‘Southern Charm’ Star Salley Carson Fires Back at Taylor Ann Green: ‘Shut Your Mouth Before I Open Mine’

Salley Carson is shutting down the rumors — and she’s naming names. The “Southern Charm” star is setting the record straight after Taylor Ann Green reignited their off-screen feud with claims that Salley had a secret boyfriend (and a doctor, no less) during filming. Here’s what happened.

Salley Carson Responds to Taylor Ann Green: ‘The Rumors Are False’

Salley, 30, addressed the speculation on her Instagram Stories on December 1, shortly after fans accused her of being a “pick-me girl” and flirting with Craig Conover during “Southern Charm” season 11.

“Wild how strangers can confidently state ‘facts’ about situations they’ve never been in and people they don’t actually know,” she wrote. She then denied she had been involved with a married doctor: “The only doctor I’ve ever been involved with was my ex-fiancé and he was well out of his marriage when I met him.”

The feud escalated after a TikTok user compared Salley to Taylor. That’s when Taylor jumped in — and she didn’t hold back.

“Totally … cuz I’m capable of manipulating a doctor into cheating on his wife,” Taylor wrote. “Oh and fully dating someone the entire time they were filming this past season while also trying to hook up with both Craig and Austen Kroll.”

Salley followed up by addressing Taylor’s boyfriend claim directly. “Secondly, I did not have a boyfriend while filming this season,” she wrote. Then came the warning shot that got fans buzzing: “The person making these accusations needs to shut their mouth before I open mine.”

Taylor later defended her comments on TikTok, saying she was tired of being compared to Salley.

“Considering everything I went through, during and after I had already admitted to my mistakes, I’m extremely proud of how far I’ve come and I will not stand for this type of comparison,” Taylor wrote.
