This Grape Crush cocktail is a Hillstone copycat recipe and it’s THE cocktail we have been making on repeat this month. It would be lovely in the summer, but we’ve been enjoying it in the dead of winter. It really is that good. We can’t reveal our sources, but we’re pretty confident that this is the same recipe for the Grape Crush cocktail that you get at Hillstone or Honor Bar. And it’s SO easy to make!

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker Get a good shaker - it makes all the difference! We love this one because it's insulated and keeps those ice chips that you worked so hard to shake COLD.
  • 1 muddler We love this one because of the stainless steel top and rubber bottom.

Ingredients

  • 4 green grapes
  • ice
  • 2 oz Vodka We love Tito's
  • 1 oz simple syrup (easy to make or you can buy this one)
  • 1 squeeze lemon

Instructions

  • Muddle 4 grapes in a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice to shaker
  • Add 2 oz vodka
  • Add 1 oz simple syrup
  • Shake it hard and pour everything (including the ice) into a glass
