118. RHONJ Season (Or is it series?) finale; We’re embarrassed for Jackie; We need plumbers!

Is RHONJ coming back? We share the latest tea. We go deep on the season (or is it series?) finale of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Who’s lying? Dolores or Marge? B has a theory about a scene being filmed later than portrayed. Our unpopular opinion on Jen Fessler peacing out on lunch. There were some great one-liners this episode. And, B’s tangent – We need plumbers! 

Hey, Amanda. What’s up? Cocktails? Hi, v hi, cocktailers. I all week, I was like, should we record early? Yeah, the reason that I did it listen. We all watched the episode, and we Amanda, and I have been getting emails, and I’ve been hearing from different sources, and I wanted, I wanted all the different theories and stuff to come in so that we could discuss them, and they’re changing by the minute.
Yeah, so I was watching, I have to say this, and you guys are gonna find this blasphemous, because I am a true Bravo fan. But I also watch House of dragons with my husband and his oldest son, and the finale was on Sunday. So everyone talks about this. Can I quickly ask you, what is this about? Oh, okay, it’s house of dragons. It is like the, essentially, like the prequel show to Game of Thrones. So it’s like a lot of, I’ll just say political. It’s like succession, but if it took place back in the, I don’t know, medieval times with dragons. Oh yeah, okay. There’s a lot of, I’ve said this before. I’m not really like a fantasy based. The only thing I ever liked that was, like, that was Hunger Games, which, still, it was, like, actual people. So, yeah, yeah, you watch, outlander, didn’t you? Or no, lover, oh, okay, yeah. So I was, I should try it. I just never, I’ve never, it’s not even that. I can say I don’t like it, yeah, I just never got into that. If you do it. You’ve gotta do Game of Thrones. And I have to be honest, I could not keep track of who all the characters were when I watched Game of Thrones. So then I just decided to read all the books. So I am like a roll Game of Thrones nerds, because I’ve literally read all the books, and I just actually finished reading the book that house of dragons is written on anyway. Sorry, guys, sorry for the blasphemy. But the good thing is, too is I often, especially if we’re not recording right away, will like to watch the show on peacock. So I also, in the back of my mind, I’m like, I’d really rather watch the final, the finale of New Jersey.
Three on peacock on Monday. So I just before we even really get into the episode, I just have to ask you, because I did not watch the Bravo version. I watched the F the peacock version. Were there because there were so many F bombs in the uncensored version, was it just like a lot of bleeps in the bra version that you watched a lot, and I did watch the peacock version, which was exciting, because you actually got to hear the cursing, yeah, which I can appreciate. But yes, it was a lot of
sensors. Yeah, it was, yeah. And the peacock there were, and it wasn’t just F bombs. It was some angry F bombs, yes, yeah. It was just a lot of anger, yeah. Like I said, we’ll get into the episode, but I want to, I think we should talk about just the intel on what the future of Jersey looks like. Because, like, we just said, it’s changing, literally, by the day. Let me read the Oh, we don’t have an email yet, so this was from a source. Okay, got it. So here is what the source said. They’re saying they honestly don’t know yet what the future is. And then they said, what we posted seems to be right. They’re taking a long pause and they’re going to figure out the right move for the show that they don’t want to make any rash decisions, and that they don’t see anything happening until 2025 in regards to contracts and filming, that people are sending us a lot of things, like the Lauren man, something I never believed, or Kathy wakili, which could be a possibility, given they had her on watch. What Happens Live. All these other scenarios could also nobody, like none of them, are necessarily untrue or true, true because there’s just really no plan as of now, to your point, the manzos are not happening. Caroline, I always do that with the name Carolyn, yeah, suing the network. Dina entered the chat. She posted a Q, a on Instagram, somebody asked about Jersey’s future, and she answered with a picture of pigs flying. And she said she knows what Bravo wants to do, but it will never happen. Yeah, I think we all took that to mean like they want her to return. She lives in California. She’s no longer close with Teresa as a result of Louis and her husband having a falling out. She’s not done directly with Teresa, but she’s not moving to New Jersey. So that’s out she wasn’t interested anymore when she did live in New Jersey. Here’s the thing. So a source I spoke with told me that, yes, undecided, yes, long break, but when it comes back, it’s gonna be Theresa and everything else around that depends on what’s going on, dolo would be a highly likely possibility. The person even said, Marge, I trust this person, and I feel like it’s confusing, because there’s so much momentum right now. Obviously, that last episode got 800k
plus viewers. Whoa, that’s vague, even dolo’s Watch What Happens Live. Appearance was like 650 1000, which is huge for Watch What Happens Live? Yeah, I do know that calls, casting calls, have been made to people that they were looking at before, like younger think, like food a Danielle types, I’m not saying them. I do know that’s all going on. So this isn’t like a situation where it’s done, they closed a book and they’re just walking away, yeah, but I do think it’s a situation where they’re gonna let this last episode their replacement reunion, where they sit down at rails in the two separate rooms. They’re gonna let that go, and then I guess they’re gonna sit and really look at what the possibilities are. A lot of talk on spin offs, lot of talk on full reboot. Listen, it’s not possible that everybody comes back, right? I Yeah, really, yeah. I really feel Jen Aiden is just done. Yeah, me too. I will say this, though, and we’re going to discuss her and Danielle, but I will say that there were moments at that table sit down, when she was talking to Marge, and they had some mutual agreement on certain topics. When she was saying to Teresa, let Marge speak. Maybe she has something of value. And I don’t believe, I don’t think that Jen knew, but I do think that Jen knows that Marge knows a lot and that Marge had something to say. Jen and Melissa were able to communicate in a civil way and even agree on a couple things. So it’s sad to see how Jen has such little control as does Danielle over her emotions and how she expresses herself, because in a lot of ways, she’s very good, but there were just too many things. Yeah, I think there were just too many things. And especially the body shaming and at bravocon with Nate, it’s too much. I also think the lowest common denominator, too has been that when there’s been violence.
