121. So much off-screen Bravo drama and mess! Brittany for divorce; Valley cast is divided; Alexis engaged to Johnny Aioli

So much happening in the Bravoverse this week, we barely knew where to start. First, well wishes to Vicki from RHOC who is recovering from a near death illness. Alexis Bellino is engaged to Jimmy J, and we wish them well. But will Alexis’ divorce settlement prevent her from actually marrying Johnny Aioli? Tamra is getting a lot of heat for her treatment of Shannon. Vanderpump Rules’ future is being questioned – will there be another season? We have some exclusive info on this from a source. And in other VPR news, Brittany filed for divorce – and for full custody, which tells us there’s more to the story. And we have some info on what may have led to Jax going into rehab. Plus a theory on why Brittany finally filed.  And we have SO MUCH tea on what’s actually happening with the whole cast of The Valley and why they’re divided, plus who’s on which side. what’s up? Amanda? What’s up? Cocktails? Lot of stuff, lot of stuff going on. I can’t even I guess first though, I need to know, how was your girls trip? You guys, I was in Boston. So many. Shout out to Boston. Love Boston. It’s a wonderful city. Bunch of my friends from college live in or around Boston, and I just love going there. We went to the Usher concert. It’s one banger after another, like, I love Usher,
but I feel like a couple of my friends, of course, like Usher, like they’re like, let it burn, and like the most common ones, and then as they’re going, they’re like, oh my god, another one. I’m like, Guys, I’m telling you, we know all of his music, like it’s our generation, yeah, for sure, simulated sex on stage. So like, behind him there was, like this double decker, like, almost like it looked like there was a screen around it, and then when there was nothing on the screen, you could see it was like a kind of like warehouse, like the metal bars. And on there were two levels, and on each level were like, very fit man and then a very fit woman. And they were like, it was almost like being in the red light district in Amsterdam. I was like, Oh yeah, I know it should flash. I see the silhouettes. Oh yeah. Like, funny. Like, I’m not sure if this seems private, that’s so funny. Yeah, I just came off of a girls trip too. It was, I gotta tell you, especially when your time with your girlfriends is so important anytime, but especially once you’ve had kids and you’re just like, in the thick of, you know, being a mom, being a wife, doing all of the carpool and working like, just having, like, uninterrupted time with your friends is it’s so precious. It’s very I don’t even know where to start. We have so much to talk about with Bravo this week, big week, especially in off screen. Bravo news. So Okay, first, let’s just start with well wishes for Vicky, the OG from the OC she was in the hospital, apparently almost died, had sepsis that came from a sinus infection, and said her doctor told her she only had a 10 to 20% survival rate. Big prayers. Well wishes to Vicky. Sepsis is so scary. I think we all, at this point in our life, have heard a horror story of somebody getting very sick or worse from.
Sepsis, and it’s very scary, because, okay, in Vicky’s case, it was a sinus infection. I know somebody else. I actually know two people who developed sepsis from a skin infection, so like a cut on their body that somehow debris or dirt got into that turned, I guess, over time, become septic. I somebody from Yes, thank God.
I everyone I know has lived. I know a woman who had a very bad yeast infection that turned septic. I don’t even know how that’s possible. I don’t either. If there’s any cocktails that are doctors, feel free to explain, and I’ll post that for the cocktail listeners. It’s just a very good reminder. And we’re all so busy. If you really don’t feel good, go to the doctor. Yeah, go to the doctor. Get your blood power through. Yeah. And it sounds like it was her boyfriend’s daughter, and I want to say her assistant, who was like, something’s wrong. You have to go to the hospital right now. So, yeah, glad she’s okay, absolutely okay. And then, of course, Alexis and Johnny j are engaged. I have to tell you guys, I actually told one of the cocktailers on Discord, because there was some conversation about this last night on Discord that I was on Instagram last night, I started zooming in on the ring, and then I accidentally hearted the post. I like, panicked, because it’s like, Oh God, I didn’t want to hurt this, but I was able to remedy that. Yeah, I was just minding my business at the Usher concert. And so whenever, like, I’m at it at something like that, I’m not actively posting. But I always check my phone, because when something like this happens. You guys are the best. You all send it to me. So I immediately see 100 posts from Alexis Bellino, and in my mind, I’m like, they either broke up or they’re engaged. And it was the latter. First thing popped into my head, Amanda was the meme of Vicky saying to Megan King Edmunds at the time, talk to me five years when you’re divorced. So I googled, Vicky talked to me five years pops right up. God bless Google. And I just made that meme, and I was I had a laugh to myself. I had a laugh when I saw the post.
