Former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dina Manzo and husband David Cantin reportedly came much closer to divorce than fans realized.
According to court documents, Dina and David both quietly filed paperwork to end their marriage in March 2025 before later reconciling.
Dina reportedly filed for legal separation in California on March 4, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
In the filing, Dina requested spousal support and attorneys’ fees while also asking that David not receive spousal support.
Just days later, David reportedly filed for divorce in Palm Beach, Florida.
According to Us Weekly, David described the marriage as “irretrievably broken” and requested unequal distribution of marital assets in his favor, citing his “extraordinary contributions” to the couple’s income.
The filing also reportedly stated the couple had been living in Florida since 2021.
The Former RHONJ Star & David Cantin Reconciled Weeks Later
Despite the back-to-back filings, the split did not move forward publicly for long.
According to the reports, both Dina and David requested their respective cases be dismissed later that month.
The filings stated the couple wanted to resolve matters “in an effort to resolve all issues in a dignified, private and cooperative manner” without continued court involvement.
Page Six confirmed David requested dismissal of his divorce petition on March 27, 2026.
Dina reportedly dismissed her legal separation filing the same day.
Just one day later, Dina appeared to hint that the couple had reunited when she shared vacation photos with David on Instagram.
“D&D 2.0 ❤️ {paradise edition},” Dina captioned the March 28 post.
Dina Manzo Shares Cryptic Message After Filing News Surfaces
After news of the filings became public, Dina appeared to react on social media.
On Tuesday, the former Bravo star shared a cryptic quote to her Instagram Stories.
“Before you gossip about her life remember this — the story you’re feeding on was a brutal, traumatic chapter that almost killed her,” the message read.
“Hope it f–king entertains you,” the quote concluded.
Dina married David in June 2017 after leaving “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
The couple has largely kept their relationship private in recent years while living in California and Florida.
