I feel like I can almost smell the turkey or the salami bread in your case, okay, but first, because I know you and your daughter are like me and my daughter. Have you already seen wicked? It officially comes out tomorrow. I know there were previews in every city. I got tickets a couple months ago to go tomorrow on opening day. Oh, my God, that’s so fun. We’re gonna go on Sunday. We’re gonna I knew it. I knew you’d be going over again. Yes, so we’re driving down to go see my mom, and so we’re gonna go with my mom, and my husband is coming, and my daughter and my son, which I when I booked the tickets? Did you know it’s three hours long? So I just found out today, because I’m going with a couple of friends, and that we’re doing dinner after so yeah, and I felt bad because it was my sister in law actually put it together, and I was just like, an add on, and I didn’t even think of my son. And then he was like, Oh, I don’t even know if he’d want us. You know, kids are, I know my son is gonna complain, yeah, like, You’re damned if you do, because he’s gonna complain. But then when you don’t, he’s, oh, like, you left me out, right? So I’m like, we’re doing this as a family, or you’re coming, and if you need to get up and take some bathroom breaks and just wiggle, because he’s a little bit of a he’s a mover. Hard for him to sit still. So I am so movie theaters have those video games in the front where you can just give him money to go play some video games. Yeah, he’ll be fine. Everyone is saying, it’s fantastic. And I have seen the musical and really enjoyed it, so I’m really excited to see. And there’s just something about everybody going to the movie theater and getting popcorn and sitting in for something that is anticipated. So 100%
but yeah, so yeah. So we’re doing that, and then we’re coming back, and we’re doing Thanksgiving here, and then also with my husband’s family on Saturday, so there will be a lot of celebrating. What are you guys doing? We are I’m making my famous salami bread. I will post the recipe. It’s very simple, but it’s delicious. I go to my cousin. So really, I just I make the salami bread. I bring pie. I’m not a baker. I buy.
The pie pies are, I think pies are totally one of those things if you’re not a pie maker, because I will make pies sometimes, but it is. It’s a labor of love. My mom was a real cook. She really enjoyed cooking. She enjoyed baking, and she was like, some things are better. She felt this way about very few things, but she would say a Miss Smith’s apple pie is better than any pie you can make and most you can buy. I have a place by me that makes great pie, so I’m not doing Mrs. Smith, but I love a Mrs. Smith’s apple pie. Yeah, agreed. So that’s nice. Then you bring the Celemony bread, and then you and we just chill. We have wine, yeah, it’s good. Usually on Thanksgiving, what? We always start with Prosecco, but then we’ll go to red wine, yeah, and then it’s such a nice long weekend. And I think I’ve never really, I think last year we did do the tree the day after, but I’m becoming that person because I do a fake tree now, yeah. And here’s the thing. I don’t know if you have this problem, but I have to stop, because every new Christmas thing, like my husband is B we have Christmas decor for the house. Just because it’s not out yet does not mean because I need more. I keep ordering ornaments and throw blankets, and it’s only a few weeks I need to stop. I love it, though, because we just moved into this house, and so we have, you know, to and we’re like, combining families and stuff. So we’ve got to figure out what we have and what we’re going to use, and then what we discard, what we need, yeah, what we need to buy. So we’re hoping we’re, we are actually so busy next week doing all the family stuff. We’re hoping we can actually do it, maybe on either Wednesday or Friday do our decorating, because I it’s such a short Christmas season this year, I want to get it up ASAP. I just realized that, because Facebook shows your memories, and I’m like, most years, Thanksgiving is this week. Yeah, it’s late this year, which kind of makes me feel like I’m behind the eight ball, so let’s zone out and talk about Beverly freaking Hill. Oh my god, it’s so good, before we get into all the people and all the storylines. I just wanted to see, if you’ve noticed this too, that the show itself has gotten a little bit of a glow up, like the opening shot, where it shows like the little snapshots of the wives lives, like dorit is reading Vogue by the pool with her dog. Erica is doing that photo shoot. Kyle working out. It’s like a glamor shot. I feel like it’s really shiny, and it reminded me of something. And I looked into it because I was like, Oh, this makes sense. So it reminded me of the hills, because remember how the hills, yeah, so I do know what you mean. It’s the same producer. It’s Alex Baskin. I’m like, that makes sense. I love it. That makes so much sense. Yeah, it Beverly. Hills is always be a charm. She, we gotta start with three she came in hot. First scene, she is announcing that she and PK are separated, okay, but this is a side note. Why was it in that fancy, bright, shiny furniture store, they couldn’t be at Erica’s house or a cozy booth in a restaurant having a cocktail? It was a very odd, sanitary, almost setting for that. It’s funny, you said X, I noticed it, but for a different reason. I’m guessing it was some sort of product placement. But watching that scene, I was feeling like I was blinded during that scene, because it was so bright in that background. And I just kept wondering, I’m like, how often they film in there without sunglasses on? Yeah, yeah. So I noticed that too. And the other thing is, okay, Erica facilitates, between. Facilitates, whatever the word is, guys, between. She’s still starting out. And did you see the price tags on? Yes, the tray table book, little price. It was like, what, 1800 or something, I forgot, but it was almost 2000
Yeah. And if you’re buying your furnace, if that’s what the knickknacks cost, your couch from there is going to cost $50,000 No kidding, for sure, and it’s that’s probably why they’re doing it there, so she can get a discount. That makes so much sense. And it worked, because here we are talking about the place, and I bet a lot of people Googled it, and yeah, she also noticed it. She was like, we were at Pacific Design Center, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I’m like, Okay, I think it’s Yeah, placement, yes, but there’s three, and she is saying that PK is an alcoholic right out of the gate, not once, but twice, to anyone with ears. Okay, so first she goes to Kathy’s. And wait, did you think? Or you’re like, is Kathy okay? Because I saw.

