Former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville is sharing a new update in her ongoing health battle.

During the June 18 episode of her “Unfiltered” podcast, Glanville revealed that doctors recently discovered a benign tumor in one of the lymph nodes in her face. The reality star said the finding could help explain some of the facial swelling and symptoms she has been dealing with for years.

“That could be why the fluid is going around my face,” Brandi said. “I can wear makeup for like 15 minutes, and [then] I have to take it off.”

When co-host James Maas asked what a benign tumor meant, Brandi clarified that it was “not cancerous.”

Brandi Glanville Says Doctors Finally Found a Benign Tumor

According to Brandi, the diagnosis came after she noticed a lump on her face and sought medical advice.

“Every doctor that I’ve showed, they’re like, ‘It’s just scar tissue,'” she said. “I’m like, ‘From what? I haven’t had a face lift yet.'”

She also expressed frustration with what she felt was a lack of urgency from some medical professionals.

“There’s a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field,” she added.

The reality star admitted the process has been emotionally exhausting.

“It’s been a long three years,” Brandi said, adding that she hopes to eventually get back to feeling like herself again. “I just want to put a ton of makeup on again.”

She also joked that she is ready for “a glow-up.”

RHOBH Alum Recently Shared Another Setback

The latest diagnosis comes just weeks after Brandi revealed that the mysterious condition affecting her face appeared to have returned.

During a June 4 episode of “Unfiltered,” she addressed comments from fans who had been asking about changes in her appearance.

“I have to give an update on my face because I got a lot of comments,” Brandi said. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed and then it happened again. And now it’s sinking in again.”

She continued, “If I had answers, I would tell you. I’ve been to a million doctors.”

Brandi explained that spending time in the sun and following what she described as a parasite-focused treatment plan had temporarily helped her symptoms. However, she acknowledged that she still lacked definitive answers.

“I don’t have answers,” she said. “Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? Because I can’t find one. I’ve been to a thousand dermatologists.”

Health Search Has Included More Than 20 Doctors

Brandi has been publicly documenting her health journey since 2023.

Initially, she wondered if the symptoms were connected to something she ate while filming “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” in Morocco. Over time, she also spoke about feeling what she believed was a parasite moving beneath her skin.

Earlier this year, Brandi appeared on Kathy Swarts and Susan Noles’ podcast, “I Do, Part 2,” where she revealed the financial toll her search for answers had taken.

“I’m paying out of pocket to see specialists, infectious disease doctors, you know, rheumatologists, like every doctor you can think of, I saw,” she said.

Brandi estimated that she had consulted 21 doctors and spent roughly $200,000 seeking treatment.

“I went to 21 doctors and I’m telling you, $200,000 … the people at my insurance … let’s just say sucks,” she added.
