I think this figure is probably closer to $2.5 million that $250 k. There is NO WAY that house went for chump change especially in this Atlanta market

Banks only want what they are owed in foreclosures. Price only goes up depending on the bidding I think. So it’s possible the bank only wanted 250k. Or there weren’t many bidders. Either way 250k is a steal.