Yes, Jen has been involved. It’s season after season, pretty much. And it’s, I’m not saying it’s all her fault by any means, because that’s, I don’t actually think that’s true. However, she has been involved when there’s been violence on jersey. And so I think they have to look at that and be like, is this what we want our brand to look like? Because if we include her again, not saying she is always the one to take the first whatever, but if she’s always involved, the likelihood is it can happen again. And do we want that to happen again? I wouldn’t. The answer is no, and we always come back to this. And we’ve said it, you and I have said it so many times about different cities and different shows on Bravo, there is not one standard book of rules, right? Theresa was the first one who started. She flipped a table, and it was iconic, right? Yeah, she shoved the table’s worth of food onto Marge, and nobody batted an eye. So obviously, she gets away with things for whatever reason. It could be a combination of her personality, the fact that she has so much going on and her storyline is so juicy, like whatever it is, she’s able to get away with things. I just know one thing, Jackie, we will never see her again. My God, I have never had more second hand embarrassment for a housewife. Amanda ever. Yeah, I think girlfriend needs to go to Mexico for a couple of weeks. Just take a little time to really think about who she is and what she’s about. Because TV in it. I think she’s done too. I honestly part of for me, part of this, I have that second hand embarrassment too. As a woman in her mid 40s or late 40s, with the law degree, with a law degree, I just feel like she it’s I’m sad for her that she doesn’t seem either she knew who she was and lost her way because, or, I don’t know, but she needs to take some time to figure that out, because I feel like she is just lost. I really don’t feel sorry for her, and I’m going to tell you why I understand why Jackie would speak with Teresa’s ex. At the time, Theresa had spoken about this Evan rumor about him cheating. She wanted t on Louis. My issue with it is that Jackie and Marge were very good friends. While they were still friends, Margaret was solely accused and in Teresa and Louie’s mind responsible for speaking to the exes they investigated not only Margaret, her entire family reached out to Margaret’s biological son, who has never been seen on the show. Marge doesn’t even post him on social. Wants to be private. He’s an adult. Wants privacy. Yeah, so I know there’s some timeline things people are saying, oh, Margaret saying Jackie spoke with her before the video was out, whereas Margaret claims she spoke with her the ex, after she knew she was being investigated and her son was contacted. My name, can I ask you just really quick, sorry to interrupt, but do you remember when that video came out? It was on my OG account. You know, I’ve always credited that as the reason I got shut down. Yeah, and it’s funny, because a lot of the messages we see, is like, oh, Louie can get your account back up. Louie can shut them down. So he worked in the the media world for a long time. All it takes is to know somebody at Instagram that can click a button and shut you down. So whatever. In any event, I really don’t remember, but I will tell you this, and I responded on Giorgio says he, he’s a he is an instant account. He has very funny takes. So he’ll summarize stuff and make it funny. I’m sure you’ve seen it. Yeah. So he was talking about the warrior video and Margaret being blamed, and I commented, and I was like, Hi, I’m the quote, unquote blogger that posted the video, and I can tell you that I had no communication with Margaret. It came to me via email. It was a very spammy email address. Don’t remember the address. I get so many we Amanda knows now, yeah, we have the we get so many, and we get so many bullshit. I share stuff that I think is could be true or that’s like, just too funny not to share. But like we get, we got stuff this week that was like, literal nonsense, like, we got an email that’s like, Erin lychee and her husband’s financials are terrible. That was the email, yeah, I’m posting that okay, based on Yeah, like, whatever. In any event, I find it funny. Like, this didn’t all happen in a vacuum. His ex is a person with a brain and ability to do things, and so if she wanted the video out, she didn’t need Margaret, she didn’t need Jackie. I’m not saying that Jackie, if Jackie was talking with her, I’m not saying that Jackie didn’t say, oh, send it to Bravo and cocktail. She posts everything. It’s possible. But the ex could also have just been watching accounts. Decided to email it to me, and I posted it simple as that, like, Why does anyone on the cast have to be involved in that and so much of the stuff?
Stuff that we do get to your point is, of course, some stuff could be from them, but so much we get stuff from publicists now, right? You’re gonna always tell because it’s a lot of exclamation points, and they’re using very flowery words to be like so and so is gonna be the new cast member, and they’re gonna shake things up.
