Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s restaurant business is facing a major financial ruling as the former couple continues navigating their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars agreed to pay more than $140,000 in a legal settlement connected to one of their restaurants, Blaze Steak & Seafood.
The case stems from a dispute with the restaurant’s former landlord that has been ongoing for more than a year.

The legal settlement centers around Burruss Tucker Restaurant Group, the company Kandi and Todd used to operate their restaurant ventures.
Court documents show the couple agreed to pay $140,509.10 in rent and remediation costs related to Blaze Steak & Seafood.
The dispute began after the restaurant’s landlord claimed the business owed more than $200,000 in unpaid rent and damages.
However, Kandi and Todd denied wrongdoing and filed counterclaims against the landlord regarding the lease agreement.
Ultimately, the court ruled that Blaze Steak & Seafood had entered into a legally binding agreement with the landlord. The judge determined the company owed the $140,000 settlement amount.
Following the ruling, both sides agreed to dismiss the remaining claims tied to the dispute.
