“Southern Hospitality” star Grace Lilly has reportedly been arrested for the second time in three months, adding another chapter to the reality star’s recent legal troubles.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Grace was arrested Tuesday, March 10, in Charleston, South Carolina. The outlet reported that the reality star was taken into custody for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
Grace was booked into the Charleston County jail but was later released.
Grace Lilly Released After Bond Set
According to Page Six, Grace’s initial bond was set at $10,575. However, she was ultimately released on personal recognizance, meaning she did not have to pay the full bond amount as long as she promised to appear in court.
In her most recent mugshot, Grace appeared wearing a green-and-white T-shirt.
Interestingly, just before the news of the arrest surfaced, Grace had shared a snapshot on her Instagram Story of herself in a bathing suit, captioned, “Missing Tulum.”
At the time of publication, Grace has not publicly addressed the latest arrest and has not posted on social media since the reports surfaced.
The ‘Southern Hospitality‘ Star’s First Arrest Happened in December
This isn’t the first time Grace has made headlines for legal issues recently.
The “Southern Hospitality” cast member was previously arrested on December 29, 2025, after being pulled over for a traffic violation. Authorities reportedly stopped her after she made an illegal lane change.
According to a police report obtained by Page Six, officers discovered a container labeled “Happy Pills” inside Grace’s purse after she was placed in handcuffs.
The report stated that the container held “12 circular white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints.”
When asked about the pills, Grace reportedly told officers that the blue pill was Xanax and that the white pills were birth control. She allegedly claimed to have a prescription for the Xanax but did not have proof with her at the time.
Because Grace could not identify the brand of birth control pills, officers reportedly confiscated the pills for evaluation.
Grace Lilly Responded to First Arrest Online
Following her first arrest, Grace didn’t exactly shy away from social media.
She posted a photo of herself in a bikini and captioned it with her signature phrase: “wavy baby.”
When one commenter suggested the timing wasn’t ideal, Grace quickly fired back with a cheeky response: “The time is now.”
Grace has appeared on all four seasons of “Southern Hospitality,” where she has become known for her bold personality and memorable one-liners.
