Lala Kent isn’t letting Scheana Shay’s latest podcast episode slide. The “Vanderpump Rules” star fired back after Scheana accused her of cussing her out in front of her daughter, Ocean, and described their ongoing feud as “f*cking insufferable.”
The drama unfolded on Instagram just hours after the latest episode of Scheana’s “Scheananigans” podcast dropped on October 3.
Lala Kent Denies Scheana Shay’s Claim About Their Feud
“The only thing I’m gonna address about Scheana’s Scheaning podcast, f*cking insufferable, is when she lied,” Lala said in a video on her Instagram Story.
According to Scheana, the heated exchange took place while both of their kids were in their cars, claiming Lala called her “screaming and yelling” over a playdate issue. But Lala strongly denied that account, telling followers that Ocean wasn’t even in the car at the time.
“She talks about a moment that we had that somewhat had to do with our kids. She claims I cussed her out in front of my kid,” Lala explained.
“I was annoyed that her lack of self-awareness now entered my child’s world, so I tried to lift my kid’s spirits by taking her to go get sushi. I parked the car. I got out of the car, and before I got Ocean out, I called Scheana and basically said, ‘You pull that sht again, I’ll fck your whole world up.’ And then I think she said, ‘Fck you btch,’ then we hung up on each other, I got my kid out and we ate sushi.”
Lala ended her statement with a final jab: “I did not cuss her out in front of my kid. Sounds like she cussed me out in front of her kid, though.”
On her podcast, Scheana told listeners that Lala “called me at a time when my kid was in the car, her kid was in the car, screaming and yelling at me, cussing over a playdate being overheard.” She added, “It was just like, ‘You couldn’t give me some grace. You know there’s no malicious intent, especially when it comes to the kids.’”
The former friends have been at odds since Scheana grew upset that Lala didn’t publicly support her book, “My Good Side,” earlier this year. What started as subtle shade has now turned into a full-blown public spat — sushi included.