Here’s what’s interesting, and I think that we’ve discussed Alexis and Jim Bellino is divorce and her settlement, but just to refresh all of us quickly. So Alexis was engaged for quite a while to the guy she was on below deck with a lot of you pointed out that she was very attached to him and lovey dovey and all of that on the below deck cringe on the below deck episode, and it was very similar to what we’re seeing with her and Johnny J financially speaking, Alexis gets 2000 per child each month. These payments end at the age of 18. In addition, Jim agreed to pay for their insurance policies. He actually has a life insurance policy on himself that Alexis is the beneficiary of for 2.5 million, which, in the case, God forbid, something should happen. Should he pass? She would be entitled. Yeah. But he also pays her spousal support of 10k a month. Now, the life insurance policy clearly indicates that regardless if Alexis remarries or not, she remains the beneficiary of the 2.5 million, should Alexis marry again in this case, her fiance, John. The documents, there’s no indication of what would happen to the spousal checks. Typically, though, when a person remarries the terms usually are that would stop, yeah, at least the spousal support usually, not necessarily the child support, because those are considered so yeah, we’ll see they might be forever. Fiance is, who knows, or at least until, until her spousal, I don’t know if it was, I don’t remember if it was, like a an expiration on her spousal report, support there, there, from what I saw, there were no notes on it, one way or the other. But I would have to imagine that there is some verbiage in there, like in the event that she maybe it’s indefinitely. Should she remain single? But, yeah, almost always, I’ve never heard, because then that turns into a different thing of a lump sum, which she also got. Yeah, they had, it seems that they had an amicable divorce. I don’t know if they always got along so well. I know that they do get along because she’s now, yeah, she’s promoted his restaurant and everything like that. But I also think he did the right thing by her. When they got divorced, some of you guys were DMing me when I because I made this a post saying that the lifestyle they lived, you didn’t think it was that much money, but we don’t really know Jim bolino, those trampoline parks, I believe closed COVID Wrecked a lot of those places, whatever, and he legitimately works at this restaurant. So I’m not saying he’s broke, but I don’t think he has ten million sitting in a bank account like I think $10,000 a month is generous, considering very means very Yeah, and that’s tax free, right? Yeah, tax free. So post.
Tax for him, but tax free generally, I guess it’s, I guess everybody could, can. It’s, but I believe spousal support and child support are tax free. So anyway, we’ll see what happens with that. But I do have to say, going through all of the posts, I went down a little bit of an Alexis rabbit hole last night. I do have to say, they do seem very happy. And of course, people only, a lot of people only show the good on Instagram, but they do seem really happy. I if they’re really happy, I’m happy for them. Just because I don’t particularly care for her doesn’t mean I wish bad things for her. I’m I really am. Yeah, good for her if they’re happy. Listen, every pot, for every pot, there is a lid, right? So good for that. I have never heard that. See, I love that. It’s so true. My mom could say that, and it’s, it is true. And I got a lot of different versions of this, and basically a lot of cocktails were asking, Do we think that John needed Shannon to quote, unquote, pay him back before they could get engaged? Meaning, no did he need in the ring? And they also pointed out that in last week’s episode, Alexis was crying like when John called her about the settlement. We’ve already discussed on the pod more than once, and I reposted the post today, he’s had a successful career, and he has money in his own right. He did not need the 75,000 in order to buy a ring. That’s just not a thing. Why she’s crying about his settlement? Maybe she is crying on that show. I don’t understand why desperate need for him to be happy, and he’s pissed off at Shannon, and he wants to win, and she wants him to win, because if he wins, then he’s happy, like she doesn’t want his feathers ruffled at all and too, but we’re laying on her head dramatically cry. I’m like, this is this feels like a show to me, like she’s putting on a show. Why would anybody just ball crying when they’re sober? Because of some, honestly, a probably regular, relatively inconsequential amount of money. Yeah, it’s consequential enough, fear and John wanting to win. And, yeah, I think she wants to look like Shannon is wrong in this situation, like she is wrong. She owes him this money. This isn’t right. And so any settlement, or anything other than her doing, what he says is them losing, yeah, I don’t know. But so your point of they’re so happy, I don’t know, $75,000
doesn’t seem like an amount of money that is changing his lifestyle. Or the rightly, have your lawyer reach out to her lawyer to be like, I don’t, we don’t want to sue for this. Can we make some sort of deal, but we have to go public, and we have to do an official lawsuit. And the question becomes, why, if you’re moving on with your life and in such a happy, healthy relationship with Alexis, are you so focused on this? Why not just let your lawyer lawyers handle it? Why relevancy on the show? Yeah, perhaps that’s not this is her whole this is her whole storyline. Speaking of Shannon, though, Rhett has not been getting the best reception on social media for the way that she’s been treating Shannon this season, it’s honestly an incredible turn of events. Collectively, I think we all went into the season ready to let Shannon have it, whether you love her or not. We were all angry at her drunk driving, and somehow between Alexis and Johnny J and Tamara’s treatment of her, here we are all feeling sorry for her. Yeah, we are. I think that conversation they had at the restaurant where they meet up, and she invited her to the party. Again, I feel like Tamara realized maybe she was coming in too hard. Because again, I don’t care how mad you are at somebody, how bad do you think that is like Tamara has been harsher than harsh, and I think out of line. I think these are maybe some conversations you have in private, but if you’re a good friend, you just keep your mouth shut. But obviously, as we have said, Tamara pledges allegiance to the show over anything, and has been, I think, really running with this righteous position. And I think it’s backfiring on her. And I predict at the reunion, she’s going to come head in hand and grovel and apologize to Shannon and try to win it back. And then next season, if she needs to go against her again, she will. And that’s just the seesaw that is Tamara, yeah. And that is what has viewers feeling like it’s too produced, and feeling like we want to be surprised when friends stop being friends, or when one friend turns on another, or we want to feel that they’re justified in it, and when it feels like they’re doing it just for a storyline, or to play to the audience, or to be seen in a certain light, or just to create a great storyline without a care whether they’re the villain, right, it starts to feel, you know.