Yeah, I know everyone got really mad about that. I don’t even remember. It was somebody from, was it Miami? It was very obviously her PR person, which, yeah, yeah. But again, to your point, there’s, it’s weirdly reductionist to be like, it has to be, must have been somebody on the cast. There’s so many other people who are adjacent, or interested, or just adjacent, like I said, or within the the Bravo world. So listen, just to give you guys an idea, and it’s gonna come off as bragging. I don’t mean it to be bragging. I went on this morning. First of all, we have 105
event count, 100 and 5 million you guys asked what that means. That basically means, right? Amanda, that like any click or whatever on our website, yeah? So doing a hit? Yeah, it’s, it includes, it includes views, it includes click throughs. Because, like, we have a lot of people, let’s spout some data, but we have a lot of people who are returned visitors. Our average visitor comes back 11 times a month to our website when I post it people i And believe me, I am very thick skinned. It doesn’t bother me at all, because I wouldn’t even know how to doctor it. It’s an image that I get from Google Analytics. Like it’s fine. I don’t people think it’s true, not true. I do it. Listen. It’s good for me to show that our website gets that many views because it shows that we’re relevant to people who may want to advertise with us. So it’s listen. It is what it is. this morning, when I went on my professional dashboard. Mind you, I have 163,000
followers, but I have a public account, which I don’t love, because I feel, if you want to see my stuff, follow me, but because I have brand deals and stuff like that, I keep it public. Okay, that said 35 million views on my Instagram account in the last 30 days, 35 million. So the idea that I know where an email is coming from is insane. You know what I’m saying? Like, we get a lot of views. We get a lot of hits. It’s scary when you think about it. Yeah, and that’s why everyone saw we get a crazy traffic it
before we moved servers, like it was crashing our website, which is why we had to do that. But, yeah, the other thing guys like, we set up our website email, like our send us tea so that you can be anonymous, so that you don’t have to put in your real address, because we want the real tea. And we know that a lot of times, like people are either they can’t or they’re uncomfortable putting their name, their real name, or their real email address, on this, and that’s part of why we get the good stuff. And I probably shouldn’t admit this, but I will. I really do it blind, like with the exception of sources that I remember, because they consistently send me things. I really don’t say the names. Like, when somebody sends me intel about like Vanderpump Rules, I don’t I probably should have a thing in my notes, like, cutie 123, on Insta is friends with Jax, his best friend. Reach out. But because people just send me stuff and I just share it, there’s not enough time in the day.
I’m not an organized person, but we truly don’t know how we got the warrior video. That’s the truth. I have never worked with Margaret. I have never worked with I got a lot of the I got a lot of the who knows, maybe I had 35 million views this month because of bots, because I got a lot of when I posted about ask Jersey questions, who pays me?
What sense would it make right for me to be paid by somebody and have to be loyal to them? If you watch and you read I post about everybody, so, yeah, Jackie, yeah, our long time listeners know, like we change, we change our minds about people all the time too. I used to like Jackie. I think she’s a joke. Now, yeah, it’s my issue with it is not that she spoke to the ex. My issue with it is that she allowed Margaret to be in the crossfire. Now, people can have their opinions on Margaret, but Margaret and Jackie were very good friends, and Jackie knew she was also in contact with the ex. And instead of saying something like, listen, I didn’t tell the ex to share that video either. But Margaret isn’t the only one. Like the same way Louis investigated us when the ex reached out to us, yeah, we DMed back and forth, or, in Jackie’s case, had her over for lunch, but the fact that while they were friends, she never revealed that. Now here’s my thing. I believe that Margaret knows Jackie was in contact with the ex. I think that Margaret took the heat for her. And I think that when Margaret found out Jackie went to the meeting with Jim Leonard, I think she was like, Oh yeah, you want to go to a meeting, bashing me like it was one thing for them to be at odds. But then when she actively was meeting to what Marge thought was a takedown. That is why I find it hard to believe that Jackie had this meeting with the ex, her and Margaret were really good friends, and she didn’t tell Margaret. Okay, so you don’t believe Margaret when she says, I literally just found out last week. I find it hard to believe it’s possible, and maybe I’m giving Jackie too much credit. Maybe she truly is that big of a snake. I think certainly she has the IQ, and she sat there and let Margaret take all that heat. So maybe Margaret really didn’t know me, you know what I mean. Because why wouldn’t Margaret have said at some point, it’s not just me. What are you talking about? Jackie spoke to this woman, yeah, if Marge did know, I would imagine she didn’t say anything out of loyalty to Jackie, until she finally was like, Okay, you’re I’m done, and I wouldn’t put put it past March to keep her card close to her vest until it’s finally time to play it true. So I found it so funny though, when Melissa was like, Jackie, you should be honest. If you did this, there’s gonna be proof. It was like, how we talk to like, young children, if you took the last cookie, let mommy know, cause someone’s gonna tell on you egg. That’s exactly I was like, I literally have had this conversation with my kids when they were little. Like, did you put the goldfish away empty and not tell anybody that we were out. Yeah, and then Jackie leaving. First of all, her physical demeanor when she was leaving, she was hunched over. She looked so defeated, walking backwards as she was about to turn the corner, hearing like Melissa and Rachel and Margaret talking and literally, like, going in rewind. It was almost as if the producers rewinded it, which they didn’t. She actually just walked backwards because she had on these heels. Hey, listen, I’m not knocking it. I couldn’t walk in heels that high, either. That were, like hard to walk in. Like she was wobbling back. This is my thing, right? I think this is why Jackie falls flat for me. Say what you want about Margaret, say what you want about Jen Aiden. Say what you want about Teresa or Danielle. But like, when they get going, they go, I’m not talking about violence, guys. Why didn’t Jackie round that corner and say to Margaret, like, what the f you just did that to me? Blah, blah, and she’s just, she can’t finish what she starts. Yeah, yes, that’s a but a good housewife knows how to spin it in their favor. Margaret has been left holding many bags, and somehow she’s able to it’s not that she’s innocent, it’s that she knows how to work things and use information, and she’s skillful. Yeah, many housewives are skillful. Jackie just falls flat. She’s not that interesting. There’s nothing about her that’s interesting. And so like, now this snake behavior that then she doesn’t even go full throttle on. It’s a cringe. Yeah, I think she’s just seemed Jackie, like, just to put a bow on that whole conversation, like she just seemed off season. We didn’t see a lot of her husband, even, yes, we saw him, I think, at that one party. But other than that, like he didn’t go to guys night, you just didn’t see much of him. Okay, cocktail parties. No cocktail party. Subscription folks, no. Sometimes husbands hang out in Atlantic City. Amanda, for those of you that aren’t from New York or New.
