Things are volatile in the Vanderpump Valley. Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend Victoria are fighting over social media. We have a James and Ally update. And Jax is continuing to Jax…but is something else about to come out about Jax from one of his latest ladies? The police are called yet again to Kim and Kroy’s (sold?) home. What’s up? Cocktailers, hello, Amanda. Hi. B Hi. Cocktailers, we are in the thick of it. We know you guys are in the thick of it. Listen, there’s a lot of religions, there’s a lot of holidays. Hanukkah and Christmas are at the same time this year. And even if you are a religious person, almost everybody is having some sort of holiday, get together, celebration, and the stress is real end of year, yes, because you’re getting host gifts, or you’re having a party, or you’re hosting family, or your kids are just end of school year or end of calendar year, that is crazy. It’s just, we were just talking. We’re like, we’re both feeling the crush, feeling the crush right now. So hopefully you guys are having a chance to, like, listen to this in the car, have a quiet moment, or maybe, if you’re wrapping presents, oh, I’m just right, no, we’re all in this together. My husband usually, because he works from home, mostly, not always, but he usually does it, and I feel like it’s getting close, and I’m waiting for him to call me while I’m at work and be like, All right, I got most of the kids stuff done, and it hasn’t happened yet, so I’m stressing, and we’re just busy, and it’s all good stuff. It’s all seeing friends, people that are in from out of town, family and all like that. So it’s all stuff I’m looking forward to, but it’s just that, like, last minute scramble of, oh, wait, I’m going to so and so’s house, and what am I giving her as a host gift? I texted Bea this morning, because I was like, I feel like I just have a nagging feeling like I’m forgetting something at all times right now. And she was so many balls in the air, and so we’re recording on a Wednesday because of aforementioned scheduling. And she’s like, Here, she texts me, and then she’s like, emailing you the links. And I’m like, for tomorrow. She’s like, for today. And I’m like, oh, so I am forgetting something.
Yeah, it’s what it is. But we have so much good stuff to chat about, and so many exclusives. I remember you told you said a month ago, B we have to try to mention exclusives more, because we always forget. So I’m trying. Yes, we do. We have a lot. Okay.
Right? So let’s hop in and start with because there’s so much going on the Vanderpump Valley world, Sandoval, maybe he was just feeling jealous of all the attention that everybody else seemed to be getting. So we don’t know if he was in on this with the girlfriend, but there seemed to be a little mini scandal all of their own this weekend. So early Sunday morning, no excuse me, into Monday morning, I actually woke up to tinkle. And I shouldn’t open my phone, but I do, and I see this crazy video. I’m like, stop it. No, first I saw that Victoria posted to her stories about Tigers not changing their stripes and everyone being right because he cheated with her best friend. Of course, then people were in my DM saying, Oh, it was probably ally, okay, James is not Sandoval best friend. Ally hates Tom. So that was like a silly detour that nobody really believed. Then Tom goes live. So he goes live, and it looks like he’s like, entering the house, and he says, oh, Victoria is calling me. She made a big mistake last night. Went back on live, and he kept trolling us. Because he was like, All right, I’m going to tell you guys what went down. We were in Chicago, and then it kept going mute, which we think he did on purpose. So then Victoria deactivated her Instagram for a couple of hours. She came back, she made her account private.