there was, like, something on her face. I was like, did she just have plastic surgery or something? What’s going on with Kathy?
So when she went in, it almost looked like she was going to visit her sick. Yeah, a sick. A well, visit. But, and didn’t you find it interesting that you have dorit saying, and Kathy has been so wonderful. And like Kathy really seemed to just be like getting information and very not caring. I don’t mean not caring, but very not caring towards dorit. There was no war, yes, yeah.
It was almost she always is, though. I mean, that’s clearly a strategic choice that dorit is making by claim, but I think it also shows, and we’ll get into this, obviously, but I think it also shows that dorit really doesn’t have any friends on the cast, because she’s on the outs with Kyle, but one time, she was a mainstay of the Fox five, and now she’s not with Kyle. Erica, just last season and her were on bad footing because Eric at bravocon said PK and jorit. So the first person she confides in is Erica, which is very telling. And Erica was so soft and medicated, which I feel like Erica did her a favor with that, which Kathy did not, because now you two are the people she’s telling so of the entire cast, you’re the ones she is, quote, unquote closest with. So at least Erica gave her the whole teary eyed because bullshit we knew since last reunion that they were living separately and all of that. Yeah, and then Boz, who will get into her, love her. I mean, from what we know so far, she’s only 47 like, how is she? The CEO of Netflix and everything else. I’m like, beyond impressed. Seriously, basically her right away, though, you can tell she’s just a very confident you have to be to become a CMO of that big of a that big of a company, how it was her and it was also so strategic on both dorit and boss’s part, because they’re both fawning over each other, saying how they clicked right away. Boss is new, so she needs an ally, and dorit is a long standing housewife. And dorit needs somebody. She can’t go to Jennifer Tilly because that’s Sutton’s girl. Yeah, their friendship. I’m happy to see it progress and everything I am suspect of it, because it’s convenient for both parties and cocktails. You guys will remember right before
Beverly Hills started filming a I forget his name. It was a Dave Quinn. So said dorit is for sure not coming back. And that’s what we were hearing as well. And that was like, legit everybody in the biz was ready to announce that. I don’t know that Dave actually announced it. I think he teased it out, but everybody knew that’s what the tease was, yeah, to be fair, yeah, he probably said it in a blind way, but yeah, and truly a like, 12th hour decision, yeah, because then the announcement comes out, the separation announcement, and you know the timing. There’s no coincidences about all that timing, right? Garit must have gone to production and said, This is what’s going on and my family, it’s, you know, this is gonna, I think Doreen said, Okay, I’ll talk about it. I’ll talk about the alcoholism. I’ll talk about the bankruptcy, like, like, shot out of a cannon. Yeah, she always used kind of euphemisms for all the things that they had been through, and now she’s smoking on camera. Yes, and that’s big in the housewife world. We watched these ladies hide their smoking. Luanne has hit it. LVP. Remember there was one scene when they were on vacation years ago where LVP was obviously inebriated, but also, like, distraught, I forget what the fight was about, and she was like, hiding the cigarette on camera, but you saw that she was smoking. I don’t remember, but her and Todd were like, on the terrace after some blow up fight must have been towards her end. Yeah, of course, a lot of people do smoke and they hide it. And Dori, I just have to say, thank you, Dorit, for giving us years and years of memes to come with smoking in the car, just like the one you did today, which is so true.
Oh my god, about just this type of year for moms and working moms, and really anybody. So I loved that. And she’s, she’s pissed off dorit. She, like we said, she came in hot, but, like, angry hot too. I mean, she is pissed at Kyle when she finally sits down with Kyle. I mean, she didn’t really pull any punches. She didn’t really even let Kyle talk. No. Mm.
She she did not. She calls Kyle a manipulator to Erica. She says, straight out, this is not a miscommunication. I was used. I was manipulated by Kyle. She tells Kyle to her face, she won’t tolerate her bullshit. They can talk if they’re gonna address the real issues. Essentially, she does not buy, nor do I, by the way, the reasons Kyle listed for being mad. Amanda, do any of us think that Kyle is upset about the very obvious joke made at bravocon where Kyle spilled her drink and the two of them were literally laughing with each other and doricos, who’s my favorite, Kathy’s, my how ridiculous, right? Kyle is super pissed about that text that she shared publicly because it highlights Kyle’s manipulative ways. Didn’t play by the rules, by Kyle’s rules, right? Which is, you know, that Kyle can do these things off camera, and that it should be able to stay private. But then, and I think the big thing that dorit has always kept private is, I think that dorit in large part considers herself loyal, because let’s not forget, she lost Lisa Vanderpump, and that was allegiance to Kyle. Now that was never verbally said by Dorit, and now it seems a day late, $1 short, but obviously she’s holding resentment, because as soon as Kyle no longer needed Dorit, like dorit says it she felt discarded.