Jersey, Atlantic City. It’s like our little Vegas. Sometimes there’s husbands there spotted being flirty with girls without their ring on. Pictures are sometimes sent. I actually shared that picture on my Instagram account, arm in arm with a pretty girl. Two separate followers spotted this person at the Borgata. Allegedly, two separate followers that. So the thing about it, like, with follower interactions in my DMs, I can scroll up and see, okay, this person’s been following me for three years. I’ve had back and back where they’re like, oh my god, that’s so funny. And I’m like, Yeah, I post an Amazon link, and they’re like, Does it fit true to size? So I know this is a person that I engage with on the level of, they’re my follower. They’re not like somebody who just it does happen where I just get messages in my DM from somebody, and I’m less likely, so I’m less likely to believe that. But if cutie 245, who DMS me like every once in a while to comment on various posts, says, oh my god, I was at the Borgata this weekend, and me and my friends spotted this house, husband, arm in arm with a pretty girl. Wife was nowhere to be found. Ring wasn’t on, and then I have Miss Smith, 234,
messaging me a similar account from the same weekend at the same hotel, the same Casino. It’s okay if this likely happens, right? Because these followers interact with me, it would be random for it to be made up. Yeah, possible. All things are possible. It would explain the erratic behavior. Yeah, I agree. I don’t know. Best wishes, Jackie. I hope you go to Mexico and take a little tie you have yourself, and I hope good things happen for her, because I think she does. She’s maybe she’s just having a midlife crisis. As I’ve said before, I feel like midlife I used to feel like midlife crisis were something that just happened in movies, but no, they’re real, as I’ve seen many of them happen around me, and maybe that’s what’s going on with her. As she did say in her confessional, this is the game we were playing. She Teresa, did stuff to me. I did stuff to her. Agreed. Okay, agreed 100%
where she lost her base and the viewers is that whether they like Margaret or not, she liked Margaret. She was Margaret’s real friend. Sorry, thought so. The fact that she did all of this and at no point stepped in to even just say, Listen, the X has reached out to all of us. I’ve DMed with the X. I’m sure others have. I’m not throwing anyone else out, but it’s not just Margaret. That’s what a friend does, and she didn’t. So that’s where she lost. I agree. I agree. Okay, so backing up. I want to talk about the Dolores and Marge situation at marge’s house, which Jen was there, but you really wouldn’t have known it. She didn’t talk much once Dolores got there, at least what we saw Dolores flips out like you don’t see her lose her cool. That often flips out on Marge when she’s when Marge says, Yeah, I invited you to the reunion review before we went to the reunion meeting, whatever. And dolo goes from zero to you fucking C word immediately, I am really curious to hear from you. Who do you believe? Do you believe Dolores? Do you believe Marge? what I think happened was, I think Marge called Dolores and said, Hey, we’re doing this. And Dolores said, pretend you never told me this. I don’t even want to know about this. I’m not coming. I’m not involved, and I don’t want it to be known that I knew, because then I feel an obligation to inform Teresa. And I think Margaret was probably like, all right. And so I think when Margaret said that you knew about it, Dolores was like, What the f I told you I didn’t want to be involved and that I didn’t want anyone to know I even knew about it. She wanted her plausible deniability. So I get why Dolores was pissed off, because Dolores didn’t tell Teresa about the meeting with the understanding that, like, just keep me out of it. I didn’t show but don’t make me tell her I knew about it. So in a way, the reason Marge backed down was because Marge crossed the line. Most women have agreements across all shows, all reality television, and of course, we watch it go awry. And this is a case of Margaret betraying Dolores trust, because Dolores said to her, I’m not going to tell Louis and Theresa about this, but just don’t let anyone know I knew about it. Act like I wasn’t invited, because I don’t want to be there, but I and then I don’t want to have to portray you by telling Teresa. So I think this was a case of, we always say, Oh, how is she Switzerland? She got caught in the crossfire here. I 100% agree. I think that’s why Dolores is so masterful at staying neutral, because we know it’s often the messenger that gets in trouble, except in the case of the warrior video, you were the messenger, but some of ours keeps getting getting the blame for that one. But Dolores knows to keep her mouth shut, and I think it works quite well for her. It just it felt, I feel like there was something a lot of maybe edited out from that, because it felt like she went from zero to 60 with that anger, and then they turned on a dime and had that weird, awkward makeup, because they both realized, okay, Dolores realized, okay, if I really walk out of this house, Margaret has stuff she can say I’ve known about over the years, and it could piss off Louis and Theresa and likewise, Margaret was like, I kind of, I don’t want to go there with Dolores either. I mean, they were all calling it the Last Supper, even before going to it. Marge literally calls it that when she’s like, laying out her dress on the bed. So, yeah, Margaret is smart, too, and knows she needs she needed Dolores at that, you know? And I needed her on