wife reached a settlement in their bitter court war. So, okay, so we’re now acknowledging the court war that we’ve been posting about in cocktail party. Oh, because it actually was happening, we just don’t know about it because they’re not talking about it on top. Television. But this is this is happening. No one’s post anyway. Travis agreed, so he also had a restraining order against her. He agreed to drop it. The exes agreed, neither party will be under the influence of any non prescription medications or illegal drugs while having custody of their minor children. In addition, Travis and Megan agreed that Megan will submit to a drug screening within six hours of a request by Travis agrees to advance the cost of said screening tests. The deal states, if Megan fails any drug tests, her physical custody with the minor children will immediately suspend it, and further, he agrees that he will explain his basis for requesting a test and not use the provisions to harass Megan. Per their deal, Travis will be allowed to ask Megan to submit to the test for one year. They agree they will only speak about their children. All communications will be sent via court approved app. They agree not to make disparaging remarks about each other, nor allow any third party. Megan agreed to not mention or reference Travis on any social media platforms, nor encourage any third parties. So basically, they’ve met together to been like, Okay, you’re getting drunk. You’re getting drunk. Let’s just agree that we both have to do drug tests if requested. And like, we’re not going to tell everybody our business. So the blog, start, stop writing about it. What
I think I just heard you say is only Megan has to I didn’t hear say, both
sides have to submit. I didn’t see that either.
So that is what that’s interesting. Perked up my ears. Yeah, I do think Gina, when she’s saying like this other woman, makes it her life to make Travis’s life miserable. I 100% believe
that I do, and I also believe that she paid for his college. She bought the home they lived in he was not gainfully employed, and drained her and then up and left her with three kids or two kids. I also believe that too. So I think that it’s very convenient and easy to pay to her as the psycho when you have a television show platform, but obviously, there’s two sides to every story
having It’s not often. It’s it there is something there that it did. This agreement didn’t say both sides have to do this for them to call out one person. That is because it said yes, both sides agreed to not be under the influence of anything when they have the children, but only Travis can request a drug test of Megan and not the other way around, that it can prove
that maybe she listen. We don’t know this woman. Maybe she has a DUI, maybe she has something on her record that allows that to go through, whereas Travis does it,
yeah, because she at the end of the day, she because she didn’t have to agree to that, but they came to an agreement. So,
right, so she’s got to have something, yeah, which may be why she went after Gina. Okay, I can’t go after Travis, but she has a DUI in her record. And my kids told me, XYZ happened, so I can everything. He put on her, she then put on Gina, which would make sense why him and Gina are not living together. Maybe Gina was just pissed. Like, why am I getting dragged into this? Like, yeah, could be that, yeah, that, yeah, there’s Gina needs to leave that, and Jen needs to leave Ryan too. So back to you, yeah, back to that. You’re right. That is not an incredible amount of money. I was under the impression that her family business was worth a lot of money. To your point, California is very expensive. I can’t think of which state that business is in. Is it Oklahoma? I think she fed. Cost of living is quite different, a $257,000 lump payment that she received in Oklahoma, most likely could buy you a nice house, or be a big down payment towards a nice house. Yeah, $257,000 in the OC is a drop in the bucket, and good luck getting a one bedroom condo.
Yeah, that would pay for probably a year of rent, I’m guessing, for as many kids, and the space that she needs, I’m guessing,
$1,700 a month in spousal support is also not a lot in California, yeah, 4600 in child support they have four or five children is really not a lot. Yeah, yeah. And if she gets remarried, she loses that 1700 and I have to tell you, I’m sure she won’t I don’t know that Ryan doesn’t make money. I don’t believe he makes a lot of money on the up and up. So I just pray to God she uses not one penny of her settlement to help with his legal issues? Yeah,

have to tell you, I have a headache from talking about all of these women in the OC and they’re really either mediocre to terrible partners. Yeah, justice. Just for Shane, justice for Eddie, Judge. Yeah, justice, justice for Dr debro, because it is a pitiful situation.