on Amazon. Live, saying they were never that close. And I think that dorit expected I would say some loyalty, and I do agree that Kyle does not practice what she preaches. And this first episode, it has never been more clear the editors when they have dorit saying the manipulation, and they flash to face Kyle makes it was like, Ooh, yeah. And listen, and not everyone loves Dorit, and I, myself wouldn’t say they’ve always been her biggest fan. There’s always been something inauthentic about her, although do think I’m gonna this version on the whole it’s not that. I don’t know what Kyle’s up to, but there’s something about Kyle that is very likable, yeah, and she has a very large say. So I believe the rumor that she succeeded in getting crystal cut, because remember, Crystal dared to really go there with Morgan at the reunion and ask the questions, and you made the music video. And I think that Kyle had a role in that. It’s strange to me that Kyle isn’t seeing this too, though. Okay, Kyle, you made a music video in which you’re the love interest of Morgan Wade. But yet you think it’s so crazy that people are bringing this up like it. I don’t think it’s that she doesn’t see it. I think it’s that she expects people to not yes and to not zone in on it, and to not go with what the audience and everyone else is thinking when they see it, and just do what Erica does for her, right? Which is, you did that video before. It was a little risque, but you did the video before. How are you to know? How are you to know that they were going to think that as you were splitting with your husband with pictures all over the internet of you on each other’s laps. Yeah, here’s my question for you. Dorit seems determined to take Kyle down. Do you think she’ll be successful? Or do you think it’s like is she’s just signing her own like death warrant by even trying to do it? You know what? I think I admire her balls, because I think she was so very close to being let go that she sees it as you know what? They were gonna fire me anyway. I might as well come in, guns are blazing, and say what I wanna say, and maybe the audience will like it so much that they have no choice but to keep me. Will that cause Kyle to soften and make up with her. Maybe can they exist as enemies on the show? Listen, they’re never Bravo production. They’re never getting rid of Kyle. They love her. She is the OG. So long as she wants to be there, she will be there. So ultimately, I think they would always choose Kyle. But I also think that Kyle is smart enough to know that she’s got to do what’s best for the show and the ratings, because it is still a direct reflection of her. When you have a when you have a flunking show, and you are the center diamond and you are the OG, it’s a reflection of you. So I think that this, I think dorit got nothing to lose. Yeah, she’s either out after this, or she performed so well, which every single inside person says, this is dorit season, and dorit was sitting next to Andy and watch what happens live. First time Kyle wasn’t there after the first episode. Yeah, I thought she was fantastic, by the way. I
as I was watching it last night, I’m like, I think she got a coach to help her learn how to be more succinct. Did you hear Did you notice that when Andy was asking questions and she would answer with a three to four word answer? I think that when you’re being honest and truthful, it’s easier to be succinct. I think when you’re hiding stuff and hiding behind stuff, it’s harder. And when you talk in What did you say? Being succinct? No, before you said, she always talked to like she always spoke in riddles. Yeah, she did. Now she’s just like he was an alcoholic,
Kyle a bitch, not putting up with either of their shit. Do you have to say, though, into Reed’s defense, why can’t Kyle just say, I’m sorry I hurt your feelings by saying we were never that close of friends. Like, why is it so hard for her to say that? Why does she have to just double down and be like we weren’t? We just weren’t, you know, like, I don’t get that, and I don’t understand, you know, it’s like Kyle. Kyle is really coming into this season to this almost like victim stance. We’re just saying everything’s so hard and and then she’s getting really upset. Everything’s so hard for dorit to and I think that is where Kyle is in.
And as she’s filming, realizing that they’re on a level playing field right now, because fans may not love Dorit, but we are all invested in dorit and her stories, and her story and PK story, and she does have two young children. She clearly has some financial issues. She is telling us that her husband was an angry, belligerent drunk, so we’re on her side. It doesn’t mean we’re against Kyle at this point, but we want good for dorit right now. We do whatever we used to joke about her phoniness and her fake accent and her clothes having to have the designer names all over them. That’s all out the window now and now. This is somebody we’ve watched for many years at a low her choosing to smoke on camera, was showing us I am at my bottom. Yeah. Zero fucks, zero fucks. And then how editing made it look like she was, like, driving into cars. It was That was incredible. It was like, are we watching like Mission Impossible or it’s so good this season, I’m I am seated. I am ready. You guys might remember the email that we got. So it said it was from the email was from the reasons@gmail.com.