her side. I really feel that Dolores feels like Theresa’s done. Mess up stuff. Margaret’s done. Mess up stuff. There’s points that she agrees with that Teresa has that are valid. There’s points she agrees with that market hat Margaret has that are valid. So she really, I feel, genuinely, feels in the middle, yeah, I agree. And I think the other thing too is, I do I listen to 2t on a 2t on a pod, not all the time, but pretty frequently. And Tamara is really good friends, I believe, with Marge. And she has even come out and said, Look, Dolores and marger are actually truly friends. They talk every day. They’re they have a real friendship. And so that’s one of the things that’s nice about getting that kind of behind the scenes knowledge, because I do believe it. Yeah, yeah. Okay. So then the other thing I want to talk to you about is the juxtaposition of the Teresa and Louie talking before the dinner, lunch, whatever it is, and then Melissa and Joe, because Louis literally said, I hope Marge and her family suffer.
And her son and her Yeah, Marge and her son, they should suffer. And what’s weird? And again, I admit it could be editing Teresa’s nodding when he said it. What do you think about this? Okay, I think the network told Teresa when she issued a couple weeks ago that statement, everyone stopped the madness. Stop the toxicity. Stop coming for my cast mates. It’s a show. Calm down.
I think that was getting ahead of it. We then saw Louie’s word salad statement, which I believe was supposed to be an apology, I which you fixed it. So actually a follower sent that to me, and I was like, Oh my God, you want me to tag you? And they were like, No, I don’t want to be. I don’t want, nobody wants to be on the radar of Louis, no, so I didn’t, but I thought it was brilliant, and I had permission. The following was like, go ahead. I think that was also sanctioned by the network. I Yeah, because I’m gonna say 10 times on this pod, whatever is happening. I don’t see Jersey going forward without Theresa, I just don’t see it. Her life has always been a natural storyline. People tune in for her, not just tree stumps. Okay? I tune in for her, yeah, there’s always stuff brewing. There continues to be stuff brewing. So I think that it was like when she said that, and Andy has spoken out about it now he’s that was the darkest moment i i think he said, like in house wives history, or like in Jersey’s history, and they’ve had a lot of dark moments. So yeah, it does. Her son has never been on the show. Teresa and Louis have never said, Oh, Margaret, son isn’t on the show, but he sent us a nasty text message. It’s just because he’s her son, and I understand he’s an adult, but it’s wrong. Yeah, it is. It’s very wrong, and he won’t ever admit it. It’s very clear. Okay, yet another war was happening with Danielle and Jen reading around the internet and Bravo blogs and various Bravo accounts. I have seen that Jen has been saying that it was edited out, but Danielle at the lunch was actually the first person that she made a comment about Jen’s husband first, but that it was cut out. Yeah, and Jen is saying that whatever she said the comment about Danielle’s husband having boobs was said in reaction to whatever it was that Danielle said, First,
I’ve heard that too, Jen’s comment was really disgusting. She doubled down on it on Instagram. She posted Braun paper towels and like on the roll, it looks like it was like an old school ad, and it said extra thirst pocket. So obviously it was towards Danielle brawling thirsty. I I appreciated Jen’s banter with Margaret and Melissa, and I said this when we started recording. But I try, she has. Jen has a real maliciousness in her that really comes across. And there’s just no other way to put it, yes, and it was just targeted at Danielle. She came into the season against Danielle. She had this weird smile and like, I’m gonna get you whenever, like, Danielle was trying to fix it. Okay, I’m sorry. You’re upset about the charity event. Like, maybe I could have done things differently. It was my first one, and she just wouldn’t let it go, and she kept focusing on Danielle’s comment about the the hairdresser, which I get like Danielle’s comment was flippant. It was obnoxious, but to burn a whole friendship because of it, there’s more to it. Theresa’s never made an inconsiderate, flippant comment about people who work for her. Come on, yeah. I Yeah. I agree. I think there is. It’s another. It’s not about the past, the situation not I’m not implying, how do I need to do with drugs, but there’s something else going on that they are just not calling out. I also just thought it was, I don’t know. I just found it very gross when she got it into it again with Danielle about the charity, and like Danielle came prepared, right? She explained what came out of her own pocket and what came out of the event budget. And then Jen, you’ll see the budget, because you can’t afford things. I just thought that was very bitchy and blow down and honestly, just made Jen just look bad. Oh, 100% and also, you lose the viewers, because most people can’t afford to throw a huge charity gala out of pocket in a theater with with seats and, like stage lights and all of that. Like, I actually found it. I thought, has Jen thrown something like that? I’d like to know never. We did a little, that little mini dive into her, some of her charity work, which was, it looks like she’s thrown a party for local theater, which I’m guessing her brother was involved in, because she was talking about how he’s involved in local theater. But, yeah, exactly. And like Daniel, it is guys, it is very standard. Yeah.