Yeah, I guys, I can tell you, having been divorced and then dating a little bit until I met my fiance, there are great men out there. There are like, don’t just take the first guy that comes your way. My gosh, I agree. I just it makes me think worse of these people too, that they are willing to put up with so little, really, because they need to be taken care of they want to be taken care of. I don’t know. I do want to talk about Jersey before we go, because you and I were chatting a little bit. I know there’s a lot we can’t say yet that will be getting posted in cocktail party in the next what, few days or week. But do you want to start with that?
So my understanding is, Jersey’s done. There’s not an imminent plan for a reboot. We already know. They’ve said they’re not making another season with this current cast intact. That doesn’t mean never. That doesn’t mean there’s not a spin off that’s all gonna shake out, and that stuff will be coming out. I don’t know that there’ll be an announcement officially, like we’re done, but that’s what we’re hearing. And as I say, I will share more when I’m able.

I have to tell you, I’ve been mostly entertained. I like jersey. Oh, I mean, it was one of my favorites. And we’re used to housewives fighting. But there is something that feels so icky about this Danielle Jen fight. From what we hear, it gets worse. It’s, I can’t really explain it, because housewives bicker and housewives argue. This just feels hateful. It really didn’t like how Danielle spoke to her in the green room and said, You look like shit on your way out. Yeah,
let me ask you. I have a quick question about that, because I agree. I thought that was mean. But do you think that because it was funny when she said it, when Marge said to Jen, your lips look like a monkey’s asshole? Do you think that was less mean, and maybe Marge just didn’t get in as much like it didn’t look as bad on March, because it was so freaking funny.
I ha, okay, I have to say there is something about Danielle’s physical intimidation that bothers me. I don’t like that Jen was seated, and Danielle walked by her and like lowered down. Now we have to remember they were both suspended from filming for a few days, or whatever it was, a week because Jen pushed Danielle was in her face. Jen pushed her pretty aggressively, and then Danielle smashed, punched the side of Jen’s head face with a plastic cup that was very physically aggressive. There was something I think what bothered me about it was the standing over her, the tone, Jen is no innocent. Do not mistake me. I just it feels, did you watch Mob Wives?
Uh, here and there. I didn’t watch it. Uh, religiously. It
just, I don’t, I can’t, like I said, housewives fight and They bicker and they whatever. There’s something about the tone of this that I get with the network saying I am enjoying the season. I think it’s mostly good, but there is this underlying darkness, and there’s a reason why they’re like, we’re done with this cast, like we’re figuring it out. AKA, we’re not. We’re shelving it for now. Yeah,
watching it this week. I’m like, I’m watching it and I’m like, same thing. I. Feel grossed out by that whole situation. I just think there’s funny shade and there’s whatever, but then just being just straight up nasty is not and then I’m looking at I’m like, am I gonna admit if these folks are not on our screens for a long time, am I gonna miss them? And I ran through a mental list, and I’m like, don’t think I would. I think Teresa looked beautiful on her podcast. Not really gonna miss her. I would miss Marge. I would miss Jen Fessler. I would miss Melissa. I would miss Dolores, yes, but that everybody else
can go. I So then Kathy wakili was on watch, what happens live, and everyone’s Oh, they were testing the waters. Okay, first of all, Kathy husband, Kathy’s husband, rich, has said some I don’t follow him. You know what? I’m told is he posts some really not cool stuff, anti semitic, racist. In light of that, I I think, if anything, it was Jenny, it was there. And I think it was a diversion for us viewers, something exciting and fun. Oh, Kathy. Because whatever Kathy’s husband is, she was always likable, and seems like a nice lady and everything like that do. I think it would be cool if they have Melissa, Theresa, Kathy, and then they keep dolo, they keep Marge, I think it would be cool bring on a couple new ones. I think there’s a world they can do that. I don’t think they are doing that. I think people would tune into that, but I don’t think that’s happening unless, hey, listen, bravo. Call us.
