The dog days of summer call for a refreshing twist on the Aperol Spritz. If you’re an Aperol or Hugo Spritz lover, give this recipe a try. The keys to this recipe are the right glass – it needs to be an 18 oz wine glass or it’s just not as fun. These crystal wine glasses from Amazon have a nice modern shape and an affordable price point.
