Briana Culberson, daughter of “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson, is clapping back at rumors about her marriage to husband Ryan Culberson. In a fiery Instagram post, the 38-year-old former Bravo star called the false claims “downright pathetic,” revealed she’s hired legal counsel, and urged her followers to report fake stories making the rounds on social media.

Culberson, who hasn’t appeared on RHOC in nearly a decade, took to Instagram to address growing speculation on Facebook and other platforms claiming her marriage to Ryan was in trouble and they were headed for divorce.
“These stories are completely, blatantly false and downright pathetic,” she wrote. “I have engaged legal counsel to stop the circulation of this made-up content and to have such content removed from all appropriate media.”
Culberson suggested the source of the rumors may be artificial intelligence and accounts operated overseas. “I’m pretty sure it’s AI generated! And being pushed out by accounts overseas,” she commented in response to a concerned follower.
The mom of four also confirmed that legal action is already underway, before adding a bit of sass to her caption.
“Our legal counsel has already contacted the legal departments at the relevant social media platforms… Legal action against such individuals and companies is continuing,” she explained. “Must’ve been a slow gossip week, to go after a super duper boring daughter of a housewife … who hasn’t been on TV for [nine] years. Let me go and set me freee!”
The Former RHOC Is Still Going Strong with Ryan and the Kids
Far from a couple in crisis, Briana and Ryan Culberson recently celebrated his 41st birthday with sweet Instagram tributes. Honestly who cares lol it seems like she’s hiding something if she’s hiring legal counsel to ‘stop the rumors’. If they’re really just rumors you’d let them go.