Authentic, and I think that’s what’s happening with Tamara. And I think she’s really on a tight rope now, and I think she recognizes that. Yeah, I think she does too. And I think I do want to say just because I don’t like the way Tamara is treating Shannon doesn’t mean we’re giving Shannon a pass here. And I do want to, did want to point something out that has been on my mind about the way that Shannon reacted and has talked about the DUI. She still, to me, hasn’t really taken full accountability. She still has made herself a bit of a victim with, yeah, with what was going on with John, and that really bothers me, because I started thinking about this compared to the way Gina you guys, Gina had a horrific domestic violence situation. I don’t know what to call it. Event. She was physically hurt. Her ex husband cheated on her, and never once have we heard Gina say, I drank and drove because of all this other stuff in my life, she was like, I made a stupid decision, and I wanted something else about Gina too. I really have grown to respect her very much this season, because not only did she take full accountability for her role in her situation, with her DUI and in her life, and put herself together and pick herself up and start a new career and live a healthy lifestyle, and all of those things. She also is not passing judgment on Shannon for not having the success she had in accomplishing the accountability part and the healthy lifestyle part and all of that, like she’s, listen, I chose not to drink. It’s not something that happened overnight. It’s a place I came to. And nobody can make that choice for anyone. That choice has to be a choice a person makes for themselves. And there’s no judgment there. She more judge Jen’s financial situation, which is which was interesting, but I just see Gina Gina’s willing to give so much grace. She really allows so much grace for the women on her cast, and particularly when it comes to Shannon, who Gina and her have had a difficult relationship. They weren’t always friends, but obviously there’s a mutual respect which became mutual. Now, I don’t think that Shannon always had that respect for Gina. No, I agree.

But I also have to say, with the Gina and Jen thing, Gina, too was in that situation.
And she also was a stay at home mom, and went through a divorce, and had to figure it out. And then when they were at that, whatever event, they were at picnic tables, she said to her, she’s, I’m projecting. I’m not in a good spot right now, and I’m putting my shit on you, and it’s really none of my business. And she took ownership of that, yeah, I really, I’ve always thought she was, like, pretty, pretty normal and, like, I always liked her, but now I have, I’ve really come to not just really like her, but also respect her, to echo what you said. Okay, so we have other OC stuff to talk about, if we have time. But like
we said, there’s so much going on in the Bravo sphere, we have to get to Vanderpump and the valley and that whole universe. So first, there’s been a ton of talk. There was a post on, I don’t remember. It might have been dumois, I can’t remember, about Vanderpump Rules, either not coming back or doing a complete recast, and that some of the speculation is because Sheena and Lala are on the valley this season in a bigger capacity than they were last season, which was pretty much just some cameos. So I have information, guys, from what I’m hearing. Okay, it’s a case of two things can be true. VPR will be back. It is a cash cow, at a minimum, I can tell you, based on what I’m told, one more season to wrap up storylines. This is a business. If ratings are good, it could come back again. But like the plan right now, is one more season. Okay? It is not just going to vanish into thin air. We’re not going to see that those people mostly together. Does that mean everybody returns, not necessarily mostly together for one more season? With that said, Yes, also the valley is hugely successful. VPR has been hugely successful. I’m hearing that more spin offs are being considered, right? What does that look like? It could look like a James spin off. It could look like, I’m hearing they may do a whole new young class, a cast like, like a legacy and a young cast. Does that mean it’s at Sir, not necessarily. Lisa is very expensive. Having her on it as a producer is very expensive. Do they go out on a limb and do a new cast somewhere else, or something like that, all of these things. So I think that blind that was circulating, it’s a matter of people mistaking it. Yes, I believe that there are people currently in talks being vetted to do like a brand new VPR style, like a southern hospitality but obviously in WeHo Hollywood. La, yes. I believe that. Yes. I believe my source when they say there will be another season of Vanderpump Rules filming in the fall. Yes, I also believe that with the success of the valley, there will be additional spin offs. Give James a six episode spin off, go around with him. DJing. Do you know what I’m saying? Yeah, all of these things they are looking at where they’re making money, and they’re making money on these shows, and they’re going, yeah, they’re going to cash in on that, yeah. And there is magic with that cast I was watching. Re watching a couple of episodes. I think it was season six. So the season where it’s before Brittany and Jax get engaged, and she finds out he’s cheated, and Tom, they’re just starting, and Sheena is dating Rob, the guy who could hang the TVs. And I’m like, God, these were like, these really were like, the magic days. We didn’t know how good we had. It just some of the old New York episodes. And doesn’t it make sense to spread that magic? Look what they did when they got people on VPR. Look what they did now. They have two incredibly successful shows that they’re cashing in on, okay? And Stassi just went to the Hulu network. They don’t want to lose anyone like that. Yeah, they don’t want to lose another Stasi. They don’t want to lose James for whatever reason. They don’t want to lose the toms. There are so many ways to split this, and it’s a matter of what they end up doing, yeah. But believe everything when it comes to Yeah, yeah. Don’t believe any immediate canceling. I don’t believe Vanderpump Rules wouldn’t come back. It doesn’t make doesn’t make sense from a business point of view. Even if our Ariana doesn’t come back, I think there’s still, they’ll still do, there’s still a show. There’s still the all the people and and if the ratings die, it’ll be that they’ll wrap it up, and then they’ll do their whatever spin offs. Yeah, exactly. Okay, so Valley, we’ve been getting a ton of tea from the filming, but there is so much other big news, so we’ll get to the filming team in a minute, but first obviously, Jax gets out of the treatment place. Here that the reason he went into treatment in the first place is he had a giant meltdown that Brittany was sleeping with one of his friends.