I mean, I do think there is something interesting to making us miss them by going off for a while. Yes, but I Yeah. I also will just say having watched that, watch what happens live, where, for those of you guys who are not familiar with Gary jadetti, you should follow his Instagram account. It’s so funny. He is such a funny guy. I really enjoy him. We talked about him actually on the Zoom last night, somebody was like, why didn’t he just speak up more? And I’m like, he would have looked like an asshole if he was like, let me talk. There is not a way that a man on Watch What Happens Live can say that and not come off as a jerk, right? So I think he handled it with class. Andy was clearly annoyed. He even said, I can’t even get an award. Edge wise here, Jen clearly thought it was her show. I just, I don’t know. I just can’t with her. I it was, I totally agree. I think they brought Kathy on to take time away from Jen, because they probably had to have Jen because of whatever, you know, contract or whatever, but they took time purposely away from her by bringing Kathy on. I absolutely think you’re right,
yeah, and I think it was cool that we learned that Kathy’s daughter Victoria used to work for the aidens, and that they’re all family, friends, Kathy shading Melissa, oh, she doesn’t own the street. Listen, we all can remember that. And we said this last night in the zoom, Teresa said to Kathy and Rosie, I’m cutting the cancer out. Joe was forced to choose his sister, and I am going to give my honest opinion, and I’m going to tell you the reason why Kathy was mad. Do I think that if there was no show, Melissa, who had a close relationship with Kathy prior to the show, would agree with Joe to side with his sister and completely cut off Kathy. No, I think if there was no show, Joe would have wanted to side with his sister, and Melissa would have maintained some relationship with Kathy and been like, if Theresa doesn’t like it, that’s not my problem. We’ll go to her house for holidays, we’ll do all those things. We’ll pick her in that way. But I shouldn’t be expected to completely disown your cousin, which I think is fair as well. I think that would be a fair stance to take. Yeah, with that said, I think that they completely cut her off because of the show. So I think that’s Kathy’s beef, and I don’t blame her for having that beef. Do I think that if they really put the cameras up and they really were across the street from each other, which, like Kathy said, not to be boastful, but it’s two acres each lot, but whatever, if they were neighbors, do I think that they could move forward and be friendly? I do because there at the end of the day, Joe is Kathy and Rosie’s cousin, him and Richie obviously always got along, and they could move past it. It would never be the same. And I get the sense, which always annoys me, that Kathy takes it out more on Melissa than Joe. Like, Joe’s your cousin, after all, yeah. Like she didn’t have any comment for him, like, people are always so much quicker to forgive the man than the woman. It’s so
true. It is so true. I wonder too, though, because Kathy, what did they say? Are you gonna Are you and Melissa gonna become friends again? And Melissa said that she would be interested. Kathy said, wouldn’t that be convenient? So yes, there’s. Yes, I don’t know. I wonder if part of it is, too is if Kathy is, if she’s on the outs with both Teresa and Melissa and Joe, if she’s, if I’m going to become, if I’m going to get back in the good graces with either of them, it’s probably going to be Teresa, because Theresa is the bigger star, the bigger presence, the bigger the quote, unquote anchor on the show. And
maybe she’s angry enough at Melissa and Joe to do that, and Theresa totally would, because Theresa needs people right this season. She’ll forget about Kathy when she’s back on normal ground.

So the replacement reunion was filmed as we posted on Monday, July 15, at rail Steakhouse, which was also where they were for the last episode. The groups were separated. So you had Jackie Teresa and Jen in one room, you had Melissa Marge Fessler, Danielle in another room, and you had dolo going between the rooms. Husbands not in attendance, just wives said wasn’t a long day, meaning that should only be one episode. Yeah, so I think it’s the end of the road. Never say never. Miami’s back New York, they ended up rebooting New York’s first season didn’t have the ratings they wanted. They put a lot of money into promoting it.
I’m so good. You guys a watch it. Oh, I love great. I love it. Pick it up right now. While things are a little bit slow in the Bronx world, it’s the perfect time. It’s so good you watch too, because you will fall in love with a couple of these women. I just, I don’t know, I’m a big fan of the reboot,
but they’re all interesting, even the ones that I didn’t fall in love with, like I enjoyed them all.
Yes, I think it was masterful casting, and let’s pick it up so we can watch it. We can all watch it together for season two.
