Steven McBee Jr. is giving fans a closer look at how the family business is running — and it’s very much a hands-on operation. The “The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys” star shared updates this week as his family continues managing multiple businesses, including McBee Farm & Cattle Company and McBee’s Coffee N Car Wash.
The latest glimpse came from a new Instagram video featuring younger brother Brayden McBee, who showed what goes into keeping their car wash running.

In the video, Brayden stands inside one of the car wash tunnels, explaining how the team maintains the equipment. “This is how we keep the blowers going, your cars dry, and everything clean in the tunnel,” he said.
Steven jumped into the comments to show support, writing, “Atta boy, B.” He also shared the clip on his Instagram Story, adding more insight into how the business operates behind the scenes.
“[Brayden McBee] working day and night to keep those [McBee’s Wash] tunnels working!” Steven wrote. “Family business = the family ACTUALLY works in the business. The way it should be.”

Steven has also been open about how the business is evolving as the brothers take on more responsibility. Speaking on the “More Than McBees” podcast in December, he explained how things have shifted while their father, Steven McBee Sr., serves a federal prison sentence.
“By the time my dad gets out, our businesses are going to be in the best shape they’ve ever been in,” Steven said. He added that the situation forced the family to grow. “I think we were too dependent on him for the major, major problem-solving skills… This has given us the opportunity to step up, lead by committee, and for each of us to find our own strengths within the company.”
Along with business updates, Steven is also focused on expanding the family’s podcast. He teased changes coming to “More Than McBees” as it continues to grow.
“Yes, we’re going to recap episodes. Yes, we’re going to give you life updates in our world,” he said. “It just gives us the opportunity to expand and have fresh, new, exciting content.”
Earlier this year, Steven also shared a look at a new podcast studio on the farm, writing, “The volume of content we’re going to pump out in 2026… Going all out with it.”