She and then a couple hours later, on her now private account, which has 400,000 followers, she posted that she was wrong. It was a mistake, by the way, Sandoval was on his live at 6am la time, chain smoking cigarettes, cracking Coors lights looked like he was coming down from a ski session. So I’m not sure if they legitimately had a drunken disagreement or if they concocted this storyline whilst high, but it was nonsense. I this is making us care how I just I feel like we’re getting to a place with him, where it feels like he might need help, and we shouldn’t be feeding this need for attention when he’s clearly not in a good place. Yeah, yeah. I can’t imagine. I’m sure that end of Vanderpump is probably hitting him. Hitting him hard. End of Vanderpump, he just dismissed his attorney. We have to assume that’s because he can’t afford to pay him. Schwartz and Sandy’s is closing. They no longer, by the way, I don’t even know if I said this. I said this on I was on Morgan’s pod, and she had asked, they no longer own that stake in tom tom guys. So they sold that to Lisa. Lisa Vanderpump bought them out, and they put all that monies into their new venture, which is now closing. Oh, I did not know that. I think I posted. I forget there’s so much happening there, really is, yeah, that’s what I heard. Anyway, I wasn’t there when they signed the contract. Yeah, and they, I don’t think they had that big of a stake, no, in that. No, you there. It’s just, it’s yeah, it’s just, it’s starting to feel icky. I feel like he’s not I feel like he’s not doing well, because then you fear the TMZ headline, right? And then we’ll all feel like jerked for whatever, yeah. Speaking of jerks, there’s Jax, who last pod we had mentioned is in some sort of outpatient treatment. We got an email about it. The subject line is Jackson from rehab, j, A, X, I N, which is, I thought was very funny. So as we all know, the ex bartender turned hashtag dad, life has been back in rehab, but that hasn’t stopped him from yapping and Jackson his way through. He is claiming to be working on himself yet again, damage control, 101, before the season two shit show. Yet an even bigger dumpster fire is about to unfold. Because what foot lover boy doesn’t realize? Okay, by the way, I am unaware that he had a foot fetish. Yes, yeah. He remember he would ask Brittany and maybe other women, but Brittany to, like, he wanted her to wear shoes around a little bit and get them a little bit stinky and then smell them. Oh God. Like, we’re not here to shame guys. Yeah, we’re not here for kink shaming, if that’s his, and I don’t even know if that counts as a kink, but again, like that’s just his jam. So the email says, What foot lover doesn’t realize? What foot boy lover doesn’t realize is that some of these women Yap more than he does and come with some priceless receipts. Would anything surprise us at this point, and we do hope that he’s in rehab, to rehab himself and not just his image and Jax. Let’s face it, we’ve all decided long ago there’s no rehabbing his image. So I hope that he’s truly there for himself, for his son, for his co parenting relationship with Brittany, and getting the help he very clearly needs. And I just don’t want this to be a talking point to say the reunion I went back.
To rehab as a way to absolve. Obviously, he wouldn’t say that, but what we heard and what we posted about in cocktail party was that when he got out of rehab, he was still acting crazy, and we’re gonna see it Season Two of the valley. So there’s a part of me that thinks ahead of filming the reunion. It’s very convenient, I hope too, but he is getting some help and truly trying to get better too, because I feel like going through a divorce and making essentially lifelong decisions, unless they decide to go back to court about custody and things like that. I hope that he can make those decisions with a clear head right? Because those are not just affect him, not just affect Brittany, but most importantly, really affect Cruz. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And in positive Valley News, Kristen, I think we congratulated her on her pregnancy. Last pod, she revealed she’s having a baby girl, which is very exciting. I’m so happy for them yes, because we talked about how Kristen announced it the same day as the Vanderpump Yes, and was announced, which was great timing, I think, on her part indeed. And I want to say Season Two for the valley, like filming, I mean, get wrapped a few months ago, but just reading about all this stuff and knowing all the stuff that’s going on, I feel like I already want season three. Yeah, even though we haven’t seen Season Two totally. And then in additional Vanderpump related news, we have an update on James Kennedy and Ali again, trigger warning, we’ll be discussing domestic violence. As you guys know, James was arrested for domestic violence last week after the Kathy Hilton Direct TV holiday party, a neighbor called the police because they saw him out in the street arguing with an unnamed woman. The witness said there was a struggle, and he pushed her to the ground, and then earlier this week, we saw paparazzi pictures of James and Ali moving her things out of his house.
