“The Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein is back in the headlines — but this time, it’s not about relationship drama.
Lisa and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden are now facing criminal charges tied to an ongoing legal situation involving her ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Jody was arrested last month and charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. Lisa is also facing the same charge.
The documents allege that between March 12 and March 31, 2023, the two “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or had someone else try to intercept “oral statements” made by Lenny, as well as conversations he had with others.
Lisa’s attorney, Jayne Weintraub, and Jody’s attorneys, Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, pushed back on the charges in a statement to Page Six.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” the attorneys said.
Lisa’s legal situation comes amid her ongoing divorce from Lenny, which has been playing out publicly since he filed to end their 12-year marriage in May 2022. The split quickly turned into a high-profile legal battle that has continued for years.
Amid that divorce, Lisa began dating Jody in March 2023 after the two were spotted together multiple times. Their relationship moved forward while the divorce proceedings were still ongoing, but the couple ultimately split in January 2026.
