Ariana Madix is here to stay. Despite fan speculation that the Vanderpump Rules star might be stepping down as host of “Love Island USA“, the reality star just confirmed she’s not going anywhere—and she’s taking on even more in the franchise.
Ariana Madix Shuts Down Exit Rumors
Ariana Madix addressed the swirling rumors about her “Love Island USA” future directly on social media. Before the Season 7 finale aired on Sunday, July 13, a TikTok user asked whether there were plans to “replace” her for Season 8. Ariana, 40, didn’t hesitate with her answer: “I’m not leaving. I’ll see you guys really soon.”
That reassurance came just in time. Fans had noticed a pattern—past host Sarah Hyland departed after just two seasons—and were bracing for another switch. But Ariana isn’t following that trend.

In fact, Peacock has already confirmed that she’ll cohost the “Love Island USA” Season 7 reunion with “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen. The special drops August 25 and promises to showcase the season’s winners, fan-favorite couples, and all the bombshell drama that unfolded in the Villa. According to Peacock’s press release, the reunion will offer “an up close and personal look back at their experience in the Villa.”
The Former VPR Star Is Actually Expanding Her ‘Love Island‘ Duties
If that wasn’t enough to cement her future with the franchise, Ariana has already booked her next hosting gig. She’ll return to lead “Love Island Games” for its upcoming second season, which premieres Tuesday, September 16, according to Deadline.
This spinoff gives international “Love Island” alums—from the USA, UK, Australia, and beyond—a shot at redemption through a series of dating challenges and competitions. Comedian Iain Stirling will also return as narrator.
The format promises more twists and turns than ever before. As described in the official synopsis, couples will “navigate dating, eliminations, recoupling, dramatic arrivals, and new competition twists and turns that help control the game like never before.”

Love this for her!! She is so great as the host of Love Island. Honestly she is so dynamic, we need her to pop into the Villa more!