Yeah. So I think it was a combination of things that were happening. But it seems it was the cherry on top this person who I cannot name The name of this person. It is not a name I know. It is not a name of someone from the show or in their orbit in any way I hear we will see Jax find out on camera that Brittany was hooking up with this guy who’s in his circle of friends. So yeah, she was hooking up with someone he’s friends with. He flipped out. That’s not all that there is. I did a post on financial issues, which we had done a post before. We had heard about this before we went to treatment, that apparently they’re splitting everything, 5050, which Brittany has said, even when they were together, she always got very offended when Jackson would try to, like, claim, like she, in any way, wrote his coattails just, I have always split the rent with him. I’ve always put the mortgage. So they were doing that. She came to find out that he wasn’t holding up his end of the deal on some of the bills, like his half. So I don’t know if that means, like, whatever that looks like, she had a mess to clean up financially the last since they’ve, I don’t know. It could have been from back when they were together. It could be part of the reason she decided to separate, but there are financial aspects to it. Yeah, this, I she liked post. Oh, go ahead. I’m sorry. No, go ahead the do mention the pose, because that was a good one. She said, I can admit when I’ve made a mistake, like the one time I got married, and we’re all going, when is she gonna file? And yeah, and then we find out on Tuesday that she filed. So this is what I thought was interesting. So she listed their date of separation as January 24 of 2024
which was a Wednesday, by the way, not that necessarily means anything. But for reference, the valley did not start airing until March 19, 2024 so they had been separated for two months before the show even aired.

which we had heard Amanda, because we had a post that like they’re not. It’s not only Jesse and Michelle, you’re gonna find out another split. And we were like, really, like, we knew that they Yeah, okay, yeah. So not only this, I thought was very, I’m very telling. Not only did, was she the one to file, but she is requesting full custody, and that is why that is a big move, which also tells me there is a lot that we don’t know yet, because you don’t file for full custody unless there’s a real issue, or if you’re going in Blazing. Because that move doesn’t just make Jack’s look bad, and we all know he cares more about his image and how he looks and his actual actions, but that’s going to make for a messy divorce, unless, for some reason, Jack somehow agrees that he shouldn’t have custody, which I just don’t believe that his ego will let him agree to that feels like it’s going to be a fight. And the other thing I want to say is watching, I don’t believe there are times where couples separate and one of the parties is so angry that they may do something like that out of spite. In Brittany’s case, I feel like her filing for full custody comes from a true feeling.
