So the timing is all bad, but I think there’s potentially merit to the Kellie Pickler guess. A few days before her husband committed suicide, she took a sabbatical for “personal reasons” from her SiriusXM job with no warning. Timing with all of it kinda fits, and she lives in Nash as does Jim and Reese.
@Erin -My first thought was Drew Barrymore as well, but blind above says singer/talk show host. Drew isn’t a singer.