Subject, Beverly Hills, drama. It said, before contracts were signed, the buzz was that dorit wasn’t being asked back. Some in the biz were told she was out. Suddenly, her separation announcement was made, and it was announced that she’d be returning with a vengeance. As viewers can see, who wanted her out, who runs the show, who’s the OG. This is why she’s so angry. Sure they had issues, but this is why we see dorit so riled up. Yeah, she begged to keep her job. It worked. She told them, I will announce my divorce. She clearly went wild, announcing PK is an alcoholic, dragging Kyle. Here’s my question, okay, this is what I’m wondering about. Dorit shared with Kathy that her plan and PKS plan is to remain best friends. I have to guess that PK approved. I have to guess that she said, Listen, I’m either gonna lose this check, which I believe their family needs, or I’m gonna have to really show what’s going on. And maybe because PK is in recovery, he was okay with it, and then he did get his scene with Mauricio, which was interesting, because they’re both saying they’re going to remain best friends and but they’re both speaking very honestly about their feelings about the other person, right which, once it airs right about now, let’s watch their let’s watch their Instagrams, because PK kind of made dorit sound like a pain in the ass, who drove him to freaking drink. And once he got his head clear, he realized he wasn’t in a good marriage. That’s essentially what he told Mauricio, it is,
I thought that whole lunch or coffee or whatever scene that was really interesting too, because I’m like, why I understand why PK, I guess I get but why are we giving Mauricio airtime? I just found that to be really strange. If Kyle if they’re separated, and what’s that about? I disagree. I disagree because Kyle is still saying that things are good between them, and he just moved out. And I want to hear I know, and I’ve seen and people have said in my DMs, and I’ve seen online like, why do they have a scene, but I want to hear from them. I don’t think that they should get like scenes upon scenes, but it was a little clip. I liked seeing PKS temperature, because I also have to tell you, I was very surprised. And again, Dorit is being very honest. From her perspective, she really made it sound like their split. Her and PK split was not as mutual as their statement led us to believe. She said that PK is a black and white person, and she has she dealt with his DUI, she dealt with his bankruptcy. She’s dealt with many issues in their marriage, and she never said she wanted a separation, but now he has decided that he wants a separation. Yeah, no, I agree with you, and I guess that’s I was thinking a little bit more, and in that we’ve always seen PK and Mo, and that it is natural for us to see them. But it is very curious to me, because I just wonder if they somehow worked out some sort of side deal, because I believe that house husbands and family do not get paid, correct? Okay, so I obviously I don’t know the specifics of this, but I would also say that for both parties, their estranged wife, collecting a check is good for them. Yeah, that’s true. Do you know what I mean? I we don’t know Mauricio his finances, but I would imagine they depend on it less. Kind of makes over a million dollars a year, though. Yeah, I think PK and Dory. It’s different. Obviously they need it in a different way. This was my train of thought, because there was something that house husbands getting paid. I will say though too. One thing I was thinking about, because there’s been so many revelations about what was really going on with their marriage, yes, that’s what I was gonna say, all the fighting, all these drunken fights, I always felt that their marriage, with that whole they always had a little bit too much of that, like love bug, whatever, like PK and dorit. I am a little annoyed. No, marriage is perfect, but we really never saw them, like, we never even saw him be sharp with her, like, they always kept it very together on camera. Yes, and then both of them said that they had these, like, very out of control fights, yeah? And so thinking through that, right? And I’m watching because I’m like, it is weird. It feels like a total shift, because we had seen none of it, and now we’re seeing three saying, all of us. And I will say, I know from experience, when you go through divorce, when other people want to know why, right? And it’s natural, because I think other people are like, I want to learn, and I don’t want this to happen to me, right? And it’s usually I will find that, but it’s often the other people who want to have a quote, unquote, why? Right? And not a oh, we just grew apart, but so and so cheated, or so and so is an alcoholic, and to be able to say that he is an alcoholic gives her that quote, unquote, why? It’s just interesting to me knowing too that she’s really stood by him and spoken euphemisms. That was the word I was looking for about a lot of their financial troubles before now and then now she’s being a lot more honest. And I also think that every person always looks at things from their own experience and perspective, right? Like I remember Kyle saying, and they actually showed the clip last year when they hadn’t really announced they were separated, but there was all that tension between them. And Mauricio, his mother was there, and Kyle told her she he had a tattoo, and he was, like, very annoyed. And I remember, I would imagine that when the cameras were down and the mom left, that would be an argument between them, right? Yeah. And I remember Kyle saying constantly when she talks about her split, she always says it’s we just we never fought. And I always remember being like, I don’t believe that, like Kyle fights so much with those women. Do you mean to tell me that she never yelled at Mauricio? And Mauricio has got fight in him, too. Do you mean to tell me he never yelled back. I just never believed that.
I just never believed it. And I don’t know when she says it does she mean like they weren’t like cursing each other to the high heavens. I don’t know, what does she consider a fight? But then I think to myself, Okay, this is my perspective. I’m looking at it like when I’m annoyed and my husband’s annoyed, we’re gonna shout at each other and whatever, resolve it and move on. But always bothered me how she highlighted that they never fought, yeah? Because we see her fight with everybody, her sisters has a unicorn that you’ve never fought with, but this just shows Kyle is just reading so inauthentic. Yeah, I do agree with you on that, because I think there are a lot of couples who don’t fight but don’t get.
Along and end up getting divorced because they just aren’t confrontational. But Kyle is confrontational to your point, yes, and so is Mauricio, I think, yeah, I don’t like we’ve seen him get in, get into it with people. Yeah, I agree. What do you think about so PK, injury say on the show, and then actually, three says on Watch What Happens Live that they still have not talked to the kids about what’s going on. The kids go to his apartment on the weekends. They know he has an apartment, and they go there on the weekends. And they’re eight and 10, certainly old enough to be able to figure out that something is up. I understood when she said because she said this on Watch What Happens Live that she wants, that they want to be able to have an answer for all of the questions for the kids when the time comes to talk to them, but at some point they’ve got to tell their kids are, and this is actually my therapist words, because I went through this on how to talk to my kids, my therapist was like, your kids are smart. They know something’s going on. After a certain point, you’re gaslighting them if you don’t tell them. And I know those are really strong words, but it really got through to me when my therapist told me this, when I understood because I felt the same way, I wanted to have all of the answers to all of the questions before we talk to them, but it gets to a point where you still have to just tell them what you do know, and it’s totally none of my business. But it seems three and PK are way past that point. If the kids are going to his place on the weekends, and there’s been no conversation eight and 10, they’re bright children, things have changed. Yes, Dad traveled, as many parents travel for work, but when he was in their home city, he was living in their home until he wasn’t. I don’t agree with the decision. I am a person. When my kids ask me something, I give them the best answer with the knowledge I have about all things, right? Obviously, I There are times you have to, depending on a child’s age, you have to edit around it, like when I was asked what Hawk tua meant, Oh, dear God, what did you say? I said to my daughter, I said, it’s an inappropriate comment, and it is involving sex, and I left it there, and she just gave me really big eyes, and she said, I don’t think my friends at school know that.