At a real she yes that she doesn’t feel safe, and she probably wants, like, monitored visits, or, you know what I’m saying, because she is not comfortable with where he is at with Yeah, so I would guess, and we said from the beginning, part of going for treatment was him wanting to at least be seen by her as somebody capable of having custody, and he’s out, and now she filed and requested full custody. So clearly he is not out. And I have a theory that I would like to float by you guys, so I’m curious to see what everybody thinks we know. A couple weeks ago, Brittany announced that Jax didn’t pay the charity that he promised to pay as part of his cameo deals, which was like, I was like, wow, gloves are off. But knowing that, and then hearing this other news that he she found out he wasn’t paying his half while he was out. And then, of course, she waits to file until he gets out. I am just wondering if there has been some sort of forensic accounting going on, because, you know, that is what happens when a lot of you know, when couples get divorced, they have to show their financials. But I wonder if they’re either Brittany took the opportunity while Jax was a way to dig into some of the stuff. Because guys, they’re married, like, just because they split stuff doesn’t mean that if he were to take out, like, a $100,000
credit card, it doesn’t mean she still wouldn’t be, like, half liable for that debt. So anyway, this is what I’m wondering. Has there been some forensic accounting going on and like this as part of her preparing for this divorce? And did she find out about something else? Because how a man actually spends his money can tell a lot about him, and I’m sure we’ve all heard stories about women going through divorces and then getting the financials and finding secret trips sex workers. Again, nothing that’s wrong with sex workers, but if your wife doesn’t know about it, then that’s a problem. Gambling, only fans, drugs, secret credit cards. Yeah, I just wonder if I think there’s all of that, and I think he was presented with that, and I think he said, I’m gonna go to treatment. I’m gonna make this right. And I think he left treatment quickly, and she said, You didn’t make this right. And so she went in, and she went in hard, and she went in firm, and she requested full custody. And, yeah, I’m gonna see it all guys. He gets served on camera. Yeah, yeah, it’s we gotta watch her file. We’re gonna watch him get served. We’re gonna watch the cast reactions. I believe he was with Jesse when he got served, or immediately thereafter, like Jesse came like, that kind of thing, which is his own drama, because you don’t really have to send somebody to serve somebody with divorce papers. You can really just email them. These days. I never knew that. I guess every state is different, but yeah, you don’t have to, at least in my state, you don’t have to. And I think a lot you don’t, you can just email I remember when Jason city kiss, I’m probably saying his name wrong, served his wife, who was like, Yeah, estranged, and then dating Harry Styles, basically, I guess she cheated with Harry Styles, was the rumor he, like, had her served while she was on stage on the charity event. And I that was definitely a fuck you, especially if people emailed, yeah. So I definitely think that was a fuck you from Brittany, but Brittany is no dummy when it comes to good reality TV, and that’s gonna make good reality TV. Okay, so Jesse picked up Jack’s from treatment, right? Yes, that’s what I heard here. Okay, and then so we know that there’s been some drama. It’ll be interesting to see what’s happened before Jax went to treatment and after, because we got stuff about him saying that Danny is a drunk. Yeah, he’s going in on Danny. So there on the outs. This is where, this is very good point you bring up. This is where it gets interesting. So he said and did stuff to Danny, to members of the cast when Jax comes out and then apologizes and then doubles, because I know that they like, all went out to lunch and filmed and right? So if you’re Danny, you’re like, Okay, if you went for treatment and he’s trying to better himself, and so then in a couple weeks, when he doubles down and calls him a drunk again, it’s, have you really changed? Jack? Yeah, yeah. What about Jasmine putting it out there that Jason So Janet, who was pregnant last season, that her husband goes out without his ring. Apparently, Janet is very unhappy with jasmine, as one would imagine to me and we spoke about this on cocktail pod last week, like.
Wearing or not wearing your wedding ring doesn’t necessarily mean anything, yeah, but he’s trying to Jasmine is certainly trying to insinuate it means something right towards Janet and Jason’s marriage. So, yeah, it’s clear. It’s a clear you’re that’s, that is the point. Because I agree, not wearing a reading doesn’t say anything. But it’s a very clear insinuation, which I think is a really good point by Jasmine, and that does make me wonder what she’s really trying to say. And so I asked the person giving me the Intel, because we do remember first season with Danny, who’s sweetheart and his wife and the three young kids, NIA always seems. Nia is Danny’s wife. She always seemed that when he would get drunk. There was one time when they were on a trip and she couldn’t swoop him out of there, like she seemed to do at parties. He would get a little wild, like I do hear he drinks, he gets wasted. Now, is it nerves from filming? Is it I have three young kids at home because I’m filming a show. I have an opportunity to go out that I normally don’t have. So when I have that opportunity, I’m binge drinking, but I’m not an alcoholic. It’s situational. Yeah, could there be a real drinking problem? We don’t know. We only know that he’s been getting very wasted, and Jax is saying he has a drinking problem. And I guess, when we see him, and when we see it, you know, you have housewives who always say, I don’t really drink in my real life, but when we’re filming, it’s the liquid courage, and I need it. And that could be Danny, or it could just be, I’ve been home with three babies, and I haven’t had the opportunity to party. So when I go out, I overdo it, because I know that then I’m back in the house for a week, which I completely identify with, by the way, I know there definitely were times, especially when the kids were little, where