So James, initially, after the incident, posted some absolute bullshit statement about his attorney also investigating what happened. That doesn’t make sense and that, Why would his attorney need to investigate what happened if he was there? It was very much a this is deflection, a deflection, exactly. But what really was worse is it says My understanding is that nobody was hurt. That was the statement that really sent me, and that’s all I needed. I have unfollowed him. I find it disgusting. I think to brush off domestic violence by saying that no one was hurt. I really I have no words. That kind of statement is exactly why victim shaming fucking exists. Like I’m so sorry, but I get really passionate about this because not getting hurt is such a subjective statement, right? You know, for him to say that what? Because she didn’t have any broken bones, does she have bruises, right? Is there going to be long, lasting damage done to her? It’s just such a disgusting or, thank God it wasn’t worse. And then maybe, what do you say? Think it’s my understanding, no one died in the police report, it’s she told police that he threw her to the ground, or picked her up and threw her to the ground. So what if she would have cracked her skull open? Yeah. And by the way, I follow, I follow so many Instagram but I follow, like, a lot of motivational quotes. And there’s one, it’s like, untamed hero or something like that, and it was just a quote about how domestic violence is not only physical, screaming and verbal and withholding, name calling, blackmailing, all the stuff we’ve seen him do on television is also domestic violence, although I don’t believe we see we’ve seen him do it with Ali. And I want to point out something that I found interesting, that a cocktail or messaged me, and they said that when everything went down with Kristen, I they think that, because it was a long time ago, more grace was given. And they also pointed out that Kristen on camera was also violent with him. Yeah, so it does, honestly make me look at the whole Rachel situation very differently, not saying that it’s ever appropriate to cheat with your friend’s boyfriend, but you can appreciate that if she was in abusive relationship and she found somebody who offered her a safe, comfortable place, and she was in such a vulnerable, abused place, it really does make more sense, and I don’t think I fully appreciated that in like, the midst of scandoval, and I see it differently now, yeah, and like I said, I just, I feel like I’m real passionate about this, but just.
It’s just gross. But James has had taken the other statement down and said he is committed to making meaningful changes in his life, that he’s taking time to focus on his sobriety, personal growth and being present for his loved ones, etc, etc. Okay, first of all, there’s not an apology in his statement. I would like to point out, second of all, the silence is deafening. Where’s Lisa Vanderpump? Where’s Lala? Where’s Sheena? The show is over. No one is speaking publicly about it. Maybe they’ll address it on their podcast, but so far, I haven’t heard anything. And you know, if there was a state, if there was a statement or anything, said, those clips would be going viral. Yep, so much that Sandoval got for cheating. And listen, Sandoval is trash. Okay, let’s be clear, but cheating is cheating and beating people, beating your significant other, is far worse. So it’s all very icky, and honestly, it makes me say good riddance to the whole show. The fact that so many people on that cast knew about past incidents remain friends with him, and now nobody is speaking out. Not one of them is speaking out or even posting to the Instagram story, maybe a photo of them with Ally, supporting our friends, sending Ally Love nada, because they were all quite chummy with her last season. Yeah.

I always just got the feeling that people didn’t leave Kristen, yeah, and because we had heard about these things a while ago, and we don’t know what Kristen said to the group, right? We don’t know if she, in private, told any of them, but what we do know is she never came out and actually said it, even in her book, she only alluded to it, right? I also just want to say I’m very proud of Allie for moving out. I know it’s, yeah, it’s got to be hard, because it’s probably was not something that she was planning to do. So moving out of a house at a minute’s notice is extremely difficult, but breaking the cycle of abuse and physically removing yourself takes a lot of guts, so good for her, and I hope she’s doing okay. God, there is so much legal stuff, because next in our in other legal news, are we like a law and order blog now, or a blog? Are we a law and order podcast? I have no time to go to law school, guy. So because we got an email, or we got a message from a cocktail, or who was in, I don’t know if is it Baltimore or DC area, wherever Karen huger lives, and it said I had a trial in the courtroom next to Karen huger today, I’m currently sitting in the lobby with Ray. And then they sent another message saying they’re picking the jury. Now I don’t think this is going to go well for her, but if they don’t finish today, they’ll finish tomorrow. And I want to say it was that Tuesday, Monday, Monday. Maybe, yes, it was the sweet Monday or Tuesday. It’s Wednesday today. We love our boots on the ground. And then she shared the next morning. So maybe that was Monday that the jury was selected on. Okay, the jury would not sure if Okay, so somebody debunked this. So I don’t know which person is true, but there was some notion that her attorney is the same one represented Marilyn Mosby, the former Baltimore City State Attorney that was federally convicted of fraud and that attorney wasn’t successful. I don’t And then somebody else said it’s not so that’s neither here. I don’t even know who that is. Strange to me that you would hire the same lawyer for a fraud case like white collar crime versus DUI. The other thing is that we were told this is her third DUI. The first one isn’t on the books anymore, and that is an exclusive I believe. Yes. Yes, it is. And I have to say what I think a lot of us are saying between Karen taking zero accountability for drunk driving, and Mia using her son’s paternity and her kids custody, divorce mess as a storyline. I’m I’m not even really tuning into Potomac. It’s odd in the background, it’s lost me, at least. Shannon admitted what she did and went for help while I personally, and you and I have debated this. I don’t feel she took the accountability that I would have liked to seen, like we saw Gina take, but she did acknowledge she did seek help. Karen is just totally denying this. Which brings me to.