That’s, you know, it becomes a pop culture thing where kids are just hearing it and saying it right. And we all know everybody’s got older siblings and stuff like that, and you hear things in the house, and I just that’s, I am not a master parent. I’m just feel like kids can tell when you’re lying. So I and then on watch, what happens live, Dorit said something like, you’re gonna see on the show. Oh, something was caught on camera. You’re gonna see on the show that, I think Jagger is that the sun saying the boy, yeah, Jagger did ask me something, but then I gave the answer, and he stopped there. So we’re good. And I’m like, okay, so your kids are asking your kids know, and they just know that you guys aren’t telling them. It makes me a little bit sad, because I feel like now with the knowledge that the split wasn’t exactly mutual, I feel like maybe dorit is hoping they’ll get back together, and I can see PK letting her lead with the children. So in other words, if she’s telling him, it will upset them, then he’s saying, Okay, then we’ll hold off on telling them. And maybe she’s thinking, if we get back together, there won’t be a need to tell him tell them. I wonder the same thing. If there is some of that where you know she’s holding on to some hope that they will get back together. I think it has to be that, yeah, I agree. Bose, I adore her. I am hoping we get I think she’s just, she’s a friend of she’s not an actual housewife, so we may not get to see as much of her personal like her home life and that sort of thing. But her story about being separated and then reconciling with her husband, who then died of cancer. I found that super interesting, and I think she seems to fit right in. Oh yeah, she didn’t miss a beat. Who exactly introduced her? I guess Sutton, because she came to Sutton’s party. Listen, she’s a known person, right? Yeah, Kathy. I love when Kathy Hilton called her boss. Yeah, people are like, I’m sick of Kathy shtick. It doesn’t really bother me.
She’s funny, like ripping the hair extensions out at the table. Oh, my God, that I love baz reaction to that was like, she was like, I can’t, what is this woman doing? Like, you don’t think she I don’t think that’s stick. I think that’s just Kathy being like, I don’t like this. I don’t feel like I can breathe. I’m taking these out right now. I don’t give a crap what anybody thinks of me for doing. Yes, I loved that. I loved it. I love Boz. I’m interested to see I think we will see her supporting dorit. Does that look like she stands up to Kyle? We’ll see. Hi.
Because who does Kyle really have as a soldier? Certainly not Garcelle. And I love that Garcelle just goes there. Because also, Bravo loves Garcelle. They’re never getting rid of her either. I’m sure Kyle tried, because Garcelle does not fall in line, and she called her out about the music video once again at Sutton’s party. Yeah. So she doesn’t have Garcelle. Garcelle has such a way about her too, where she can gently grab Kyle, and Kyle isn’t even gonna get that the way that she she breaks things up, but in not in a mean way. I just, I love, I love the way Garcelle does that. It’s an art, yeah? And she’s just being honest, like, then she says it, and then she’s like, All right, listen, if you’re happy, it’s fine. It’s fine. I just had to say it, yeah, Kyle has Sutton to to a point, right? Because they’ve made amends. Obviously, she doesn’t have to read. She has Eric Erica, but, you know, yeah, and then we have an interesting season with Jennifer Tilly coming in as Sutton’s best friend. I’m curious to see if Jennifer rides for Sutton, or if she’ll be a little bit more neutral. I get the sense that Jennifer is gonna pull be a character like how Kathy does? I get that sense that she’s gonna get along with everybody, and she’s this wealthy woman who doesn’t need it, but obviously wants it, and she figures it’ll be fun to day drink and film with her friend. I don’t see her getting in the mud because I don’t think she needs to. Yeah, she seems fun. She does seem like she’d be really fun to just go and have day drinks and travel with and again, I’m gonna forget, and I know we’ve said it before, but her ex husband is the creator of Family Guy, or Simpson, Simpsons, I think whatever he I think you had said, yeah, they’re like, very wealthy, and she did very well in her divorce, which I believe is probably how her and Sutton, really, who knows, maybe they had the same fantastic attorney, who everybody should have a parent. Yeah, seriously, I think are also Eric. Oh, sorry, go ahead. I was just gonna say I think Erica, it’s been interesting just to see this slightly. We’ve always seen this biting and cutting, very defensive Erica. And then you had mentioned earlier, we’re seeing the softer side of her, and I feel like with Erica, we’re maybe seeing more of Erica that the other women would see off camera. Yes,

So, yeah, I think so. And I also just think she’s in a better place. She’s settling into her new life. Yeah, Rin is not there to fuel her. And she actually recently said in an interview on her press tour for this season that she doesn’t believe Rinna will ever return. She’s got a lot going on, and I thought it was a bummer. I know the vast majority of people at this point are like, no more Rena, but people forget how good she was. Like, yes, she did spiral a bit. I loved her. I Yeah, I mean, you did that poll the other day, and I was in the minority, because I said, I do miss her. And it seemed at least the people who responded to the poll, most people did not. Yeah, I don’t think she’s interested in coming back. Good for her, but I miss her. Did I say this last week? How everyone says they hate not everyone. That’s not true. A lot of my followers don’t hate the new Roni. And like, I got so much heat for trying to explain my feelings on it, and people said that I was a paid advertiser for Roni. Listen, my feelings are my feelings. There are shows that you look forward to, like Beverly Hills. I am not going to sit here and pretend that I wait with bated breath to watch the reboot of Roni, because I don’t. However, I enjoy it when I turn it on. I enjoyed it. I don’t love all the women, but I do think that they’re interesting. I think I’m biased. I love New York City and Brynn this week asking her ex fiance to make an embryo with her and raise the child as CO parents is pretty interesting. That was pretty interesting. I.