I had one too many, just because it’s like, it’s a lot, it’s a lot. And when you like, it’s you get a little freedom, and then you’re like, whoo. So I had a job in there as well. I guess we’ll see. Yeah, not a drinking problem. When this accusation is made, it should be fairly easy for him to change the narrative, and that’ll be the key. If he continues past that, and we see him like all through the season, getting smashed every group event that there’s alcohol at, then it’s huh, because if you could stop that narrative, you would. So maybe it is something that’s a little more out of control, yes, because there’s, I think there’s drinking problems and there’s problem drinking, right? And I think problem drinking can be you get into a habit of having too much when you finally get away from your kids. But you’re right, because if we see him get smashed every single time, then that’s going to make me wonder what’s going on off screen. Is he also doing it? Because if it’s every time, it just makes you it’s a clear pattern. And we know last year that Nia is reaction to it was like, Stop it. You’re embarrassing me. Kind of reaction. So why would, if it right? So if he could, if it was within his control to stop he would is, or maybe he’s like, these people are also fucking crazy. I have to drink to deal with them, right? Or I can’t do a show. We also are hearing that Sheena and Lala make more than the rest of the cast, and that everyone’s pissed about it, which I can honestly see both sides on this one, because I do think Sheena and Lala should get paid very well as seasoned reality stars. They’ve got, and they’ve got people behind them that are negotiating, and they know what these actual dollars look like. But I also think that the new stars of the valley are what really made the show, and that they should get paid well too. So what do you think about that? Listen, you can argue both points, but as things stand, we know that the way Bravo operates with ensemble castes, castes cast is, the longer you’re on, the more money you make. My hope is that Jax and Kristen, although they were all and Brittany, although they were off for a couple of seasons, I would hope that their salaries are comparable to Sheena and Lalas, because, certainly they’re the established stars. Because I think that the new cast members were fantastic, but I didn’t initially tune in for them, and I don’t know that I would have tuned in if the VPR alumni weren’t on there. Give them their flowers and the other cast, the new people, yes, we like them now, and so they should go up every season, but they certainly shouldn’t be at the level of the Lala Sheena and the people who don’t want Lala and Sheena on, we have to remember when we call for people that annoy us off shows, those shows get boring. I don’t like Janet, and I was like, you could let her go, but I think that Janet is thirsty and she will go and say things that
you don’t like her when she says it, but it makes for a good episode, right? Yeah, yeah, I agree. Okay, there’s so much even just going on, like literally right now, end of August, with the valley. So A source told us that Luke, there’s two sides, Luke, Jasmine, Jesse.
Kristen against Michelle, Sheena, Janet Lala and Brittany, Nia, Danny and Jason are in the middle ground. Jax is his own island, but is getting support from Jesse, the person didn’t mention. Zach so it leads me to believe he’s more middle, but I would think he would always lean with Brittany, but he also was a good, good friends with Kristen. I’m curious. I am Jasmine, so he may middle guy too.

and he’s very distracted at a new boyfriend, by the way, which is another piece of tea that people think is only there for the camera time. So he may be less concerned with all the drama and more into his blooming relationship. Oh, that’s understandable. And then I guess Jax filmed again. We don’t know if this is pre treatment or after, Jack told me Jesse after he moved in, after Jesse moved into, moved out of the marital home, moved into his new place. And that’s a whole thing, because apparently we’re gonna see Michelle’s really pissed off that Jesse is remaining in the marital home. I believe she just wants to sell it and split it and move on. And yeah, so we’re gonna see that. We hear Jesse’s Big Mad that Michelle’s boyfriend is filming. We could say what we want about Jesse, right? Certainly, we’ve seen a lot of flaws, but this is the guy that Michelle was cheating on him with for quite a while, so I can’t fault him if he’s upset about her, what is he supposed to do? Like they weren’t happy in their marriage, okay, but Michelle was stepping outside of their marriage for a long time with the guy who is now filming. And by the way, really likes filming. Really likes is it missing? He’s not missing a cup of coffee being drank on camera?
Yeah. So you guys know I’m never afraid to have an opinion, but this is another one where I see both sides, because I definitely don’t condone cheating. But I also think Jesse is such a he’s such a douche bag. I think I would be a lot more sympathetic towards his situation. Part of me says, I think Michelle should be able to move on and show us her new life on camera. But the other part of me is that’s the guy she cheated with. I understand why Jesse is upset. That’s where I’m at. Yeah, yeah. And sometimes it’s good to have a situation where there’s no clear right and wrong, and often in divorce, is that the case. And I think that Michelle and Jesse seesaw in, like, with my opinion and with the viewers opinions, because it’s like, you see her point, but then the seesaw goes the other way, because you’re like, but she could have separated before getting with this guy. Like, you know what? I mean, it hadn’t occurred to me until just now to look up to see is there. Do we know if their divorce is final yet? I don’t think so. And the house might be a piece of that too. There’s gonna be drama there then, because if they’re still trying to negotiate their divorce settlement, I can only imagine. And I think Michelle’s point of it. Oh, and this is the other thing that is in Jesse’s favor and isn’t necessarily fair. Jesse’s girlfriend has zero interest in filming, so Jesse’s dating this woman from the OC, who actually was in the running to be on The Real Housewives of the OC, but then split with her husband. She has a young child, and the.