To the fact that so I put in here, and I’m going to repost for you guys, we back when this happened. We actually had the exclusive that she was arrested. We got an email on, I believe, march 20 of 2024 that she had totaled her Maserati led to multiple charges, including a DUI. It’s unclear if she was arrested. This was all the initial intel from somebody who worked in the courthouse. And then then we learned that she was, in fact, charged with a DUI. There were six other citations. We were provided public records, and we have all of this in cocktail party. So as of yesterday, the source said that it’s still ongoing. I think by the time this airs, our pod is live on Friday, if you’re a cocktail, or Saturday, if you’re not, we’ll probably know the outcome. But what I heard was the body cam footage was very bad for her overall, and some things that came out in the trial. You guys are the best. You’re in the courtroom sending us stuff. So the EMT told the jury that Hugo refused treatment on the scene and was swaying as she tried to get into the ambulance. Once inside the ambulance, she testified This is the EMT worker that huger used profanity towards the responders. Huger told them to f off, go f yourselves on more than one occasion. However, she also complimented a female firefighter A few minutes later, you’re so pretty, you’re so beautiful. The body cam worn by the officer who arrested Karen, he was heard telling her she was hammered as she appeared to slur her speech in the cruiser. This is bullshit. She said, I hate you. You know that

my eyes. We’re not we. We don’t do this on camera, but my eyes were just getting really big as you’re telling all this this is does not sound good for her. And I think we had another person who said in cocktail party that that her not admitting anything on camera was probably the right way to go for her case. But I was thinking about this when I read that, and I’m like, I wonder if she had said I’m not gonna do the show, if that would look like an admission of guilt, going back to the original action, which is making the choice to get behind the wheel after you’ve been drinking and driving. That’s where my mind has to go, and that’s where it really has to stay. And if she is found guilty, I hope she can find a way to show some accountability and change ways, because she knows that there’s body cam footage. I guess I would have to imagine the overriding question becomes, how could she let this go to a jury when there is body cam footage of you swaying and cursing at officers, because if I’m looking okay, because you could try to get a jury that has never seen real housewives, okay. But if I’m looking at Karen on The Real Housewives, Karen is a polished woman of a certain age. She is upper class, right? She is well dressed, she handles herself well. She is not somebody who walks around calling people names and cursing and acting that way, right? Just knowing her, if you’ve ever seen an interview of her, if you’ve ever seen a clip of the show, you would know that this behavior is her intoxicated, because she doesn’t behave like that. There’s wacky, dacky people out there that just walk around using.
The F word and cursing people out, whatever, what have you. But Karen is not that person. This is out of character behavior. So, yeah, what jury, even if you’re not on a show, what jury is looking at Karen sitting there with her new facelift, by the way, which looks incredible. I don’t know if you saw that picture. I reposed. Oh my god. We got to go to that. We got to go to Potomac, or wherever the hell she went. But I digress, who is looking at that, at her sitting there, looking like a wealthy, put together woman, and thinking that this is how she behaves on the regular, not drunk? I think that they probably because they have the resources to fight and to go to trial, which is extremely expensive, yeah, by the way, because they do, I think that they’re like, at least we have some kind of chance, other than, instead of making, trying to make a deal, which is, you know, again, with her third DUI. I mean, in a lot of states, if you have three DUIs, I think you’re you lose your license, you have mandatory jail time. That’s it’s gotta be jail time, because honestly, at this point, she should, first of all, she should lose her license. But also, how big of a deal is it to lose your license? Like just Uber places? She lives in a suburban area. Again. Remember, I live in New York City, so it’s a big deal, but so is jail. But if she had three DUIs. She deserves it 100% I agree. Okay, so we have been getting a lot of requests for what’s going on with Kim Zolciak and Corey Bierman. So we got a couple of pieces of Intel. We had an email titled The mansion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
I read whatever book that was by CS Lewis when I was in the lion. Did you read? Yeah, I guess everyone in our generation read it. My daughter actually just read it, I think for school. Oh, I forgot. I need to do that. Like that’s the age, yeah. Okay. So it says Kimberly Marie zolciaks attorneys notified the courts yesterday that they are withdrawing from representing her divorce. They claim she owed $77,000
