Erika Jayne Confirms She’s Spending the Holidays With New Boyfriend Amid Ongoing Divorce

Erika Jayne may still be legally married, but she’s clearly not letting that stop her from enjoying the holiday season. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s divorce from disgraced attorney Tom Girardi continues to crawl along, complicated by his Alzheimer’s diagnosis and ongoing incarceration. Still, Erika recently revealed she has something — or rather, someone — to celebrate.

As fans are watching a single Erika navigate life on season 15 of RHOBH, the truth is a little more layered. Erika confirmed she’s been quietly dating again, and yes, holiday plans are officially on the calendar.

Erika Jayne Confirms She’s Dating — And It’s Been Six Months

While appearing on “Watch What Happens Live,” Erika chatted with Andy Cohen about where things stand in her personal life, and the host wasted no time getting nosy. When Andy asked which of her friends has the worst taste in men, Erika didn’t deflect. “Oh, I’m pretty bad,” she admitted, before quickly adding, “I’d like to say the person I’m currently dating is a very nice person.”

Andy then went straight for the follow-up viewers were waiting for, asking if she was still seeing “that fella.” Erika confirmed she was and revealed they’ve been together for six months. When Andy asked if they’d be spending the holidays together, Erika didn’t hesitate. “Yes, I will. I leave on Saturday. So excited!” she said, laughing. “I know. Who am I?”

Erika’s new boyfriend is John “Shrek” McPhee, a celebrity bodyguard she’s mentioned before. Back in October 2025, Erika revealed the two took a trip to Panama together, calling it “one of the best trips” she’s ever taken. The relationship may be low-key, but it’s clearly serious enough to include holiday travel.

Of course, the romance comes as Erika continues to deal with a complicated and emotionally draining divorce. Tom Girardi is currently serving time for embezzling millions from clients, and Erika has said the process of ending their marriage has been anything but simple. “It’s very difficult to get someone who’s incompetent to divorce. I have to ask the conservator,” she explained recently. “It’s not that easy.”