Woman has zero interest in filming. I think Michelle’s whole narrative, not her narrative, but her scope on it is going to be like the audience is going to naturally sympathize with Jesse, who’s showing up to events alone. I’m sure Michelle points out that he has a girlfriend that doesn’t come around, whatever. But the reality is, the audience isn’t seeing the girlfriend, isn’t seeing him happy in a new relationship and moved on, so that just makes him look like the victim. He’s gonna, yeah, he’s gonna get more. And I get why she’d be annoyed at that, because it’s like, you come to events and make me look like the bad guy for having my boyfriend, but as soon as you leave the event, you’re sleeping at your girlfriend’s house, yeah, exactly. Okay. You have to tell the exclusive tea we got about what else is happening, literally, right now with the cast, I took some notes on this. There’s a party that Jesse is throwing for Luke on Saturday. Oh, okay, yes, so I’m hearing, I think it’s this upcoming Saturday, okay, I think or the Saturday just passed, Jesse’s throwing some party for Luke. Obviously, it’s a storyline. It’s a way to get people there. Michelle’s boyfriend is filming, and what I heard is Jesse wants to fight with the boyfriend on camera.
Oh no, Michelle. So no, Michelle wants Jessie to fight with the boyfriend on camera. So going back to my point of your girlfriend’s never around, so I automatically look like I’m the bad guy. I guess she wants the viewers to see the side of Jesse that’s petty and below the belt to be like see and this is why we’re not together. She wants to frame him as the bad guy, so she doesn’t get the villain title, which all’s fair and love and war. And the same source said that Janet and Michelle are definitely like the bullies the villains. They’re trying to spin it, but then you hear that there’s evidence that she’s been with this guy for years, which years, it’s a long time, and we watched alessis and say they haven’t had sex in the years. So she was getting it somewhere. Can she prove he was or was he really working on his marriage? And then he remains the victim? Right to man, yes, because they did have, we know that Jesse and Michelle, because Jesse told us all about it had sex, yes, so I’m sure that caused some issues with Michelle’s new boyfriend, right? Messy, and apparently the girlfriend, Jesse’s new girlfriend, who isn’t on the show, well, of course, the quote, unquote, other side is still talking about her. It got back to Jesse that they’re talking bad about her, and he’s concerned about his new girlfriend’s reaction. So he was drunk and went crazy about that. So guys, they talked badly about her. Yeah, it’s a wild season. It’s all happening in real time, and stay tuned. Well, whoever is sending this to me is really the best. I hope we get, like, a full season. That was the other thing. When I’m looking back at the Vanderpump, I was like, Wait, there were 2021,
episodes of Vanderpump Rules back in the day. Like, I hope we get a full 20 episodes of the valley, because it seems like that might not even be enough to condense drama. Agree quickly, because I do want to go back to the OC stuff, because it looks like we will have a little time in other big Bravo news. Tom Girardi, who was married to Erica Jane of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was found guilty of four counts of wire fraud on Tuesday. Tuesday was a big day, by the way, by a jury who deliberated for less than a day, he was not taken into custody. His sentencing date will be on December 6. These convictions carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison and large fines for each of those counts, I guess, the number of victims, and then the amount of money. So if it’s like over a million, I want to say is what can really push his sentence up to the maximum. What is interesting is this is not the only she actually is also facing federal charges in the Northern District of Illinois, along with his son in law and former Gerardi case attorney David lira, plus the firm’s former Chief Financial Officer Christopher came in. That trial won’t take place until March 2025 because that Judge pushed it back so that, because of Tom’s case, the other case that just he just was found guilty for justice, is that if you defraud people over the course of 30 years, you go to jail. And so it’s listen and shout out to our girl, Kiki, the talk of shame, who has been at the courthouse and getting videos and footage and in real time telling us what’s going on with this case, it is very hard for any of us to look at him, who we remember from the show, in very well tailored suits. And although an older man walking well and looking well.
And healthy, and he clearly looks disheveled. I to me, he looks like somebody who has dementia, but it could very well all be an act. I guess they’ve proven that that’s not the case. And even I don’t know, even if it is the case, should he get away with it because of that, he did a lot of bad things for a long time. And so it’s this thing where it’s just icky for me, because you’re thinking of the victims and you feel just terrible for them. Does he it? Does this money exist to pay them back? No, it’s been spent. Yeah. So basically, the only justice is him going to jail because the money’s been spent. I don’t think it’s possible that he doesn’t get jail time. He’s been convicted, right? Oh no, he’s getting he’s going to jail. And they tried, if you guys remember, they did try to not prove to prove incompetence to stand trial, and they were shot down. So they don’t believe this. You know, the authorities, the judges, whoever made those decisions, do not believe that he is, you know, incompetent. They believe that this disheveled appearance is an act, and that he’s still sharp enough and knows what’s going on and that he needs he should go to jail. So, you know, it is, while it is sad to see somebody who is older, to think about them living the rest there it’s he stole a million, and he took these people in these very vulnerable situations, people who lost more than one family member in plane crashes, people who, you know, were disfigured for life by like a gas explosion, and said, Not only am I going to help you win this money, I am going to help set you up for life. And then stole their money in front of their freaking faces.

Okay, so as I’m scrolling through today, Amanda and I see so living through the J Lo and Ben Affleck split, which, by the way, so many of you guys were like, B Amanda, remember when you guys started the pod and we went down that rabbit hole?