Like for what, even very rich people when they throw an event like that, to have some of the cost of a venue, of the food, of whatever it is to come out of the event budget. That’s just that is very standard with charity event. But Jen does this, and she doesn’t only do it to her cast mates. I just thought of when she was couple episodes ago, out to lunch with her brother and sister in law and her other brother, the musician teacher. And she’s talking whatever, and then at the end, she’s I got lunch whatever, and it’s just, we all know we your brother is owns a jewelry store. You promote him a lot. Your other brother is a teacher. Neither you make the most money in your entire family, we know is it necessary. If I’m picking up lunch for friends and I happen to make a lot more money than that, that’s even more reason not to say it. If I’m sitting around with colleagues from the office and we all make similar incomes or whatever, and I’m like, I got it. I’m feeling generous today. That’s one thing. But if I’m clearly wealthy, and the family members I’m with are from more modest means. Why am I emphasizing that I’m picking up lunch? You either pick it up and keep it there. But that’s what Jen does. She holds it over, not only people she doesn’t like heads. She holds it under her family’s heads, like you need me. I help pay for your apartment. I help set you up all this. It’s generous on the one hand, but I don’t want anything that’s going to be hung over my head. And I’m sure her siblings feel the same. But what choice do they have? I totally agree. I do want to say, though I found this interesting, and I haven’t seen anyone talk about it after the final sit down or before the last episode, there was a scene with Danielle and Nate, and my belief is that scene where she where they’re doing the pumpkins, and she texts her dad and calls him Sam, because she doesn’t want the kids to know. I believe so Nate made a comment about Jen and Bill’s marriage. Oh, that’s why he sleeps in the pool house. And I believe that this was filmed after the last supper. And the reason, I think that is number one, it’s not Nate’s character. He never really spoke negatively, even when Danielle did, he was like And then her suddenly texting her dad. I think it’s because Jen, the audience is gonna see Jen saying, you don’t even have family, you don’t talk to your brother, you don’t talk to your father. So I think that scene at her house was filmed after the last supper. I think that’s why Nate made the comment, and I think that’s part of the reason she texted her dad. That makes sense. The thing is, I really have mixed feelings on Danielle, because I don’t disagree with some of the things that Jen said. I don’t think you have to attack physical appearance of her husband. I don’t think you have to attack their financial means. On the one hand, we see a great mom, devoted wife, her not speaking to her brother or her dad. It’s a little odd. We know, based on everything we’ve heard, that her brother is a normal guy. I think he’s a firefighter or a cop. He doesn’t like the spotlight like he wants to just be a regular citizen, not involved. We saw her dad on the show, and he seemed fine. It seems, because her dad doesn’t say to her brother, you have to talk to your sister. I think it’s as simple as that. And so many others on this cast, it seems she does want blonde loyalty, blind loyalty, family, at least. And then there’s the aggression, like she’s smart enough to use her words. She has very funny responses. She’s very quick in her confessional. The immediate way she gets violent, which we’ve seen, is troublesome. Like I said, Teresa does it too. I’m not okay with any of them doing it. We can have disagreements. But the fact that these women just start swinging, it’s Louise toxicity too. What came first? The chicken or the egg. But I don’t want to watch adult women swinging on each other, lunging at each other. I don’t either there’s a whole there’s all kinds of YouTube content if you want to watch that, I have zero interest in seeing it on housewives.