Thought I agree. And I guess, back to all the people who are saying they hate it, where does that? I don’t understand. And you guys know we love Heather McDonald. We don’t agree with everything anybody says. And Heather has been on, you know, the terror just saying how much she hates it, and then she thinks it’s terrible. And I’m like, I wonder if she’s saying that because Jill Zarin is her good friend. Because I’m like, I just don’t understand hate. I really don’t get it. I did think the whole prank episode was bad. I think it makes a little bit more sense now that we saw this week’s episode where it’s like, actually, it didn’t go down the way we thought, and Brandon was actually in on it, and there’s another layer of complexity to it. But I just I understand if people are like, I’m not like, loving it, but I don’t understand the hate either. And I think I do. I agree. I think the Bryn talking to Gideon about this, I think it’s actually a modern situation where there’s women who don’t want to compromise on anything, on their love lives, but still want to have a baby, and it just made me really bummed out for them, because I’m like, I don’t understand if they’re this good of friends and they would really consider having a baby together, why can’t they just try one more time for the romance I am with you, I agree. I think it really speaks to her trauma and her inability to be close with somebody. And if this wasn’t just a storyline and something she was doing for the camera, I think that it would be very interesting to watch her have a child with him, and to see how that impacted their relationship, and if then they did end up being together. Side note, though Gideon works for Mauricio is the agency, I think we knew that. I forget then you always have the side eye, right because you’re living in LA, you’re working for the agency. How much do you love the camera? I will say that I think that Roni would benefit from some tweaks. Paige and Hannah spoke on their pod about Paige joining Roni, and Paige made it clear that she’s loyal to summer house. She also made it sound like she’s under contract with summer house. But of course, those things can be renegotiated, and I like Hannah on the pod. I don’t know that I see Hannah. First of all, I believe that Hannah lives like out east in Long Island. I don’t really see her on Roni at all, and Paige. When I first heard it, my first inclination was I think of the Roni women mostly as contemporaries, where I see Paige as like a little sister, or I would be an auntie. But if Paige were to join Roni, we could talk about who else from the crew could join with her. If Paige were to join and Amanda and Kyle and Lindsay were to join, that would work. Do they just do their own show? Who are we cutting? Who are you cutting from Roni? Well, let me first say who I’m or who are you cutting?
Okay, so it depends, right? Because it depends on who comes on, but I will say. And of course, everyone has their feelings, but I’m cutting Jenna first. I’m just not feeling her this season, I am cutting Uber, and the reason I’m cutting Uber is because Uber is not willing to share the same reason. I’m cutting Jenna, you can’t have this. You can’t have these relationships that you talk about on camera that we don’t get to see. We have a clip of what looks like a huge blowout on their Puerto Rico trip, and you immediately see Uber trying to shut down the cameras. Uber is a
fabulous woman. Uber is not willing to show us that host a show, host red carpets, for Bravo or E, all that kind of stuff, join the view the talk something reality show and Uber, it just doesn’t mesh. She is not cut out for it. And I believe that somebody like Paige, who is an expert at reality television, even without always showing us everything. She shows us. Enough of her and Craig, I think it would bring it out of you. Keep Jessel, you keep Erin. I’m negotiable on Brynn. I’m negotiable on Psy. I’m not loving Brynn this season, but I feel like with Paige and say Lindsay and Amanda. I feel like we might see a different Brin. I think this first, if I were Paige, I would not do it.
I think she would be great, but if I were her, I wouldn’t do it. She’s carved out a really good space for herself on summer house where she I think she’d stay above the drama and be that voice of reason. Still Have fun, but she really gets to choose how much of her life she wants to share, because it’s such a big cast, I don’t think she would be able to do that on New York. I would love to see Lindsay on Roni. I think first of all, just for her, it would be a better fit for her new.