Of figuring out where they were getting married, and we were, like, so excited. And now just watching that is, it’s a lot. And so they have this dueling these dueling publicists, and every time you log on to social media, it’s a statement from J Lo like bed was heavily involved in the making of the documentary that showed private letters from him, and then it’s like Ben Affleck saying Ben was very upset about these letters being shown and had no knowledge of so it’s the PR teams. And it had me thinking, because I saw that there was a page six that said Jax Taylor is 100% on board with Brittany Cartwright’s filing divorce. The vicious cycles need to stop. So he’s obviously trying to put some blame on her. And I just thought to myself, Man, it must be hard for Lori Kay, you’re repping both of them during this messy split. And imagine if J Lo and Ben had the same PR rep who may or may not have banged Ben in a bathroom. It would just complicate things. That’s so funny. I never thought of that, but Lori K really is dealing with she can’t shovel herself out of this shit. And you guys keep saying to me, but if it’s true that they had this in the bathroom, why is she wrapping both of them? And I’ve went over what my theory is, and my theory is that they are both very connected to Laurie Kay, business wise and Brittany’s. If Brittany turned around and said, I believe the rumor, because neither of them are ever admitting the rumor and the bathroom was true. I wouldn’t believe it wasn’t true. They were seen guys, yeah, but they were seeing chooses to believe that it’s because she knows he’s a piece of shit and she’s not gonna mess up her bag for Yeah. Well, and we know that she’s since January, 20 of this year, she has been thinking about what she needs to do to take care of herself and her son, right? As you know, I’m sure Jax hasn’t really been thinking about it that hard, because I don’t, I don’t get the feeling that he thinks about much that hard. But you know, in the end, that would make sense to me as well. I just have to say, Guys, if you take nothing away from our podcast, like get a prenup?
Yeah, I look at this mess. I mean that Jen and Ben have found themselves in. They did not have a prenup. He signed a giant deal, production deal, where he’s gonna do things with production, with Matt Damon, and she, if she decided to hold him to it, could technically own 50% of Ben’s ownership of that company. Like it’s okay, but this is the thing. So I don’t really understand this, but somebody in the biz told me that although they don’t have a pre nump, they have, they’re both protected. There’s, they have some sort of statement of funds that he keeps anything he made before. And the assumption is, and this is from somebody in the biz, she won’t file for spousal they have no children, so it shouldn’t be an issue. But to Amanda’s point, he did do this mega deal during their short marriage. So if she want, and he’s worth a lot, she wanted to, she could go for it, right? And that’s why I would be like, Ben, maybe you should call off your PR dogs, because, yeah, all this thing is done. She really, and it sounds I’m betting, I think the fact that she filed herself without a lawyer, I think actually says a lot, but she could, if she gets pissed enough, really go for like, part of that company and not, I don’t know guys, like, yeah, obviously, if you’re just starting out and whatever. But if you’re not, and you have assets to protect, and you’re in love, like, it doesn’t, it’s not going to take away from your marriage. It’s not going to take away from your relationship and like, just get a prenup, do your estate plan. And even a prenup doesn’t mean if something happens. It’s really only to protect each party in case of divorce, and protect, like, what you come in with, because at the end of the day, you shouldn’t be marrying somebody for what they’re bringing in, and somebody shouldn’t be marrying you for what you’re bringing in. And if they are, and they say they don’t want a prenup, and you’re coming in with a lot, that should be a sign to not marry the person. Yeah, you know what. I mean. Listen,
it is what it is. And if you go in with minimal assets, and you don’t want to anything you make during a marriage. My opinion is, if you’re married, and that’s where it gets tricky too, right? Because you go into it without and let’s say people stay separated for years, and then stuff happens during those separations. And I don’t know, I don’t know. It’s very tricky. It is. I.
I don’t often agree with Bethany Frankel, but when she had that short lived divorce podcast, which is when we first suspected she split with her fiance, Paul, when she was going off like a lunatic, and then that pod disappeared. And although she denied that, Jason sent her a cease and desist, we believe that obviously that happened. What she said, If you believe nothing else that she says is, marriage is a business transaction. Period, sometimes you benefit and sometimes you lose, but at the end of the day, it is a business transaction. I don’t know that. I agree with her on that well, but I do not protect it. You. Yes, I do think you have to. You just have to. And some people too, who don’t have assets of their own but stand to inherit money, those people should get, you know, it just it. I think prenups are just good business, period. Maybe I said it wrong. Maybe I’ll say it like this, getting a prenup takes the business aspect out of the marriage. Yeah, you could just focus on marrying for love and marrying, because this is a person you want to be with and you want to spend your life with, and when you don’t do that, now you’re like colluding business and pleasure.
That is that I would completely agree with. I think that’s a great point. Yes, but yes, no, I don’t believe that marriage, and I don’t think you do either marriages. I do think marriage is about love and wanting to be with somebody, but call Yeah, just take part out of it. To your point. Exactly. Come for the Bravo gossip. Come for the reality television gossip.