as of May 30 for their services. They placed a lien on her home. The lien is claimed for attorneys fees and expenses of representation at the current principal amount with interest at the rate of 18% Yikes, yeah. Her previous attorney, David Beaudry, filed an attorney’s lien against soul CX property for an alleged $33,000 debt. That lien has yet to be released as well. American Express has summoned for truest bank, her mortgage holder to hold all money, including wages and other property, except what is known to be exempt, including property and safe deposit boxes or similar property. This is in relation to Amex having her bank accounts garnished for the $215,000

Neighbors reported that the home sold at the last minute. It’s currently not listed. It says we are not 100%
sure it’s sold, because it’s not listed as sold or for sale. Neighbors said it sold, but we have a, you know, we haven’t been able to confirm. Yeah, nobody’s confirmed that. Listen, it’s never ending for Kim the amount of debt,
it’s so after we received this, we got more intel that the police were again called this weekend, on Sunday, and it was because Croy blocked Kim’s moving truck in order to prevent her from leaving with belongings that he didn’t want her having. The person said, maybe they were fighting over who got to keep her naked portraits that were still up on the wall. It seems, the person said, it seems we finally reached the end of Manor bridge drive. Yeah, there was an action taken to evict tenants that was filed on Thursday by Heritage select homes in Fulton County, Georgia, the address on file was their Alpharetta home listing Kroy Kim and all others as the defendants. The reasoning for holding premise over and beyond term this person tried to decode it for us, and they said, this leads me to believe this home was sold before the auction took place on December 3 in Georgia. You are 14 to 30 days to move out after the home is sold at foreclosure auction, the action file to evict was filed on December 12. If it was sold at auction, they’d have a little more time. Okay, that makes sense. The file did state that the plaintiff seeks possession and a $350 filing fee this home. We have been talking about this for two years, right? We we have, I mean, I want to say it was two years ago that Kim posted that video, remember of Cray, like, vacuuming, and she was like, Look at this man and like, like, acting like she was so in love with him. And I think that was two years ago.
It’s clearly what all this is saying is they’ve been squatting, yeah, in their home. But my head just goes to these kids, like, where are they gonna go? Who is making these decisions? Is anybody? I just keep thinking about where those, all those poor children are gonna go. Hopefully, it does seem so we know Corey has a job, so hopefully you can provide them some stability. And I have to say this, I forget who Brandi Glanville, so I got into a conversation with one of my sources. And the thing about it is and I just I see the Vanderpump Rules cast flashing before my eyes as I say this, you get used to this lifestyle, right? You get used to Kim and Kroy were living high on the hog. He had a big salary from football. She had a big salary from her reality show, and they spent. They were people who had a money tree outside, and there was no end in sight. And we see so many people do that. I won’t say that brandy spent like she had a money tree outside, but clearly these people at points in their reality television career, let’s take Corey out of it, were making really good money, and so there is no reason that they can’t make that money and use it to have a modest house to perhaps rent somewhere to live. Her kids are in Catholic or private school. So these are all choices that you make. And so you get to the point where you’re in so much debt and you’re desolate, and I just, I guess I can’t wrap my head around it, because I was raised to save for a rainy day.
Yeah, you know what I’m saying. And so I don’t, of course, I feel bad for the children. The children are victims in this, because they’re living through just a volatile home situation. But as far as finances, him is a registered nurse or an LPN. She’s a nurse in some I don’t know if she’s a fully registered nurse or whatever. Yeah, she can go get a job, right? She’s an able bodied woman. She has two adult children who are able bodied, and Croix is working, and so there is no reason that they can’t go earn an honest living and live an honest life. And whatever that looks like. People do it every day. People live on $50,000 a year, rent an apartment, do it well. And for perspective, guys the per she was buying multiple purses at a time, one of which would pay for probably one of her kids or two of her kids tuition for the whole year, right? Those are the kinds of decisions that she was very flippantly making. Yeah, I agree, and I want to go back on something I just said, because I don’t want it to make it sound like I’m picking sides in this divorce. I don’t know who is the more stable of the two. It just seems that Kim is still in the light limelight. I’m not passing any judgments on anything. I’m just hoping that one or both of them, hopefully both of them, can provide them some stability and a warm, safe home and roof over their heads. Yeah, yeah, okay, moving on out of our legal out of our legal bubble. Seriously, we got some exclusive tea about PK dorits ex husband. I don’t think their divorce is final, that he is apparently seeing someone. It said, hi there. I can’t believe I actually have gossip for you. There is a woman that is a local sobriety influencer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has been bragging that she has been dating PK for four months. He’s been in her stories before.
