NeNe Leakes may not be on the official BravoCon 2025 lineup, but a Cocktailer just dropped some suspiciously timed intel: NeNe’s makeup artist was spotted in Las Vegas. And where does NeNe’s glam squad usually go? Exactly. So naturally, fans are wondering if the RHOA legend is about to make a surprise return to the Bravoverse — or at least steal the spotlight for a minute.

This wouldn’t be the first time NeNe caused chaos simply by existing in the same zip code as a Bravo event.

NeNe Leakes Addresses Return Rumors — and Says She Won’t Come Back as a ‘Friend’

NeNe recently opened up about what it would take for her to ever return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and spoiler alert: she’s still NeNe.

While chatting with Cynthia Bailey and Crystal Kung Minkoff on the July 7 episode of their podcast “Humble Brag,” NeNe made one thing extremely clear — she has zero interest in coming back as a “friend.”

Cynthia, who has fully embraced her friend-of era on RHOA, pointed out how much easier it is not having to drag your family or dating life into a storyline. NeNe agreed the friend role has perks, but she couldn’t picture herself taking that step down.

“If I were to ever step back on that platform, would I be friend? I really kind of feel like I don’t know that I would be a friend,” she said. “I just would think, NeNe, season 1, the first Housewife, and I’m a friend? I don’t know.”

Classic NeNe logic — and honestly, she’s not wrong.

NeNe was the defining star of RHOA from the moment it launched in 2008. She held a peach as a full-time Housewife for seasons 1–7 and 10–12, popping in as a guest for seasons 8 and 15 before exiting for good.

Of course, her relationship with Bravo and Andy Cohen hit a major snag in 2022 when she filed a lawsuit accusing the network of fostering racially insensitive workplace conditions. She later dropped the suit, and the internet has been speculating about a reconciliation ever since.

Now, with her makeup artist floating around Las Vegas — and BravoCon fans frothing at the idea — it’s hard not to wonder whether NeNe is gearing up for a cameo, a walk-on, or even a dramatic peach tease.