Life as a mom. But I also think that Lindsay would be really obviously great at getting into the drama. I don’t see Amanda. I don’t see a world with Amanda on Roni. I let me think here. Okay, who around of Oh, Rebecca, by the way, didn’t even enter my head, because that girl is so boring, Rebecca, God bless her, and her billion dollar business, and I am so impressed by all of that. Yes, I just don’t need to see her on a reality show. Yep, I agree she’s top of my list. I think Jenna is gone Uber I could be on the fence, but I agree with you that really her only she’s showing us nothing. Oh, Oliver wants me to have a room at his house. And who is this Oliver? not her biggest fan, but I think she’s really interesting to watch. So I would keep her. I love Raquel. She’s the best. And I still love Brynn, as she’s definitely had some stuff, but I’m seeing a different side of Bryn, because if we just saw what happened with this whole prank thing, and actually Erin was the one who didn’t tell everybody that Brynn also knew, then maybe some of the stuff that was going on with Brynn and Aaron was, maybe there was a little bit more. It makes me feel like Bryn side a little bit more believable. Yeah, so I, and I’ve been, I’ve always been a big Brent fan, so I’m still a big Brent fan, and definitely I would keep Aaron as well, but no Amanda. I just don’t see her, her being there. I think Lindsay would be fam so somebody deep dived, and based on their deep dive, this is not my deep dive guys. They said that the giggly squad tour. So I’m not talking podcast, I’m not talking merch, I’m not talking their book. I’m not talking their pages. Bravo. Check. Okay, I’m talking just this current tour is set to make $13 million this year. Wow. So here’s the tricky thing, okay, clearly, summer house is not where Paige makes her bread and butter, right, but you need the platform, and summer house times are going to be a change in right? Yeah. So I agree with what you’re saying that Paige has carved out this niche for herself, but Paige is looking down the barrel at becoming the Lindsay, where you start to not fit in so much. Do you do you because, because Lindsey is not coming, though, because that’s where I am, with her, with Paige, does she really need to be on a reality show? Because the thing with it’s not like giggly squad. They don’t talk about they don’t talk about reality TV. It’s, yes, that’s how we know them, but they don’t really talk about it. I don’t know if need is the right word, but I would say this giggly squad has been popular and earning for a couple of years, and she’s still coming back to summer house. I just I think that there is a truth to when you’re not in the mix, and you’re not being spoken about in that way, you do lose steam. And certainly Hannah has, I believe Hannah has benefited from the fact that Paige is still in that arena, yeah, so she’s got the best of both worlds. I think that it’s Stasi is an example of a person who has been but Stasi is coming back to our television and there’s a reason for it. If Stasi didn’t need that platform to keep the train chugging, she wouldn’t. Yeah, I think, I think I see the point. I think you had asked about Hannah too. I do not see Hannah on Roni either. I think she is a fantastic creative mind. I think she’s a very funny comedian. I don’t think she needs it. And I also don’t think, though, that Hannah is very willing to play the game as far as playing along with what the producers want her to do. So no, I shot her. What? Ad? You posted this week, the exclusive scoop that the Shannon and John Jansen lawsuit settled a cocktail, messaged me. What day was this? Was this Tuesday shout out cocktail morning, and they sent me the thing. And I was like, whoa. So the person who’s a partner in a law firm, she sent me the document, she explained it to me, and we were both, listen, I know I have posted many things that are exclusives, but every time is like the first time, and you’re like, because you could have egg on your face, and that’s the reason I’m able to have so many exclusives, because I’m willing to walk with the egg on my face if need be. And sure enough, people picked it up. They didn’t credit us, but it’s a public document, right? So then, of course, I’m like, is Johnny J gonna sue me? But I consulted my counsel, who is the cocktail who provided me with a document, and they said, you’re good, because it’s a public Yeah, and shout out to Us Weekly for crediting us as the first people to post it. The final outcome is confidential, but they have settled the lawsuit, so we don’t know what Shannon paid. If Shannon paid, we assume that there was a some sort of payment. Clearly, a part of it that Johnny wanted was a public apology. Haven’t seen that? Do we think he just gave in because Alexis wants back on the show? Let’s face it, as Heather Dubrow also acknowledged, he clearly wants to be in the spotlight because he’s on his second housewife. So there could have been nothing too or like, maybe his lawyer was like, we don’t really have a case, you should take whatever she’s offering. And I hope she dropped it like I know she offered that. I hope she said, You know what, 35 Yeah, but we don’t know, and we won’t know, and Shannon is gonna keep it confidential if those are the terms. But it’s settled when Alexis said in the second part of the reunion. And guys, you’ll remember that we record on Thursday afternoon, so we haven’t watched the third part yet. But when she when Alexis said, I’ve been on 15 years Shannon, and Shannon goes, You’re a TV star, I almost died. I just think, collectively as an audience, it’s I love when everyone can agree on things, because sometimes you need those moments that unite us. And that was a moment I agree. I am actually really curious, because you get so many DMS and so many reactions to things, because on the DMS, it’s so much more real time. I definitely see a lot of stuff in discord. But are there any fans who love her? Nobody. No one, even Rachel Raquel scandoval had more support than Alexis Bellino. I could say that wholeheartedly. I Oh, my God, I have to say something, and I’m gonna do it again. If you support Alexis, please DM me. So last week on our cocktail pod, which is for our subscribers, I made this very it was a wild cocktail pod. So they’re like, hey, waiting for the picture because I am a straight man. I have a girlfriend, and I listened, and I love Bravo, and I listened to your podcast. And I’m like, I’m such an idiot. But again, I believe there are no Alexis supporters. So I would say Alexis fans show yourselves. I think that there are levels of Okay. I think this is the only this is the only catch. I think that nobody likes Alexis. But I think that whereas a lot of people were, I think people feel that people.