Okay, I also am, I’m curious to get your take on Jen Fessler leaving the lunch,
because I think I actually might have the unpopular opinion here, but I actually I liked it. I understood it. I think her walking out like I think it so showed, first of all, that she’s smart, and she knows that these how violent these things can get. And saw that it was headed that way. But also it showed, I think that she isn’t as thirsty as the others, because I think I am sure she got an earful from the producers that she could be risking her job by walking away. I think those are the type of housewives we need. I think that So you agree, you I agree. I agree. I think that Jen is I didn’t sign up for this. I don’t want to be a part of this. We watched her say that at every fight this season. Yeah, she wants to laugh. She wants to have fun. Some light drama is one thing. It was escalated to a point where she was like, What am I doing here? And I think she walked away, and she was perfectly fine if production told her you’re out. We even see in the upcoming clip for the next for the final reunion replacement, whatever it is, she goes. Why do I want to sit at this table with toxicity? What are we doing here? And I don’t know if she leaves that as well, but if she does, and I think she is an adult in her I don’t know how old she is, I’m gonna say 50s. She’s a person of means, and she likes the attention. She wanted to be a housewife, but not at the not at the cost of her integrity and reputation. Good for her. I agree. So I thought there were some good lines. Obviously the you subpoena the wrong bitch, got a lot of play I love but I actually loved it when Marge said, What’s wrong with being a plumber? I’ll fuck the plumber all day long, I cackled out loud. I want to know what i Okay? What does Teresa do? Teresa has an associate’s degree and is a reality star. So if you’re judging a plumber, an associate’s degree is comparable to whatever schooling a plumber goes to, right? Because it’s not a four year college situation. So if we’re gonna be like snobs where education is concerned, you’re on the same exact level as Joe Benigno. You didn’t go to Harvard, you don’t have a bachelor’s you don’t have a master’s degree, you don’t have a PhD. Like, what have you done professionally? That gives you right to judge a plumber now, as a person with a master’s degree, I don’t judge anybody. As a matter of fact, people working in the trades, number one, most people working in a train are doing something they enjoy and they’re good at, which is something that we all should strive for, because it makes for a happier life. It’s something I hope my children’s do, my children’s my children my master’s degree is really showing up today. I hope my kids do whatever they want. I would never force either of my children to get a four year degree if, if my son wanted to be a plumber and he was good at it, I would support him 100% there is no shame in an honest living, whatever that living is. So the fact that Theresa, whose first husband put them both in jail because he couldn’t earn an honest living. He also has no formal education. He was a high school dropout. I believe, again, I’m not judging any of that. You have a high school degree and you earn an honest living. Good on you. But Theresa, who did not earn an honest living for the first half of her life, is judging a plumber. That is the shit that makes my blood boil with Teresa, yeah, you want to Judge John FUTA when he got arrested for selling drugs and everything. All right, there’s judgment there. But judging Margaret’s husband because he’s a plumber, and I love that. Like everybody was like, What’s wrong with being a plumber? Like, good job, and it.
Good job. But number one, there’s a need. I certainly need a plumber. Everybody I know has needed a plumber in their life. You know, there’s the argument. I’ve never needed a plastic surgeon. It’s not to say I won’t get one. I’ve never needed one. I need a plumber. Yes, if you’re I’ve never needed a media I’ve never needed a media scammer. Yeah, anyone who just had their hot water heater go out knows I like reality television, but I don’t need reality television. The only job there that I need a plumber. I need somebody to build houses. Okay, I need someone to help fix my house. I need an electrician. I need all those things. I need a mechanic. I need these are things we need. You don’t even necessarily need a mechanic, because you could walk or take public transportation. A plumber is probably the one thing you need. You’ve got to go shit, which everybody does. You need fucking plumber? Yeah, you do. I put it on a t shirt. Oh, my God, I love it. I yeah, I totally agree it was really there was so much in this episode. I gotta say, Danielle’s never really been my cup of tea. But once again, I actually laughed so hard when she was in her confessional, saying in regards to Jackie meeting with Louise x and then not telling Teresa about it and letting Marge take the blame when she I’m glad I only invited her to one party. Yes, so funny. 100%
I think it’s that’s the other thing. Jackie was so corny when she was demoted to a friend, which I see like the narrative somehow became that she chose to take a step back because she was dealing with her eating disorder. That’s not true. Okay, that was never true. And we know that’s not true because she was so nasty to Rachel and Danielle last season, their first season, because they were her replacements. Bravo. Most likely split her salary in two and got the two of them. That’s what happened. We know it as viewers, as fans, who know how network and all that works, and so she went in on Rachel when she thought Rachel was ignoring her in a conversation, which was like, probably Rachel’s first time ever filming a scene, and was just talking to Melissa, who she was friends with before filming, and was nothing against Jackie. And then, remember, she kept insulting Danielle’s outfits. She’s that’s who’s taking my place. And I don’t, so I don’t, I immediately don’t like you. Yeah, it’s, I think, as we talk about this, I see how they all just make these judgments on each other, like Jackie, definitely, when she before, she was like frenemies with Teresa, she passed a lot of judgment on her lack of education and the way she spoke, and that, remember the Webster’s dictionary and all of that stuff. Because Jackie is a lawyer. A lot of good all that IQ did her because she was never masterful at it. It takes a lot more to be a good housewife than a high IQ. I think that’s something we know. It helps somebody like Marge, I would say, has a high IQ, but is also skillful. She reminds me of Alisa vanderpop. She’s not innocent, but she does it well, yes, absolutely, totally agree. So I posted on my Instagram story. I was like, imagine if Marge and Theresa cola truce, because Theresa sees it was Jackie all along, and everyone is back but Jackie,
bam, there’s the shake up. It could, I don’t. I think that’s one of the reasons, I think it’s smart for them, bravo, to put it on hiatus or pause, or whatever we’re calling it, is to see how things play out. I also think they’re probably like, well, if we give it a little bit more time and we get everybody worried, maybe there will be some making up behind, you know, off camera, that changes the situation. Yeah, the thing is, like the gorges and Theresa, I don’t see how that can they can’t be on the same cast, so long as they’re not speaking and neither have expressed an interest to make up. And it’s going to be a long time if they do, because the bottom would have to fall out of Theresa and Louie and whatever. Yeah, I but the thing about it is, there’ll be spin off spin offs. Look guys, Dorinda is doing the show at bluestone Manor. You guys know, we got an email beginning of July. So lot of times we share these emails, and it sounds like nonsense. In this case, it was very much true. We got an email saying that there would be a show at dorens bluestone Manor. It’s happening. We see Roni, right? Sonia and Luann had a spin off. Luann is now doing the golden housewives, whatever the real name will be with a bunch of ladies. There’s going to be opportunities for them like that. Yeah, I don’t know. I don’t know what a Theresa spiff looks like. I actually was talking with one of my sources, and I was like, what about if one source said to me, a Teresa spit off would have to be limited. Louie, so what about recording for a week, filming and going the girls and Theresa going to see Joe judici?

