Kim Zolciak can’t seem to escape divorce drama these days.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has been pulled into her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s contentious divorce battle after his estranged wife made a series of eyebrow-raising claims in new court filings obtained by TMZ.
According to the filing, Kyle’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, alleges that he has been spending significant amounts of money on Kim while their divorce case continues to play out.

In the court documents, Jillian claims Kyle has been covering a variety of expenses for Kim.
Among the expenses listed are rent, vacations, legal bills, mattresses for her children, beauty treatments, and even visits to a psychic.
Jillian alleges that the spending has become so extensive that she fears it could impact the value of assets that may eventually be divided in her divorce from Kyle.
According to TMZ, Jillian believes Kyle has access to a trust worth more than $100 million and is concerned about what she describes as excessive spending.
She is reportedly asking the court to prevent Kyle from making substantial purchases during the divorce proceedings.
The filing also refers to Kim as Kyle’s “potential future wife.”
Kyle Mowitz Denies the Allegations
Kyle is pushing back against the accusations.
According to the outlet, he denied claims that his spending is “out of control” and disputed allegations that he prioritizes funding Kim’s lifestyle over financial responsibilities to his own family.
Court documents reportedly state that it is “plainly false to state that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.”
Kyle also alleged that Jillian has accumulated significant credit card debt that he continues to pay.
According to the filing, he cited a recent luxury hotel stay that cost approximately $2,300 as an example of spending he believes is inconsistent with her claims.
As the divorce battle continues, both sides appear determined to challenge each other’s financial allegations.

The latest legal drama arrives as Kim continues her own highly publicized divorce from former NFL player Kroy Biermann.
The former couple has spent years battling over finances, custody and property issues following their separation.
In a twist that has fueled even more headlines, reports recently surfaced that Kroy had been seen spending time with Jillian in Georgia.