She also said he will be in town this weekend. She has a picture posted with Boy George two days ago, and she’s currently in London, although PK was in London and now he posted he’s in New York, some slick cocktails. Googled the keywords and figured out who she was, although I did not post the sober influencers name she was viewing my stories. Could they just be friends? Sure. Could she be riding his coattails, hoping being attached to him will get her followers and likes? Yes, but could he also be dating her? As he is saying he’s on a sober journey. Are they connected because of their sober journey? I’m not sure my heart hurts for dorit. We see her this week on the show again with these very raw emotions. I think so this sober influencer, by the way, posted openly that she had relapsed a couple months ago. It just the whole if you look at the Instagram and you look at the pictures, unsettling the vibe. In any event, I feel terrible for dorit. I want to talk about Sutton’s comment that denim and diamonds party. First of all, you gotta love Camille, because she doesn’t need the check for the appearance fee, and she knows she’s never gonna be full time, but she just loves to show up and menace these women and oh my god, I.

That was, yeah, that was a really low blow from her, yeah, and I think you can see dorits face say it all, because she’s not coming out and saying it when, when she’s looking at Camille, and she’s looking at Sutton and she’s looking at Kyle, who are have gone through or are going through terrible time, and she’s looking at all of them, but she’s, yeah, you guys went through but you ended up with a lot of money at the end of it. Yes, she’s, like, panicked, as she said, though she wants to not feel panicked all the time, because I think she’s like, What am I gonna do for money? But you know what? The other that is a huge component, and that’s, you know, we said, that’s why I believe Erica relates to her so much, because they both have that financial aspect that Sutton and Kyle didn’t have. But the other thing is, and this is true for both Kyle and Dorit, the reason that they’re not getting the sympathy maybe that they want or you didn’t just separate like you both separated long ago and plead like you were still together and now that your husbands are skiing down the slopes naked with people and dating sober influencers, now you want to act like it just happened. But I think that’s why Garcelle and Sutton are so like, flippant, because they’re like, yeah, we’ve been known you were separated like we knew this, yes, which, by the way, if Kiki has been dating somebody for four months, as far as we’ve known, they’ve been separated for a while. Like, I’m like, Good for him. I just hope dorit is also dating. But yeah, I think that’s, yeah, there’s so much that is just said without being said, Yeah, this whole sit down. And also, to compare it to Camille, like, we really watch Camille’s breakup happen in real time, like she really found out on camera that her husband had a mistress and was living another life in New York, and he left her and her kids in LA and moved to New York City. That was bigger, because Kyle and Doris have been progressive also, I have to point out that Kyle either lives in La Land, or why does she have so much trouble admitting that? Okay, Camille walks in and says to her, I know it’s hard. I went through it, and she’s in her confessional, Kyle’s, I don’t know what Camille’s talking about. Yes, Mauricio has done some stuff that I’ve had to see on social media that I don’t love, but it’s nothing like Camille’s. It’s like Kyle Mauricio was skiing naked with naked models that are in their 20s down Aspen ski slopes and probably banging them at the house that you guys own, and was essentially banging his Dancing with the Stars partner in front of all of America. What are you talking about? Like he did you dirty too, just because what he hasn’t picked one woman to shack up with and marry her like Kelsey Grammer did, like she’s delusional, oh, she can’t even admit that there’s trouble, even when there’s trouble, and we all know it, and she says it, it still has to be less trouble than the next person, or there’s the third option, right? She is really, truly on land, or she doesn’t.