I think that’s a real possibility. I just I could see everybody coming back. I could see Margaret and Theresa moving past it. Because the thing is, if Theresa gets something in her head like wasn’t Margaret, she’ll move past it. Yeah, I don’t know how Margaret Melissa and do it with her son. I What did you think of the Melissa, Theresa, blow out that little the post off
Theresa calling Melissa or I, but I was, I listen. I have to be fair. Melissa did call her white trash before She sure did. I’m always, I always lean towards the gorges, but Melissa instigated it with the white trash comment, yep, she could have just said, You’re the queen of this. You flipped a table. What are you talking about? No violence. That would have been appropriate. Yeah? Like, I agree. You can’t stoop you can’t call me a bitch and then get mad when I call you, see you next Tuesday. Yeah, yeah, of course. Whore isn’t the best word, because she is the mother of your nephews and your niece, yeah, but white trash, and also not for anything, but you’re calling your husband’s sister white trash, but they grew up in the same house. Yeah, so dad, I agree. I’m going old school Italian, and I’m thinking that mentality, when you call me white trash, you’re speaking on my parents as well, on my family. Yeah, I agree. I totally agree. I think white trash is maybe even worse than whore. I don’t know. It was actually nice to see them interact with each other and not pretend like each other as it goes. I just Yeah, I thought it was, there was some nasty words said. I also liked the exchange with Melissa and Jen, when Theresa was like, Oh, it’s fine that she did that.
And Melissa looks at Jen, and she goes, Jen and Jen’s, i know i You’re right. She needs time to process, you know, how it goes. I thought that was like, it reminded you that, like even the beef with Melissa and Jen, you notice how Jen has this visceral for Danielle, even though, over the years, she’s had so many disagreements with Melissa and Jen, Aiden and Joe.
Have gotten into it on and off camera, Melissa, I’m excuse me, Jen does not have that visceral reaction to Melissa. There are moments where we saw it at Rachel’s house when they had the tea and they both joked, we don’t like each other, but then when we pretend we get along, there is something Danielle evokes something in Jen that brings out the claws. Yeah. And Melissa has a loving husband too, so it’s not solely the husband thing, unless Jen, in her mind, somehow was like, oh, Joe Gorgas, she doesn’t hold him in high regard, so she’s not envious of that, whereas Nate, she’s got nothing bad to say about him, except what boobs, which makes no sense. We all saw his photo shoot. The man is handsome. He’s got a great build. It doesn’t make any sense. Yeah, whether he was chubby or not, it would make zero difference. Yeah, it’s still body shaming, whether it’s true or not, and to go back and forth and be devil’s advocate all day long, like Danielle knows who she’s married to. So why are you getting so mad that you’re going to become violent like I understand it’s hurtful. I understand needs going to be hurt. But do you think he’s going to want his wife lunging across the table, physically assaulting someone? No, and that gas. It goes back to there’s something else going on behind the scenes with those two that we just might never we might never know. I just we probably will never know that if it’s true what Jen says, which is that Danielle said something first, because if we don’t see it like Jen can say whatever she wants to say, because there’s we’re not going to get to see it. I here’s the other reality that we need to acknowledge as fans, as viewers. Bravo was in a different era, what people got away with in the past, the pushing, the shoving, the in Atlanta, we saw it in Potomac, they put their foot down with Monique. That was a little bit over violent. But we’ve seen a lot of pushing and shoving that largely want to ignore it. Nobody got fired. It’s a different era, the reality reckoning that didn’t have a ton of steam, but there are lawsuits. There are things they’re gonna have to go a more calm way. They are not going to accept violence going forward. Yeah, and I don’t, as a viewer, I don’t want to see it. Yep, I don’t think people who can’t keep them their hands to themselves. This isn’t Mob Wives. This isn’t whatever. It’s enough completely agree, I think. And then yeah, and as we see what unfolds, as far as the future of the show, I think we’ll continue to see each one of them continuing to tap dance on social media just to try to keep everybody interested, so that they can prove to Bravo. Oh, the fans are very much still engaged. You know, here’s all the things I’ve been doing, and here’s my social media engagement, all of that. So it’s not, you know, it’s, I think it’ll just be a really like I’ve said before, let, let’s let them make us miss them. Bam. No. Really like it comes down to Q Score, who the fans want to see. That’s what it’s about. Bravo. It’s a business. Andy may have an opinion on somebody, but ultimately he’s going to do, what brings money in, what brings viewers in? Period, dot. Period, dot.
