Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola wasn’t wearing her wedding ring on Watch What Happens with Andy Cohen or in a TV interview she did yesterday.
“So currently, we’re not together,” Alexia revealed of her and Todd on the June 18 episode of WWHL.
After admitting they had been intimate “[in] the last few days,” Andy questioned her about why she was having trouble leaving the relationship altogether.
“You’re gonna have to watch the whole season. What happens is that you’re gonna see highs and lows in my relationship and in my journey. You guys don’t see the full story,” she explained.
Watching the episodes brought back memories, especially that dinner on the most recent epsiode of RHOM.
“It was really hard, but that’s my … I was living that truth. That’s what was happening at the moment,” she reasoned. “It was really raw. It was really raw. I was very emotional, and it’s very painful going back and [reliving] that moment watching this episode.”
Alexia and Todd Nepola: Relationship Timeline
- 2017 – Alexia meets Todd Nepola, a successful real estate investor based in Florida. They begin dating shortly after.
- December 2019 – Todd proposes to Alexia during a romantic getaway to New York City. She shares the news on Instagram, calling him “my forever.”

RHOM is Fyah & don’t know why people sleep on this franchise cuz it’s giving everything!!! Alexia needs to stop having sex with Todd that’s messing with your heart & head. Move on as painful as that is!