Want to admit it, or, as you and I thought, could be a possibility, she and Mauricio have an agreement. They will never get divorced, but she can’t talk about it on camera. And so this is all like some kind of face job for the show, because Kyle also benefits, because she has more of a storyline this way. I mean, like this is I don’t know what we’re gonna do, and I don’t know what’s gonna happen. Because I think back to that. It was some holiday dinner where they had all the family there, and she told Mauricio, his mom that Mauricio had a tattoo, and Mauricio was pissed. And if you’ve been married for 20 odd years, however many years, 30 I don’t even remember. You know what’s gonna piss your husband off, and that seemed like a very purposeful move, and not something that somebody would do if they’re trying to stay together with their husband. I think you’re right, and we’ve discussed it. I’m not gonna repeat what we said last pod, but I agree with the cocktail or who said. I think Kyle thinks she’s being slick by not getting divorced. And I also think it’s almost this thing where she feels like she’s winning in some way, because no one’s ever gonna have him in that capacity, like when she said that about Camille, oh, we’re living apart, but he hasn’t really left me, whereas Kelsey really left you. Like, guess what? He left her, and she was left holding the literal bag of money, honey. So I hope this works out for Kyle, and I hope that they do have as much money as we all believe, and that nothing messes that up like no bad decisions or legal situations mess that up for her, because as things currently stand, she’s entitled to a ton of money. And if I were her attorney or I was her best friend, I would be advising her to take that money and split because it’s only profiting and benefiting him financially. To stay married, it does not benefit her. But I think there’s something about her holding on and being legally married that makes her feel like she hasn’t lost out fully and sorry, you got to do away with that sentimental shit and take what’s yours. That’s my opinion. I agree, because Ben Franklin all the way back in now, I don’t want to be held to it. Wait.

Bose, who, I gotta say, she I just I love her. I love that she has her 15 year old do a presentation every year about where they’re gonna go in the world. And she was doing some real cmo stuff with being like, next slide, let’s go. And I was like, That is the kind of stuff that is, some real world stuff I have given presentations in front of some very imposing CEOs who are very like, let’s go. Okay, next thing, wait. What does that say at the bottom? And good for her for having her daughter do that kind of practice, because she’s doing it clearly in a loving way. So I love that Bose calls a tribal council at the diamond and diamonds party. And we’ve said this, there’s so much sad without saying anything. I think the editing was so good that cameras were able to capture everyone’s reaction. So I was even like, how did they even shoot this? Because they must have been, I don’t know how they did this with without having cameras in the background, because they’ve got cameras on everybody. That whole scene was, I just think chef’s kiss, because we’re getting Garcelle saying damn, and wow. And then we’re hearing, you know, somebody say Sutton is volatile, and I do still love Sutton, but I have to agree, I thought her, I’m talking in a low voice, deodorant stuff was so patronizing. I know my therapist.

my favorite part of that whole scene back to Camille is her coming in and whining and saying, I’m sorry, but I have to butt in now. And essentially, what about me? Yeah, yes. So speaking of Beverly Hills, apparently evolution, who produces the show, has been given direction from the network to test Tracy Tudor, with some Tracy tutor, if you guys should be familiar. She’s from Million Dollar Listing, which I don’t think they officially announced it was canceled, but the altmans have gone on their Instagram and said they won’t be returning, and there’s no it’s not on a docket. It’s not green lit for another season. That doesn’t mean that it’s definitely never coming back, but there’s no plans. So apparently, Tracy’s out of contract, so I hear that they want to test her with some of the Beverly Hills cast, because the network loves her, and they’re hoping to get her locked in before she takes another offer from a streaming show. Hmm, I wonder what that dynamic would be like with Kyle and Mauricio in the agency, because they’re technically competitors. Yeah, I don’t know. I heard Tracy on Heather McDonald, and had definitely seen her on Million Dollar Listing. But when you hear somebody interviewed like that, you I feel like you get a little bit more insight. You get it down a layer with that person, and she’s incredibly smart. Yes, I think she actually could go toe to toe with any of those women I would love to see. Let me ask you a question, though. So on the heels of Sir hands success with selling Manhattan, buying Manhattan, whatever it’s called, on Netflix, and now Steve gold, that absolute stud. Do you know Steve gold? This is a guy we might agree on. Do we agree on Steve gold? He’s very handsome, so he now, I don’t think it’s Netflix. I don’t know which, but it’s another streaming network. He’s doing a show. So what do you think would be better for Tracy, because she’s a business woman, right at the end of the day? Do you think her on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills would be better for her exposure wise, or her own show. Can she we love her? Do you think she has a broad enough audience comparable to Sirhan to carry her own show? I think it all depends on who the production team is around her. Because I think what Sarah Hunt’s show did so well that Mauricio show did not is have, like, all of them have the beautiful real estate, right? But a lot, there were a lot of moments of lightness in Ryan’s show, there were some like, nice family moments that it just never felt
