Only Kandi Burruss could turn a Bravo wedding special into legal evidence. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is pushing back hard against Todd Tucker’s claims about their prenuptial agreement — and she’s using on-camera receipts to prove her point.

According to Us Weekly, Burruss filed an amended divorce petition on December 1, disputing Tucker’s allegation that he was pressured into signing their 2014 prenup without legal representation. Burruss insists not only did Tucker have a high-powered attorney, but the entire process was filmed — with his full consent — for their Bravo spinoff, “Kandi’s Wedding.”

And yes, she is absolutely submitting that footage.

Kandi Burruss Calls Out Todd Tucker’s Prenup Claims Using Bravo Receipts

In her filing, Burruss’ lawyer stated that “the parties’ journey to executing an enforceable Prenuptial Agreement was filmed and broadcast… with the knowledge and consent of both parties.” The footage allegedly shows Tucker discussing the prenup with his attorney “on and off camera” before ultimately telling Burruss he was “good to sign.”

That isnot quite the version Tucker presented in court.

Tucker’s filing claims the final draft was handed to him right before the ceremony “without any notice” to his team. He also requested sole primary custody and asked for alimony should the prenup be ruled unenforceable.

Meanwhile, Burruss — who initially asked for joint custody — has now updated her petition to request primary custody of their two children, Ace (2016) and Blaze (2019). Her lawyer noted that both parents have demanding careers that require travel, emphasizing that Burruss has consistently paid for childcare during work trips.

Tucker also argued that Burruss’ upcoming projects would require her to be away “for several months,” prompting his request for more parenting time.
