    many bravo stars have talked about how this how their contracts work. you sign for X amount of years but can be fired at anytime. you cannot do another tv show on any network until the contract is expired. not sure if she legally has to film or not but personally don’t care to have her back

    This is typical of entertainment contracts. It’s not new, it’s called an option contract.