Are too sympathetic to Shannon. So two things can be true. Yes, Alexis sucks, but Shannon did, in fact, drink and drive, which Amanda and I wholeheartedly, I mean, we roasted her. Yeah, she got the DUI. Yeah. I still think in many ways, Shannon is an entitled brat. I feel that way. I’ve always felt that way about Shannon, but in this specific case, she’s in the right regarding John Jansen, regarding Alexis, and regarding Tamara and the way Tamara treated her, because Tamara has every right not to want to be Shannon’s friend and to disagree with her decisions, but she doesn’t have a right to be verbally abusive to her. Yeah, and that’s that was one of my takeaways so far from the reunion, is Shannon, I think, yet again comes out on top. She has much through the season, and she did again with the reunion. I think if I’m thinking about all the other ladies, Tamra just has such a hard time admitting that she’s wrong. And I’m getting really annoyed with it. I am really I want to say something too. Go ahead, we are watching flashbacks from the season, and Tamara is a beautiful woman, and she looked fantastic all season. And I’m sure her face isn’t fully healed, but she looked not that good. Of course, she’s beautiful, so she looked good, but by her standard, she looked better before her face looks so pinched. I’m hoping it softens up, settles a little bit. Yeah, it’s looks pain. It looks pained. It looks pained. I haven’t noticed that, but I’ll have to have to take a close eye.
Way I’m over her. And as a matter of fact, my cousin called me this week, and she was like, I am listening to 2t in a pod. And can’t stand that. The way that Tamara gives her opinion and analyzes people, and like, I usually agree with her takes, but like about herself has no insight at all. And the same thing with Teddy, and it makes sense why they’re friends, because they’re so quick to judge and comment and everything else. And then you got Teddy allegedly banging on the banjos over with the horse rider. You got Tamara acting like a damn fool. And it’s like, she does, like, the same thing that she Yeah, she does. She definitely is throwing stones from her glass house, for sure. Who else? Oh, Gina I am. Like, back to being a Gina fan. I was not so much last year, but full on back with her. I never was a Gina fan, and I can’t explain it, but I love her now. I know I just, I think she’s a really good person. I think the way that she forgave Shannon is admirable. Yeah, I think that. I think that Gina’s ability to not only take accountability, but take control of her own life is aspirational. Agreed. And I think that if I were looking at housewives, and somebody said to me, who do you want in your corner? Who do you want to be friends with? Gina would be top of the list. I think that she is the least delusional housewife. I think she’s dealt with a lot of really icky shit. I think that she’s been accountable for mistakes she’s made, and I think that she’s a person who is very open to truly moving forward and forgiving people. And I really like her. Yes, I totally agree. I think, Oh, the other thing is, Jen pedanti, I have definitely shifted my view on her, and I think even more coming out of the reunion, because I think she seems to really be learning from her mistakes, and is quite humble about it, and is trying to do differently. And that goes a long way to me than just pretending you can never do wrong like some other people do.
Emily you I gotta say, Emily went down in my esteem a little bit, because I have really, always really liked her, especially the last couple of seasons. Just really enjoyed her. I enjoyed her this season, except about this alliance that she seems to have with Tamara and Heather. And the thing that we’ve always loved about Emily is she calls things like they are, but she seems to have a blind eye to some of the stuff when it has to do with a little bit with Tamara, not so much with tama, but especially with Heather. Yeah, I think that Emily did too much. I think she had good points. I think she went too far with them, because it wasn’t, none of it was personal to her. And I think that’s the point. I think her lack of storyline is causing her to be outrageous with other people, which is definitely a page from Tamara’s book. And I also find the meanness towards Katie, yeah, from all of them on that couch, especially Heather. It’s, it is such a bad look for Heather, and Heather doesn’t need this show. And Heather has a very full life that she says is fulfilling. And I just see a very unhappy woman. Yeah, it’s, I think about that a lot, because she does. She’s literally got so she tells us more than.
She could ever have hoped for in life and whatever. And great husband, great family, great house, multiple houses, all this wealth. And guess what? She is devoid of self depreciation, and she is devoid of humor about herself, and it’s a quality that is icky to me, personally. And so what those were obviously staged paparazzi photos. So I’m not going to go into semantics of who called if it was you, if it was Terry, if it was your assistant, if it was your nanny, if it was Emily, on your behalf, you staged those photos. And all you need to say is, who cares? I stage them because I know that people magazine will pick them up, and I like the fame, and we know you like the fame because you don’t need to be on the show other than your IMBD isn’t impressive. You can’t get a real acting gig, so you want to be on housewives, which, guess what, is more than 98% of the women in the world can get themselves on. So it’s still great. I’m not knocking you. I’m sitting here talking about the show. I’m a fan of the show. I think it’s very cool. But with that said, Just admit that you call who cares? Who’s Katie? Why are you so mad at Katie? Except that she, she had, Katie had the audacity, and that’s enough for Heather. Heather is queen of people who don’t, who can’t admit they’re wrong about anything. And that whole is it mean girl, or is it gossipy conversation? I like, I don’t care what you call it. She had bad intentions towards Jen when she looked at the price of that dress and texted other people about it. Yes. Call it whatever the fuck you wanna call it, 100% Yeah. I’m excited for OC. I thought it was a great all things considered, it was a great season.