more than surface level with Mauricio show. You know what it is? I think that Ryan, first of all, Ryan’s an incredibly smart person, but Ryan wanted to be an actor, remember? And he always jokes that he was a hand model. I guess he never made it in acting, but he definitely could have, and I think we see that, and I think he has a certain depth to him, but he also understands what the viewers want to see. Whereas like Mauricio, and I like Mauricio, and I think Mauricio is good when he pops in on an ensemble cast kind of thing. And I’m not saying he doesn’t have depth in real life, because I think he does, but I just he’s not Kyle, right? So Kyle somehow shows enough of her life while hiding enough that she’s still interesting. And Mauricio doesn’t really have a knack for that, because that’s what it is, right? Because we don’t, what do we really know about Amelia and Ryan? Not much, but we felt like we were let in. Yeah, we did. And I think, if I’m Tracy Tudor, I think you got to take the bet on yourself. Make sure you have an amazing production team. Make sure you’ve got the people who are going to pop on screen as part of your team, because I think it’s a little too unpredictable how things could come out on Beverly Hills that could hurt your business, and I think that’s a bigger risk, because I think you’re better off taking first of all, if you’re a Tracy Tudor, I think she’s gotten where she has by betting on herself, so I think that’s the first thing. But it’s better to have a real estate show that goes and doesn’t do as well than to go on Beverly Hills and come off as unprofessional or whatever. So okay, and it’s not, I see what you’re that’s where I see. What do you think? Yeah, I think that we know, right? I think Reddit is a good example, because I don’t know if it’s because, let me see, because you never watched, did you watch Days of Our Lives when you were a kid growing up? Yes.
So like, I went when Rena came on, and she came on with Eileen Davidson, my mom was a huge days of our lives. And I grew up watching it, and I had an idea of who she was. And she would always, like guest host, like sometimes, like, back when it was Regis and Kelly, she would guest host if Kelly was away, and that kind of stuff. So I had an impression of who Lisa Rinna was. And as time went, she became this like character of like outrageousness and all of this and and again, she’s an actress, right? So she didn’t have a real estate empire to protect. So it makes things totally different. But I do see your point, because you have to walk a fine line, so people take you seriously. And sometimes when these housewives get in the mud, Yeah, but look at both. She’s doing it. She’s doing it very well. She is. She even said this week, these, when these women get together, they talk about we. She said, we talk about things that aren’t that deep, but she’s Wait, no, let me correct myself. They talk about things and then they fight. But let’s face it, once she’s really in the mix, and once stuff transpires, and once somebody backstabbed her and repeats what she says in confidence, she’s gonna have to get down and dirty like everybody else. Yeah, they all start with the best intentions of being above it, yeah, I just say try to get the Kris Jenner deal, which is getting that executive producer role so that you have ultimate say so over editing, which she’s never getting on Beverly Hills, yeah, she could on her own show. That’s a very good point. That’s a very but something tells me that she’d be enticed by Beverly Hills. Sure, that’s just being in with those women would open you to a great clientele, although you always have the Kyle cock block as the agency. That’s true. Who knows, though, maybe I believe in business that there’s enough room for success, for for everybody, and maybe Kyle wouldn’t look at it as a competition thing, because Have we met Kyle their clients? Stop it. Stop it. You’re amending a situation that is not appropriate, because Kyle and is not like that. She everything is a addition, you’re right, which is why she can’t maintain relationships with her sisters or friends without having full outs every so often. That’s also a good point. I hope we get to see her more of her, because I really like Tracy tutor. So me too, guys, whatever capacity, the next time we’re together, it will be post holiday. I hope that you take time to relax and enjoy yourself. The holidays are, of course, festive and fun, but they also are stressful and hard and bring up emotions, and we’re all missing somebody who isn’t there this holiday, and just take time to just take some time for yourself, and whatever your favorite thing is, if it’s drinking your favorite wine or eating your favorite cookie or homemade something, enjoy it and happy holidays.
